Maybe at some point this was a 5 star property but definitely not anymore. Windows leaked on the rainy days. We saw a cockroach in the hall. Everything was just a little bit rundown and old. The suite, wasn’t really a suite because the living room was combined with the bedroom so it didn’t provide the privacy you’d want in a suite. We won’t be coming back here. Better properties out there.

This was a very nice hotel. If you’re looking for a lot to do after 9:00 there is not a lot offered after shows. Everyone was very friendly(if you tip..service was much better)! Wish we would have been informed of all the shows upon arrival(had to switch dinner reservations around due to this & finding out the day of). Not a fan of the time share pitch after you checkin..definitely would have told them right off the bat NOT interested(this wasted a lot of our time after traveling we just wanted to get on with our vacation. Pools, beach and grounds were excellent & also our room cleaning service(again we tipped). They came in twice a day. Fridge was not stocked daily & had to ask them twice during the week to stock it(different person then house keeper). our room was great and on ground level with ocean view & pool. The only issue in the room was tub wouldn’t drain. we asked about it and the plug was removed but didn’t solve the problem. Pretty much our whole stay they were jack hammering and removing concrete in the room only a couple doors down & in the hallway(very loud and extremely dusty).Thank god we didn’t have small children that nap. Breakfast buffet was wonderful as were all the sign up speciality ones(do this the day of for the time slot you want). Take the ferry to Isla(our favorite island). Ferry is a really short walk. Overall for us this was a vacation to relax and it definitely was just that! Great friendly staff & clean. Will return someday!

This place was perfect the view was amazing for my first time in Cancun it was just right! Convenient to the strip and felt very safe. I would recommend that they invest in dehumidifiers for the rooms but rather than that it was very nice.

Kids zone staff are not professional, they seem not want any kids to be in the kids club, they are trying to find any excuse to not accept the kids, even though there was only around 4 kids in the club a day. They were very rude including the manager. During the last day. My son and his friends refused to go to the club due to the rude teachers.

The property's rooms are quite outdated, but that doesn't mean they're uncomfortable or dirty. The rooms are cleaned twice a day, and overall, they were good and everything worked as expected. The TV doesn't offer many channels, but you're not here to watch TV anyway. Some of the ocean views are not direct. The restaurants and the food were great to my taste, considering the variety of dishes offered. The restaurant staff, except during breakfast, were awesome; they were super busy but very helpful. It seems to be a very family-oriented place, as it has its own kids club which my daughter loved. The pool water is warm, but there is a lack of staff offering drinks and taking care. I stayed for 7 days, and only twice was I asked if I wanted a drink. They have a variety of events every day, but there isn't much nightlife, which you can find just across the street. I would recommend this place to people with kids. The breakfast buffet line is never fun, but at least during our stay, it wasn't super long. The beach in front is clean but has very small tides. The thing I disliked the most is people reserving seats in the morning and not coming back until the afternoon; the staff should avoid this, as at some point, there were no seats even though the hotel occupancy was not that high. Rooms can be noisy if they share a common door with another room, but during the night, we never heard any noise from above or below.

Wonderful stay, exceeded my expectations! Buffet had lots of options, I have a special diet and stay very low carb and there were plenty of choices each meal. Service was always excellent, rooms were clean and housekeeping was very thorough, even organizing my big spread of toiletries neatly. Pools were great, large and clean with a fun vibe. Beach was beautiful and well kept. Would definitely return.

Fantastic all inclusive in the heart of Cancun yet with peace and quiet available on the private strip of beach. Staff were great, inclusive offerings better than any other all inclusive I have stayed at, rooms large with lovely views. My only criticism was the temperature of the pool - more like a bath than a pool!

Beautiful property with polite attentive staff. Compared to other trips to Mexico, this was my favorite resort experience. Room and service are grand! The sales people were a little much though. We were approached 3 times including at check-in. That was really the only con.

Very good stay overall. Staff were very friendly and generally helpful. The hotel is dated, but it hads to the charm, I had no issues with it. Pool area and resturants were clean and well maintained. Beach areas were nice, lucky we missed any seaweed tsunamis. Scored 4 out of 5 as we had persistent drilling near our room in the afternoon. We would try and put our young kids down for a nap but the noise didnt help. Reported this to reception many times but it didnt stop. Almost felt the maintenance staff were a group to themselves and couldnt be stopped, which is ridiculous in a 5 star hotel. So that was the only down point for me, overall very good and happy generally.

Love the feel of the resort, old and classy Mexican style. Staff was helpful and very nice. The food was amazing we booked a new restaurant every day of our 7 day stay and we didn't have a bad meal. Only issue was the condensation in the rooms after showering, it was really bad in our first room, we complained and we were moved to a better room

View was beautiful, the beach was beautiful, rooms were cleaned daily and mini bar stocked daily. The service was great, rooms clean and the food was good as well. Overall an A and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality hotel.

We were there July 2024. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was huge with a beautiful view, always clean and very comfortable. The pools are numerous and well maintained, dinner options are great and activities offered just off the beach reasonably priced and fun. Would definitely stay there again if back in Cancun.
