Reception was good and friendly. Made sure I feel safe and my belongings were safe too when I stepped out. I will recommend them to anybody

I was told my payment didn’t go through and that I had to pay in cash for the room and the deposit. My card was charged for the stay. Then in the morning I was not given back my deposit. All in all I was scammed out of over $80. Will not return.

It is not high end, I did not want high end. I wanted inexpensive that had smoking rooms. So I got exactly what I wanted and exppected.

The owner was kind, considerate and completely overwhelmed. Apparently he cannot get good help with housekeeping. I rented a smoking room and when I got into the room there was no ashtray. I decided to make do with my own. Then there was no garbage can and finally no remote for the television.
As I was sitting on the bed I noticed a bug so I went to help it on its way to the afterlife when I saw that it was a cockroach. This was not good. Sure enough, as happens with cockroaches, there were many more. Needless to say, I left to rest in my vehicle.

Gave us a room that wasn’t clean, and then gave us a room that someone else was staying in. And the room we finally got ,has roaches in it and the tv didn’t work and the outlets didn’t work as well. Worst place I have ever stayed in. I wouldn’t recommend it.
People yelling in the parking lot. Trash and glass all over the parking lot, Just a really bad area in Springfield.

Looked like the floor hadn't been swept or mopped in months. Stains of some sort all over the walls. Didn't even dare get in the shower. Very unclean. The remote for the TV has corroded batteries and it did not work and when asked for a channel guide of some sort they said they didn't have one.

Didnt even stay! Waited 45 minutes to even check in. Place was filthy. Was notified while standing there a failed rating by health dept that week.

Brutal. Absolutely terrible hotel. Dirty and unsafe. Gave us our room key at check in and when I opened the door a lady was sitting on the toilet

They have no microwaves and no room and they will take ur deposit and act like they didn’t charge it then when want it back they be quick to call the police I will never stay there again they staff is very disrespectful they very poor people…..

I was amazed on how clean the room was... We were in room 104 non smoking room... No smoke smell which was excellent the bed was rather comfortable no noise... No issues Whatsoever.. If I'm ever in Springfield again this will be my choice to stay.

We were in town for a funeral and this was one of the only hotels left as it was bike week in Springfield, We were greeted with a gentleman who was all business and no personality traits! The room wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet barely flushed. When we pulled back the comforter we found a dirty boot print on the white comforter letting us know it was NOT laundered! Over all we weren’t impressed with the room and wouldn’t bother booking there again!!

There was NO telephone in the room. When I notified the front desk (had to walk to the office) they said they would check into it. They did nothing, so I was in a room all night with NO telephone!

We went to Check in we were locked out of office, manager was on a call yelling and cussing the entire time.
People all around just hanging in parking lot and were super sketchy and just felt very unsafe!!

My booking was for $420 for one week. The people at the desk said my online booking was no good and i had to pay 450 or leave. That's called extortion.

The bathroom ceiling was riddled with mold. There was so much dirt and grime and stuff that had slid down the Walls but appeared to be blood maybe pop of some kind of looks red. There was a hole in the wall the refrigerator was turned around backwards and not plugged in and it would not close. But that was a lot better than the first room that they tried to get us to rent neither rooms had smoke detectors.

It was a terrible area and we didn't feel safe, so we didn't stay.

Firstly, I requested for a non-smoking room, but the room was stinky like a skunk.
Secondly, they where bugs all over the place that I had to go look for insecticide and spray the room.
No microwave and the refrigerator was infested with bugs.
The walls had open sockets with wires.
I have never felt uncomfortable sleeping like this anyway before.

They were extremely rude, room was nasty, bugs in room, they would not move me into a better room, they even had the audacity to put me in a dirty room until I complained for an hour

Air conditioner was leaking in room. The smoke detector had been ripped from wall. Sheets on one bed was stained. Blanket on other was stained. Floor was dirty. Trash wasn’t emptied. Then we asked for a refund which they promised but took my money anyways

I booked my room using Hotelsdotcom on 3/29/2024 for a two-night stay on 05/24/2024 & 05/26/2024. I was again charged by Red Roof Inn when I arrived on the 24th. I did not feel safe because of the noise from other guests, location, and marijuana smell. I have received a credit from Red Roof Inn that did not fully cover the second (double) billing.
