This is a great hotel, with an amazing staff.

The first room we were given had a terrible odor. We requested a new room and were given one. Our room was on a busy interstate, which made sleeping difficult due to the excessive room noise. The room didn't have an ice bucket, but we were given one after we requested it.

We asked to moved after the 1st night to a room not right on the highway. Traffic noise was very loud. After 2 nights we were able to move. Toilet seat in our bathroom was too small for the toilet and kept slipping. The iron did not work. Quality of bedding was poor. We generally love Hilton hotels but would not stay at one of these again.

Our stay was overall a gray stay. Our room was nice and spacious. We had a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. The room was mostly clean. The bathroom could have used a little more attention. There was hair in the tub area and on the floor from the previous guest. Other than that, I have no complaints about the hotel or our stay. I do want to note that there is no pool at this hotel so if you're looking to relax in a jacuzzi or swimming, you won't be able to do that here. The workout room is nice and here is a nice patio area in the back of the hotel to relax. The hotel is within walking distance to The Fashion Mall of Keystone where you can shop at higher end stores like Gucci, Sacs, etc. I would stay here again if I ever travel this way again.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast is good but always the same line of food. We have stayed here for the last 3 weeks whilst our home is under repair and prefer to stay here over any other hotel. Jada at the desk is extremely friendly and brings a smile always! Coffee is always available which is a plus! Clean rooms with cooking amenities available so you don’t have to eat out. Highly recommended

Beautiful hotel, loved our room! Might of been the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent! Close to nearly food and shopping.

The hotel gave me a room that had not been cleaned. It was filthy. I had to go back to the front desk and get a new room. The girl at the front desk went and told the manager and he couldn’t even be bothered to come out to apologize or say anything to me

The road to get to the hotel is confusing and not really well marked.
Breakfast was a complete let down. It was scrambled eggs, egg omlet, sausage, oatmeal that was way too much water. Fruit and yogart.
The waffle mix was empty. There was bread.
The room was huge and clean. You could not hear any outside road noise.
I would stay there again.

There were 5 of us (2 adults & 3 children) staying in a 2 queen suite for two nights. Check in was easy and pleasant. The room was spacious. Breakfast in the morning was your standard continental and was fine. We didn't find the beds very comfortable. We would stay again.

Horrible room on the first floor. ADA room? Not like any we have had before at this brand. Nobody slept - partying going on at the fire pit outside our window and on the parking lot most of the night. The front desk person was so rude. Not sure why others who made their reservations after us had lovely rooms. I will share this with the lacrosse families and tournament people.

This stay was for myself and my groomsmen the night before the wedding. We dealt with good staff during the day even though they gave us the wrong room. The staff at night was horrible. Completely rude and unprofessional to all of us. The room was handicap accessible but the shower flooded anytime someone used it. Water ran through the bathroom and started reaching the carpet where we had to set up a barrier of towels. Spoke with the rude front desk women, who told me there is nothing she can do and said she had bigger problems. I asked for more towels since we used ours to clean up the mess and she replied saying we shouldn’t need that many and not to ask for more. Unprofessional and very rude I wouldn’t Recommend staying.

The staff were wonderful but no one cleaned the rooms.The rooms were dirty and the cleaning staff were not available most of the time.improve the cleaniness otherwise great location and helpful front desk staff

Newer hotel, easy free parking. Standard rooms, etc. Stayed 4 nights, no linnens, trash pick up, coffee replenishment, etc. Like we were not even there. All for $300/night. Disappointing.
