Great hotel and facilities great location

Friendly staff very helpful

Got there not much of a welcome. Bathroom wasnt very clean kebab on stairs every night. The bed was very uncomfortable pillows were very flimsy. We left without any acknowledgement just the keys of us.

The hotel is close to everything and was clean, staff are really friendly and breakfast was amazing we will definitely return

Absolutely brillant and so friendly hotel

Lovely large hotel, Great Staff & Breakfast, we were on the top floor which had many steep stairs which would be a struggle for some people & need to ask for lower floor as no lift. room was very small but clean & comfortable, great price & well run. Would return if lower floor & pay extra for a larger room than the budget double.

it was where we wanted to be. parking was tight but that's Blackpool

The check in was no fuss was straight forward the lady gave us few choices of rooms as due to my health condition request a quiet area..but due to the floor boards are crickey u can hear the kids running around and after a long walk you can't have a relaxing afternoon nap just too noisy for us and the room ,about the room is very tiny and needing clean it needs hoovering as we tried to move furniture's about so we can have a bit of space but behind it was covered with dust,breakfast was excellent buffet the best we had compare to other places we've stayed and beautiful promenade over looking at the breakfast dining which is nice and the hotel is near to places we want to go which is handy and the staff are very friendly and welcoming thank you everyone was a lovely weekend ❤️

We stayed here as a family of 6. 3 family rooms. Julie & Rick were just lovely. The hotels in a great location. Very clean, entertainment. Can’t complain at all. Will definately use this place again.

Have stayed in a few hotels and this was by far the best . Warm welcome and friendly staff . Free parking was a bonus and the breakfast was superb

Very friendly staff, easy to check-in and out. Breakfast taste good. Free Parking available, although room not so big, old building, only very small shower gel for 4 people.

We only stayed 1 night but very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic.

Hotel was easy to locate.Staff were helpful and friendly Room spotless bed comfortable and excellent breakfast. Within walking distance of local attractions. highly recommended would definitely stay there again

Our stay at the hotel was really nice apart from the room we styed in theres only one word i can say to describe it FILTHY do not book room 23 if i could upload the photos i took i would stains on valance around the bed stains on the carpet dust an inch thick around the skirtings & i am not joking mold in the shower absolutly disgusting it was cutain rail loose hanging off the wall didnt look like it had been cleaned fir weeks

Had a 3 night stay with our 3 kids. We wanted something central and that’s exactly what we got. Julie was very welcoming and the breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. We asked for extra pillows and they were in our room when we got back. Definite bonus having the free parking and Julie even let us stay for a few hours after we checked out so we could go a walk before we traveled home. The bar area downstairs was good aswell nice and cosy to relax in the evening and the entertainment was good too. Overall we would definitely stay again and I definitely recommend.

Enjoyed our stay breakfast was amazing, could have done with blackout curtains and the room was a bit dated but overall an enjoyable stay.

Just had a fantastic weekend away here, julie is amazing. The rooms were nice and clean and the hotel itself is lovely. The breakfast was amazing, hot and fresh and plenty to choose from. Stayed in for the entertainment on the Saturday night in the basement bar and it did not disappoint, we had a great night and would definitely stay at this hotel again. Thanks again julie you was a star.
