Cumplía con las expectativas de lo que ofrecen. Estuve en otra ocasión y por eso lo elegí. Era lo que quería para ese fin de semana.

Haber tenido más tiempo de estancia. La próxima vez elegiré ducha de plato en vez de bañera.

Staff were amazing,pool was amazing,room was good.

Restaurant was terrible,rooms can be noisy as thin connecting walls. Distance to town a little too far,would be a vast improvement if a shuttle bus was laid on a few times a day. Supermarket needs too be a lot better stocked as its quite a distance to get to a local one without having to get a taxi to bring all shopping back.

Wonderful animations team who look after the little ones! Lovely pool areas.

Some additional sunshades/parasols would be great especially with the recent high temperatures, but nothing not to like 😎

The heated indoor pool was great as we have a toddler. The staff were very polite and friendly and although the appartment is away from benidorm centre We liked the quietness at night yet an easy walk into town.

The price for a 2 bed apartment is a bit expensive (twice the price of a 1 bed) When inside the apartment you can lock the door, however when you use the handle to open the door it automatically unlocks the door. We had to put the table infront of the door to stop out toddler escaping.

Apartments had both an indoor and outdoor pool.Good entertainment. Great facilities for kids. Bar prices good. Plenty of sunloungers. Small shop on site. Prompt solving of any issues .Friendly helpful staff

Only disadvantage was the steep hill to get down to main town

breakfast was shocking. the food quality was poor, the chef was microwaving food, keeping cooked sausages on plates on a trolley. chef whites were not white or even grey!!

The pool was great, food was good and staff were brilliant.🥰

Free parking available on a side road near the hotel. There was entertainment put on in the evening when we stayed. A small shop is open on site, very handy as the hotel is not near to the main shops.

Pleasant stay, can't think of any negatives.

The apartment was excellent. Clean and the staff were excellent the location was excellent

The entertainment was not good the food was not up to standard. The poolside should be gated at night to prevent any accidents with children running around at night children entertainment was a shambles. They need more family entertainment and a secure place for children

It is away from the bustle of the pubs and clubs. The pool is great, very family oriented. Rooms were clean. Staff friendly. Food reasonable priced. Low rise, great for people that dont like heights

Can be noisy at night. Entertainment is outdoors and can be heard from the rooms facing the pool, especially if having a quiet night in during the week. People coming in after niteclubs can be very noisy in the corridors. Ear plugs would be worth packing.

The pool was fantastic and there were enough sunbeds for everyone. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms, although dated, were spacious and comfortable.

Location a little isolated. Balcony very narrow. Rooms ready for an update.

great facilities food buffet was well priced for nights we didn’t want to go out rooms cleaned 2x in 4 nights we were there travel cot provided
