No pool, rooms are not clean. Mold was growing in our room & the ceiling was leaking. The bathtubs are horrible with chipped paint and mold. Breakfast was a task. They ran out by 7am all tht was left was raisin bran, no bread no milk ect. To get new towels you have to wait until the housekeeper comes by your room and that was if they had enough to exchange them out.

The pool was green and closed in the middle of summer. The room was dingy, dirty, bed was soiled.

The motel needed a lot of updates. They didn’t put towels enough towels in the room. They didn’t have any towels in the build and had to wait till the morning. They never brought any towels. The next day the ran out of breakfast a hour into breakfast. We went to the track meet and was hot and tired but had no towels in the room. When I went to the front desk. The owner told me they couldn’t give extra towels. I explained that the reservation was made for 4 people. She then said we can only give you one more set. I asked her are we to share towels. She told me they didn’t have any and that I would have to wait till the morning. The laundry/housekeeping staff was right there and she said they were gone. She then felt like I was been disrespectful because I asked her if she shared towels at home. She walked away and they never gave us new towels and didn’t clean the room the next three days we were there. We checked out a day early and the charged us a fee

It’s was just fine for the price I’d book again

There was bed bugs and cockroaches everywhere, there was druggies roaming the property. I demanded a refund to find another place to stay.

I got there they didn’t have any ice machine. They had a cooler out front yet to scoop it out of there was roaches in the room. Cigarette burns in the blanket. Bathroom tiles were falling off the wall showerhead was hanging out the wall didn’t have anything out for breakfast had a ton of children there No coffee Cereal, milk Just a waffle, the manager said because some food hub had brought it in yet. This was not an expensive motel, but this was obviously one that had a lot of concerning people staying at it for cops out in the parking lot all night, long talking to an individual then they have the gall to sit here and have you initial for deposits in case you damage the place, you couldn’t damage that place worse than it was. I’m very surprised. The health department is not there yet. The pool is empty. That ought to be about enough. I’m sure I can tell you more.

Horrible place. Dirty panties left behind rooms not cleaned sheets stained mold, horrible area. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Bed bugs roaches just disgusting. Checked in late night and left the very next day since had no were else to go that night. No refund offered or anything left the reservation a day early. Stay away Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!

Smelled like dogs had been kept in the room for an extended period of time. Appeared to be feces smeared on the bathroom walls. Floors absolutely filthy. Two old stained towels for four people and no way to get more. This was my worst hotel experience in 30+ years of travel. I will not use Rodeway again. Owner should be embarrassed!!!

I checked in the room had no towels and the floor was dirty they didn’t sweep the floor,or clean the bathroom.

Very noisy, dirty, room, outside.property unkeep property, pool not open. Unsafe.feeling. breakfast no food except cereal, no coffe, watered dow. Juice watered down., waffles iron burned waffles.

Was nervous to sleep on the bed, due to possible bedbugs. The remote control didn’t have batteries, so I couldn’t watch TV during my stay

The place wasn't clean at all and the towels were dingy. I had an accident on the bed and they refused to give me linen so I could change the sheets. I was told to go and buy some to put on the bed. So I was refused clean linen and they refused to allow me to change rooms. When I got there I was in shock by the place but there was a no return policy and I understood why as soon as I saw the place. My money was spent so I tried to make the best of the situation I found myself in. It only go worse in the few hours I was there. I ended up leaving and saying myself. You get what you pay for. I got another hotel and enjoyed the lovely and clean room. Don't waste your money there it's not worth your money or your time.

I recently stayed for three nights and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I was given a smokers' room upon arrival. The hotel staff was unable to change my room, which was very frustrating and unacceptable. Additionally, the room was dirty and not cleaned throughout my stay. This lack of cleanliness made the experience even worse, and it was clear that the hotel did not meet basic standards of hygiene. Given these issues, I am requesting a refund for my stay. This was far below the standard I expected, and I am very dissatisfied with the service provided. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve the experience for future guests.

