There was a male receptionist was quite annoying. I was just waiting at the lobby for my partner and he had to come up and ask for my passport and everything, just don’t understand boundaries and couldn’t leave me alone even after I told him to.

Awesome resort to stay . Very clean and cozy. All staff are very friendly particularly reception staff. Their all restaurants and food are awesome particularly blue lounge restaurant and their indian chef mr. Lakhpati was mind blowing chef. Strongly recommended for everyone.

Wonderful and amazing holiday, the staff are polite and very welcoming, especially sayed Ibrahim and Ahmed eid at reception, very clean hotel and spa, nice sandy beach and all 4 restaurants we're clean and had tasty food, if you do stay at this hotel make sure you do book a massage at the hotels saya spa on ground floor, you will not be disappointed, hamdy at saya was very professional and welcoming also Madonna does a wonderful massage. The entertainment team we're also very entertaining marcelo in particular,😊😊😊 all this resort and the executive suite we're above my expectations, 👍😊

The property was very modern and very clean. The staff were very helpful, kind and professional. Big shout out to Hisham from housekeeping who was very friendly and professional and Ali from the reception bar who made the best drinks I have had in my life. I would recommend this place for anybody travelling to Hurghada

I liked that the online photos matched reality firstly. The Staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive. The Food in all the restaurants was of a very high standard and good options for all. The swimming pools & grounds beautifully maintained. The animation Team were very enthusiastic (even if it's not your thing). Lots to do, Tennis, volleyball, Table Tennis, mini golf, bowls, Gym. You will find a healthy balance here. The best compliment I can give is that I would return.

The Spa seemed to be a separate business, meaning only one free half hour visit per stay. As a Spa hotel, this could be more flexible.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch. Absolut, toller Mitarbeiter an der Reception Herr Sayed Ibrahim, wenn sie ein Anliegen haben kümmert er sich darum. Absolut Empfehlenswert.

We have been using Booking.com for 15 years already. This will be only the third time I'll give a 10/10. If you're looking for an all-inclusive experience, this is the perfect choice; you'll never be disappointed. The positive aspects are numerous: spacious and modern rooms that are well-maintained with good cleaning services, excellent fitness facilities, heated swimming pools, beach access, and more. The food has never disappointed, offering a great variety of restaurants and a good selection of drinks (alcohol and non-alcoholic). When we were there in mid-January, the price-to-quality ratio was excellent, and the staff were all friendly.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Mitarbeiter geben ihr Bestes und sind immer sofort zur Stelle. Das Hotel ist sehr sehr sauber. Das Hotel bietet Bootstrips und Massagen mit Hamam an. Sehr zu empfehlen :)

Była to moja 17 wizyta w Egipcie i zdecydowanie jest to jeden z najlepszych hoteli w jakim byłem, nawet wybredny klient nie powinien narzekać na standard hotelu. Jest to hotel dla dorosłych gdzie panuje cisza i spokój, hotel jest nowy, bardzo czysty, pracownicy uprzejmi i uśmiechnięci, jedzenie bardzo dobre, duży wybór dla każdego, wiele posiłków przygotowywanych na oczach klienta, bardzo czyste baseny. Pokój duży, codziennie sprzątany, niczego w pokoju nie brakowało, minibar codziennie uzupełniany – piwo, cola, woda, sok, sprite. Hotel na najwyższym poziomie, wszystko jest zgodne z moimi oczekiwaniami, świetne miejsce na relaks. Na pewno jeszcze tu wrócę.

Sie wollen immer was verkaufen, aber auf netter weise. Massage werden als medizinisch verkauft, aber ACHTUNG medizinisch ist was anders.

Titel: “Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Pickalbatros Blue Spa Resort – Absolut empfehlenswert!” Bewertung: Ich hatte das große Vergnügen, meinen Urlaub im Pickalbatros Blue Spa Resort in Hurghada zu verbringen, und es war eine Erfahrung, die ich nie vergessen werde. Von Anfang bis Ende war der Service einzigartig und extrem freundlich. Das Personal ging auf jeden Wunsch ein und machte unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Die Zimmer waren nicht nur äußerst komfortabel, sondern auch makellos sauber und gepflegt. Es war ein wahres Vergnügen, in solch einer gepflegten Umgebung zu entspannen. Das kulinarische Erlebnis in den vier verschiedenen Restaurants war herausragend, mit einer Verfügbarkeit von köstlichen Speisen rund um die Uhr. Jedes Restaurant bot eine einzigartige Atmosphäre und Speiseauswahl, was jeden Tag zu einem neuen Geschmackserlebnis machte. Die Bars des Hotels waren ebenfalls ein Highlight. Mit einer beeindruckenden Auswahl an Getränken und Cocktails blieben keine Wünsche offen. Das Barpersonal war kenntnisreich und immer bereit, Empfehlungen auszusprechen. Die Poolanlage war atemberaubend – schön und beheizt, mit vielen Liegen direkt in der Sonne. Die Atmosphäre war entspannend und einladend, perfekt, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Ein weiteres Highlight war der private Meerzugang des Resorts. Der abgeschottete Bereich mit Liegen bot eine exklusive Atmosphäre am wunderschönen Sandstrand – ein wahrer Traum. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich das Team des Hotels. An meinem Geburtstag haben sie nicht nur das Zimmer speziell dekoriert, sondern auch ein Ständchen gesungen und einen köstlichen Kuchen serviert. Dieser persönliche Touch hat meinen Tag unvergesslich gemacht. Auch beim Checkout zeigte sich das Team äußerst entgegenkommend und fand schnell eine perfekte Lösung für unsere Anliegen. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Pickalbatros Blue Spa Resort herausragend.

