Our room was big and spacious, great view and lovely staff.

not so much a dislike but it needs to be refurbished.

good location. walking distance to tourism attraction and good food surroundings and it has tourism spot candra naya inside the complex as compliment .

staff has no hospitality intention, and took a long time to every requested we had.

The room is large. Near to places of interest and good breakfast with varieties of food.

The room wasn't clean, and there was no iron and board. Didn't replenish the pantry daily. No laundry bags, too.

I have stayed at many Novotels and this one was not in line with expectations for the major hotel chain. So dirty, it looks like the room was properly cleaned about 3 years ago. The location was horrible in the city among back streets. I would not dare to eat anything from the restaurant at this place, I can just imagine what the kitchen looks like. Really disappointed.

The room, the lamp switch problem, water leaking from the bathroom, phone room not function, less socket for charging device, dustbin only one at room area, not at bathroom area.

Had roaches in the rooms. Facility needs to be better maintained.

Breakfast was poor. Little choices. Walkway to hotel room was smelly. Only 1 towel provided. Standard has drop compare to few years bf. Only 2 small pillows provided

The staff in this hotel from the front office, Restaurant when ordering the food, the breakfast was really bad This is the worse Hotel I have ever stayed base on the staff and the Service . Front office is very bad, when ordering room service taking so much time and the person answering the phone like do not want to work anymore ------ very bad experience for me staying in this hotel