Crappy Cheap Hotel. I'm not opposed to crappy cheap hotels this one tried a bit harder to be crappy. Nasty beds and towels dirty run down. It had all the elements.

it was so bad i will never stay there again or tell ppl to stay their ppl was not friendly and there was no pool there i call and ask if they had pool before i made Reveca and the lady said we have apool and i ask is there water in pool and she said yes there was no pool

Terrible. Did not properly explain hotel policies. We clearly checked in with a dog at the desk and we’re not informed of any pet fees additionally. On the last day of the stay, we were kicked off the property almost 4 hours before checkout ecause the owner had called the police for us not paying pet fee. No refund and nothing. Terrible

Pool is not in order, the staff are rude and unprofessional. The Indian women (which is only a manager not the GM) presented herself as the GM the actual GM is very nice and a pleasant person. The reason I am still here they have a no refund policy and I had already paid online. I can not put into words the attitude the Indian lady had. I thought maybe she was having a bad day and overlooked it, No that’s her everyday. How she still has a job is beyond me she is definitely in the wrong profession I actually witnessed her in the parking lot, raising her voice arguing with a guest. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone as unhappy as she is with her life and job as she makes everybody around her miserable. I really hope with we many complaints as she has against her, that they can see that she makes people not want to return

Julia and ellizabeth two of the employees that work at the front desk are incredible. They take the time to talk to you, explain things and treat you like a human being. As far as the other staff that have been here the last few days are rude and just not nice. Roaches in the room, I had to clean the bathroom and used my own towels because the ones provided stink. The complimentary shampoo/ body wash if the guest didn’t use all of it Or didn’t take it, it is left for you half used. Drink splattered on the wall behind the night stand, remotes have no back on them. I have been over charged 80 dollars, when I called to talk to the front desk I was hung up on. This will be the last time i stay at this hotel. Half the guest are rude as well and it is because the front desk stress them out. I travel allot for work and personal vacation and this is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. They have a no refund policy, if I could get my money back I would definitely move to another hotel. But with the no refund policy and being over charged I do not have the money to go to another hotel. I have never been at a hotel and talked to like a dog or belittled which is the experience I have had. The water does not drain in the shower: Disgusting is the room and certain stairt are very unprofessional. If you come to stay here hopefully Julie is at the front desk she’s awesome 😎

Couldnt book room dye to 📶 beinghugh in drugs. She was there shaking and nit responding i have videos and pictures. They will mot let me upload my pictures or video.

Needs a MAJOR renovation,mold is everywhere,smells really old and outdated,don’t recommend to stay for anyone

This was the worst experience staying at a hotel in my life. Never, ever stay here if you value cleanliness at all. When we checked in I was informed that they did not provide linens for the pull-out couch. That was the primary reason we made this reservation because we are a family of 5 and needed the extra sleeping space. Thought surely there would at least be an extra pillow when we got to the room- nope! Went back to the desk to ask for one, was told no they couldn't provide one. Informed the desk clerk that the pull-out was filthy and she didn't care. Just informed me that all the rooms were full so she couldn't switch me to another room. That was the only truthful thing she had to say. It was a busy weekend in the area because I tried to find another hotel. The room was in terrible condition. -Spots on the wall had been fixed, but they didn't bother to paint it the same paint color -Tub finish was peeling -Sink nearly impossible to turn on -Dirt on the floors -Hair in the shower -No phone -Coffee maker broken -Insufficient towels -toilet ran on and off all night Morning desk clerk was complete opposite. Very helpful and knew that the staff was horrible. I hope that she is able to find another job where they can appreciate her capable service because I don't see how this place will stay open much longer due to the lousy service. Felt like we should have been paid to stay there not the other way around!

This place needs a complete remodel. I was greatful that I had clean sheets and bath towels but my covers to my bed had cigarette burn holes. Breakfast was only limited to toast and waffles. I know it takes money to remodel but if it were winter I would have left because I could see daylight from the exterior door. I definitely won’t be staying there again.

Im upset with hotels.com you guys stole my money and never sent it to the hotel. I ended having to sleep in my car last night due to the rodeway stating you did not send in the room money. I paid for the room last week and when i got there i couldnt stay due to the virtual key you sent saying that i didnt pay for the room meanwhile i have my reciept the money came off my card a week ago. Bad customer service the worstso bad after the hotel let you guys know that u didnt send the virtual key and they showed me on there screen that it never was sent. Your customer service agent hung up the phone and stop taking my text messages. Never called back to say what they could do instead left me hanging i had to sleep in a parking lot last night. All i wanted was my refund at that point so i can book a room with another app.

Comfy bed. Rooms need to updated. Maybe painted inside. Lobby was pretty. Rooms a little run down but for average was clean

First time I've checked in to a hotel and there was still a previous guest's stuff in the room when I went to open the door. Had to get switched to another room without the bed I had booked. It was the same price but could have been avoided if the room was actually checked after the previous guest's "early checkout." Place could use some deep cleaning. Walked past a room that has broken glass that was just taped. The whole place is not inviting. If you want cheap you got it, but it isn't worth it. Should have stayed at a Super 8.

The office lady was very rude, I was having issues with my booking and she took not time to help me or explain anything to me, closed the door in my face. I was very frustrated and did not stay the night I’m still waiting on my refund! Her name is “ Jennifer”
