Wellness & Spa excluded from the price. This is not discolsed in the booking information page, you will receive a message only after confirming the booking. The Spa&Wellness price is totally out of market for the quality/service provided. There were 5 deck chairs and 2 normal chairs for an hotel about 25 rooms (to which you have to add external users) so you have to pay and hope that you will find place to sit. Even if you pay for the wellness area, access hours are restricted to give priority to swimming class (I think this is valid for some days/period). Saunas and other services are open just on some days. So if you ever think to go there just for the spa&wellness call in advance to check availabilty. Honestly for an hotel called Wellness I was expecting more wellness activities/services. I booked for 3 days and 2 night but after the first afternoon I decided to make anticipate checkout. Hotel agreed to change reservation with no extra fee. I was probably unlucky because I went there in winter, maybe in spring/summer there are better services. But I still can't go over the fact that none of these information were disclosed before you book the reservation.

Amazing and large garden with great playground for children. An outside terrace to enjoy a good coffee. Indoor swimming pool was perfect to relax after a long trip.

This is a perfect place for families. There is a very large playing ground outside and the indoor pool (130cm deep) is also very good. There is a small pool for babies as weel (35cm deep). The area is vast enough to find a quiet place as well. We stayed there two times this summer, when we were driving from Germany to Hungary.

The time for the indoor pool is restricted to two hours. Per room there is only one key for entering the wellness area, which makes it quite complicated if the familiy is not entering the area at the same time.

Location is great, although close to train tracks. Surrounded by pine forest, smell is amazing out there. Great area for kids. Overall the hotel was quite nice. All staff spoke english.

The food is very poor. Breakfast was already empty at 8.20, the waitress brought 4 extra eggs, which were burnt on the bottom. All food we had was very badly fried. And everything on the plate was fried in old oil. The property is great, but I would not eat there again, had a heartburn for 2 days. Also, some of the things make no sense. We couldn't sleep because it was too hot, couldn't find a remote for aircon, apparently it's kept at the reception. There is a boat on the lake (3.5e an hour), but you need to book it a day in advance and pay a deposit, not sure what for, not like anyone would steal it. Pool is open from 10 am, which is quite bad, considering it's a family friendly hotel. You're only allowed 2 hours in there and then pay 9e an hour per person! That's a bit insane. The hotel and surrounding area was really great, but the accommodating services were poor.

Everything was perfectly organized in that hotel. It is wonderful place for short trip vacations and for families. They have great amount of food options. And sweets are awesome! :)

We wanted to book a massage, but there was no spot left for it. It could be good if we could have booked it beforehand, if they could offer us when we reserve our place at the hotel. Even without having massage, our stay was amazing!

Clean, well kept garden, waiters were super helpful and spoke well in English. Food was nice although breakfast very average.

Too many add on costs put a 1 night stay not including food to around €200. Train track runs close by, nearly 24hrs a day, every 16mins! As a guest of the hotel in a 'superior suite', yet still had to pay for wellness.

the staff was very friendly and helpful . we could park our bicycles safely . The food was nice and terrace was great. the location in the middle of forrest was great

a bit weird entry to swimming pool via restaurant . this was not comfortable to walk around in rope and flip-flops while people were dining