We were impressed with Blu Spa, the rooms were large and the whole place spotlessly clean. Beautiful swimming pools. The staff were very friendly, helpful and eager to make our stay enjoyable. Good variety of food options. Really don't need to worry about anything here, just relax....

Első utazásunk volt Egyiptomba és ez a hotel tűnt a legjobb választásnak, egyáltalán nem csalódtunk. A hotel rendezett, a személyzet nagyon kedves, mindig azt nézték miben hogyan tudnának segíteni, kiszolgálni vagy fokozni a vendégek hangulatát, a tisztaság kiemelkedő és ez a hotel teljes területére igaz. Az ételek választékosak, 4 étterem közül lehet választani, köret és gyümölcs mindig minden mennyiségben elérhető és napszaknak megfelelően változik a menü, természetesen az ár tartalmaz minden ételt és italt, beleértve az alkoholos italokat is amiknek a keverésére megint csak nem lehet panasz, pont kellemesre készítenek mindent. Esetleg az ételek fűszerezésén lehetne csiszolniuk bár erre lehet van lehetőség külön is csak mi nem érdeklődtünk utána, de ez nincs eltúlozva egyik ételnél sem. Minden napra vannak betervezett programok is, mi csak a hotel területén belül mozogtunk az ottlétünk alatt és így sem unatkoztunk, külön entertainment team gondoskodik arról, hogy a hangulat mindig jó legyen és ilyennel nem mindenhol találkozni. Arra figyelni kell, hogy az ott dolgozók rendszeresen kínálnak fel szolgáltatásokat (ami érthető) de ezt mindig nagyon kedvesen teszik, semmit nem erőszakolnak rád amennyiben látják, hogy magabiztos vagy a döntésedben. Ez egyébként a környező üzletekre is igaz, mi az utazásunk előtt annyira nem néztünk utána a dolgoknak csak pislogtunk miért nem látunk pl. árakat sehol, mindenhol alkudni kell és a külföldieknek ezt különös odafigyeléssel kell tenniük mert magasabb árról indítanak mindent, miután ezt így tudatosítottuk ez is egy jó élmény tud lenni. :) Visszatérve a hotelre ott tényleg nehéz lenne bármibe is belekötni, bátran merjük ajánlani bárkinek, aki egyiptomi utazásban gondolkodik, megéri az árát. :)

The hotel was very clean and spacious as was our room. We were given the option of choosing when we liked to get sun on our balcony before we checked in which was a lovely choice to have. The choice of food at the restaurants was excellent and the quality was also very good. The environment itself was very relaxed and chilled out.

While it states reservation of sun loungers is not permitted, they allow it to happen which was a little annoying. I didn’t appreciate being called lazy by one of the diving sales team when I declined a diving trip with him (it was because I had in fact booked the trip with another company at a much cheaper price).

Prachtig nieuw hotel heel centraal gelegen in Hurghada. In minder dan 10 minuten ben je vanaf de luchthaven ter plaatse. De service die je geboden wordt is van topniveau en eigenlijk buiten categorie. Via de privé butler kan alles zeer snel geregeld worden, zelfs wat onmogelijk lijkt. Proficiat. Prachtig feest op oudejaarsavond in een speciaal daartoe opgebouwde tent. Heel groot verwarmd zwembad zodat je toch in de winter heerlijk kan zwemmen, zelfs na zonsondergang; mooi strand met alle comfort. Op alle plaatsen komt de staf veelvuldig langs om drankjes te bestellen. Snelle wifi over gans het hotel en aan het strand. In totaal drie buffetrestaurants waar je altijd wat naar je zin kan vinden. Te vermelden zijn de pastabar waar je pasta op maat gemaakt wordt en de desserts (aarbeien met chocolade) of baklava. Ook super ontbijtbuffet waarvan je in de zon kan genieten in het Alfredo restaurant. Van het indoor zwembad hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt omdat het elke dag zon was, maar het zag er wel heel aantrekkelijk uit. Mooie golden loung restaurant waarvan je 1 keer kan gebruik maken, maar dat wel zo snel mogelijk moet boeken want het is snel volzet. Personeel is extreem vriendelijk. Excursies op het water zijn aan te bevelen om intern te boeken omdat ze fair geprijsd zijn en de boot vertrekt dan van in het hotel. De quad safari kan je beter buiten of via booking.com reserveren, want het is toch allemaal hetzelfde. Het enige verschil was de prijs. Animatieteam was overdag discreet, maar vooral 's avonds zichtbaar aanwezig. Ook lang tijd om na te genieten bij een drankje. Wij heben enorm genoten van ons 7 dagen verblijf en hebben een service op topniveau gekregen, zeker door gebruik te maken van de whatsapp butler. At your service!!!

De dagen hadden wat langer mogen zijn, het was immers midden in de winter. Wel geen wolkje gezien en altijd zon.

The service is fantastic and all staff is very kind and welcoming. The hotel feels brand new and very modern. We've dined mostly at culina/Alfredo and quality of buffet was generally very good. We didn't feel pushed into buying additional services though we chose to try some massages.

Very happy with our stay just a couple of minor remarks. In December half of the pool chairs are in the shade most of the day, limiting available chairs though staff tries to accommodate and move them around. Indoor pool temperature should be raised to allow for relaxation in the late afternoon due to shorter winter days.
