The price was low. Service was fine. However, the quality of the room was terrible. A moldy leak in the bathroom letting light in from outside & a leak under the paint
Made the paint bubble. The room smelled moldy. The building is in dire need of repair & upgrade. To the maid’s credit, the room & bed were nice & clean.

It’s always a pleasure staying here when I come into town this is the only place I stay. Staff is great , the lady that is over Breakfast is the kindest most sweetest lady and she cares she makes sure the place food area is clean and full. Front desk lady goes above and beyond the morning staff lady. Ppl are rude disrespectful and she still responds with dignity and a smile.

This is a real creepy place. Checking in was weird with 1/2 the lights on in the lobby. The location is next to the interstate and noisy. The rooms are completely outdated and I didn’t even want to take my shoes off in the room due to the dirty and damp feeling of age and mildew smells. I mean it’s cheap but wow…really bad

The phone in the room was not working .I phoned them on my cell phone asking for a wake up call which I never received. No shuttle service to the airport till 7:00 a.m.
I had to be at the airport by 6:00 a.m. to get my flight to so My friend had to get Uber for me. Stressful experience

My co-worker usually has a hard time finding a hotel to accommodate her furbaby that doesn’t have a big fee. We decided to split a room this time and I happened to find this hotel that not only had a smaller pet fee ($15), but also had its own dog park. Beds were comfy, AC was great, staff was very friendly, rooms were clean. They even had plenty of coffee packets for the coffee maker in the room, most hotels only have 1 or 2 packets.

We enjoyed our stay. I was glad there was a little yard for dogs. The room was nice. I think the breakfast could have been a little better. Just wasnt much to choose from. And what was there was kind of bland. And then even getting there 40 minutes before ending time there was nothing left. And they didnt put anything else out. So the only options if you didnt get there really early was cereal and waffles. When on vacation im not waking up super early lol and the ice makers didnt work the whole time we were there. Oh and when booking through hotels.com the pet fee is not included so be prepared to pay that when you get to the hotel if you have dogs. I wasnt aware because theres nothing stating that it wasnt included when I booked the room. Overall I would stay here again.

My room was clean. The bed was probably the worst I've ever slept in. It sagged badly in the middle and near the headboard, and I had to turn the opposite way when trying to sleep to even be semi comfortable. I had a tv, however there were two solid lines running through the screen that were very distracting while watching. Desk employee didn't ask how my stay was when I was checking out, just tha ked me and went back to whatever she was doing. I wasn't inclined to give her feedback on my visit, as she seemed distracted with something else.

Check in was a joke. They gave us keys to an occupied room. Luckily that person had dead bolt locked. Had to wait 20 min to get new keys then one bed in room had dirty sheets. Floor was filthy. Had to put towels on floor to keep from getting dirt in bed

The floor was disgusting I got into bed there was dirt and grit on the sheets. Our friend were given a room that someone else was already and thank goodness they had there dead bolt on.

This property is completely run down. I did not end up staying because the “free” shuttle they offer didn’t even start their route until 2 hours past when I needed to be at the airport. I had even called the hotel directly and was told they run the shuttle every hour on the hour.

I had a great experience with the staff at this property, particularly two amazing ladies. However, I did notice that the rooms were not as clean as I would have liked, with some hair and dust on the floors. On the plus side, I appreciated the choice of laminate wood flooring instead of carpet. The pool was well maintained and the breakfast provided good value for the cost of the stay.

Jasmine and the woman who trained her are absolute sweethearts! They were kind, friendly and efficient. The only drawback to our stay was how old and musty the room smelled. Causing us to need to keep the air and fan on the whole day.

It was only a 1-night stay to visit family. The room was comfortable as was the bed, and it was quiet. Fixtures are older, but in okay condition. The breakfast served was very good. Our room was next to the pool area which was quite pretty with many plants and flowers. The one complaint was that there was a faint odor of cigarette smoke in the room.

decent for the price and was quiet. Near a lot of food and stores. Would stay again if in the area. The outside seating areas they had and the pool was really clean/nicely decorated. Rooms could be more updated but was happy with my stay. Staff was nice and professional.

They said they had an airport shuttle - two people told me to be there at a bit before 9. When I went there, they told me that the shuttle did not run until 11. so I had to drive to the airport and pay to park on the last level. I also had to haul my suitcase, my laptop bag and two other bags there by myself and I am 80.
The eggs were cold a breakfast and they were out of sausage and made NO move to replace it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The property includes a very nice pool area located in a center court area. Adjacent properties include a Burger King on one side and a Waffle House (Avoid) on the other. The room was very spacious that included a large mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. The a/c unit was great. Room was clean. Staff made this stay great. It is very close to the airport and is adjacent to the highway - which is a real noise producer for sure.

Wonderful area. Came to Greenville area looking to relocate here, this was the perfecr motel to stay.

It was a good place to stay for a night. However, some of the male guests were hanging out in the parking lot (for more than a couple of hours) next to their truck, conversing.
I could hear a child banging on one of my walls but it stopped as soon as I made some noises to let them know the next door room was occupied.
Also, another next door guest was playing music at a low/medium volume but it was already 10:45pm on a Saturday night. Once I put on ear plugs, it did not bother me. Overall, it was not a quiet hotel.
