Non farti mancare nulla! Prenotando questa villa per famiglie ti troverai in una zona strategica a due passi dalla riva dell'oceano e da un campo da golf. Raggiungere El Parque Nacional Costa Occidental de Isla Mujeres, Punta Cancún y Punta Nizuc è semplicissimo, inoltre basterà percorrere pochissima strada per visitare un'altra meraviglia locale: Centro commerciale Plaza Caracol ti aspetta a 10 minuti a piedi. Questa sistemazione offre anche un garage coperto dove potrai lasciare il tuo mezzo.
Ecco un possibile programma per la tua giornata in vacanza: prendi il sole al mattino sulla spiaggia approfittando di servizi tra cui i comodi lettini, fai un riposino dopo pranzo vicino una piscina riscaldata e programma le gite di domani sulla terrazza privata. Ah... non dimenticarti che in questa villa avrai a disposizione anche arredamento da esterni. Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di Wi-Fi gratuito e TV via cavo/satellitare: annoiarsi sarà davvero impossibile.

This was our first trip to Cancun and I couldn't picture a more beautiful property. Our concierge was available 24 x 7 to meet all of our needs. The housekeeping staff kept everything inside beautiful. The owners provided everything we needed, including filtered water. The airport transports are easy and worth the price because they gave us peace of mind.
Our stay was in mid-December. The sand was the softest that I've ever walked on. The water was warm and swimmable. We enjoyed using the kayaks on site. We also walked 2 minutes up the beach and rented jet skies for $100/hr and had a massage for $60/hr.
We stopped at Costco to buy steaks, jamon, bottled water, wine, fruits, veggies and treats. We probably could have just walked to the grocery store or visited Mercado 123.
The house next door, had 24 hour security patrolling the beach, so felt really safe.

Ask about the yacht, we missed out, but next time we will try to take a tour.

We were 13 friends together and we had so much fun. The villa was great, clean and very well situated. The staff, especially Maricela, was amazing and helpful. We would stay again without hesitation at the villa.

The recommended chef Lilia was the best part of the stay but we paid extra for that. She is simply amazing!
The villa itself was beautiful when it was built but at this time it needs some updating and cleaning. There were issues with water pressure and temperature, in some bathrooms our guests could not take showers because the water stank like sewer. The jacuzzi tub in the master doesn’t work. The floors of the Villa are filthy. The kitchen is outdated. The front steps never get swept. The manager was very slow to respond. The listing has a butler listed but there was a lazy house keeper who mostly stayed on the phone or start cleaning late into the day. We had to ask for pool water to circulate all the time and for the pool to be washed. We had to ask for pool towels to be washed, for extra bath towels and even toilet paper because it wasn’t being restocked. We had to remind the housekeeper to keep the doors locked but the security guards did have presence on the beach at night. The view from the master snd ocean from bedrooms is amazing but the beach is not peaceful as boat would dock right in front and play loud music. We didn’t thousands for our 8 night stay but the vacation was not luxury at all. I feel we deserve partial refund.

We loved staying at this house! We had 4 couples and one single (11 adults) and we had the best time here!! The house and property are unreal!! The ocean and the pool felt amazing. The only con was that the “Queen beds” were actually Full beds and were really tiny for two people. Other than that it was incredible!

Everything was fabulous. The property was awesome, the beach was pristine and the service by our host was the best I’ve ever had. I loved this vacation and will definitely be back.
