Staff was friendly and helpful

The place is one of thee oldest best Western we've stay at. Towels are very old. Place needs a renovation.

The front desk people were awesome. They were friendly and helpful.

We were greeted warmly at the front desk and a ground floor room was immediately found for us even though we were checking in a bit early. The room was exceptionally clean without any lingering antiseptic smells. The beds were comfortable and the microwave and small refrigerator were convenient. Plentiful breakfast options provided next morning with unexpected courteous service at the table. Best of all was the Tesla Supercharger conveniently located near the office. We will stay here again for sure!

Comfortable bed, quiet AC (thank you!), friendly and helpful staff, and a good breakfast. What’s not to like?! We’ve stayed here before, and would do so again.

Staff is super friendly, room was clean. Breakfast starts at 6am and this really helped us because we needed to check out at 7 am. Breakfast had a good variety of food.

Had to reregister, phone address, then wanted a deposit. Had a pet, that to needed a deposit. I am ok, but I fill all questions on line, which weren’t asked for when I made payment for the room on line. Then it was like I was not to be trusted. Room was stellar and very clean. Toilet could be a tall HDA type. Thank you

The perfect place to rest after a long trip! we absolutely loved this place. Staff was super helpful and accommodating & breakfast was delicious! definitely coming back next time i’m in Las Cruces!

Water from shower smelled like dirty sewer water. Not sure if there was an issue with the water quality, but we both had stomach issues the next day. Not good on a 12 hour drive home. Rooms were outdated but clean.

Cute property, well maintained. Staff very accomodating, clean room, comfortable bed. Only downside, no elevators! So unless you are on ground flor, you have to cart everything up stairs.

The rooms appear much better in pictures. We did not sleep well at this hotel. The train travels through the area and it was extremely loud. The train traveled through the area blasting horns and rattling windows at 3:00 am. Although our room was non-smoking, patrons were smoking in the corridors and the smell traveled into our room.

Very friendly front desk and morning breakfast felt like home away from home with NM art and fresh flowers. All rooms are very clean and comfortable! Close to Old Mesilla fine galleries and restaurants 🌅🌄🌅🌄🌅

Second time staying at this location. Room was nice and clean plus cool air. Only thing was that the toilet bowl was very low but we made it work. All lower rooms were taken already so we had to walk up the stairs. Some difficulties there for my husband in having to go up the stair way. Other than that it was nice place to rest and relax.

The room was clean but it smelled. Carpet need to be removed.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Their pool was also clean and maintained well. You will enjoy the lawn / little park like area day and night! They offer a great breakfast as well!

A nice facility. An older building but well maintained and comfortable. Nice dining area with great hot breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Surrounding area was not very appealing for walking around in. Many restaurants and stores available about 1/4 mile up the street.

This was a one night stay, checked in late and left early due to travel schedule. When checking in, was told since I booked through a 3rd party (Hotels.com), they hold a $100 incidental fee. This was not part of the details in the booking information in the app. I book other locations regularly through this app and have never had such a steep incidental fee. The room was clean and the landscaping is nice. The beds were not comfortable, and the towels are in desperate need of replacing (very thin and thread bare). Also be aware there is a train track close by with at least 3 trains that I heard through the night. Also, there are only stairs to the second floor. The day after checking out, I notice a fee charged to my card. I called the motel because I had no idea what I would have been charged for. They let me know it was for a “missing ice bucket.” I had to ask where the ice bucket would have been located, since there was no reason we would have used it since we checked in around 10 pm, left around 9 am and had our own drinks from a drive-thru. There was absolutely no ice bucket in the room. As of this review, the person answering the phone was not able to help, so I am waiting for a call back.

Front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice and the property is very quiet and peaceful.

Queen beds too tall. Hotel provided a step stool to help get into bed. Awkward and dangerous for me being a senior with limited mobility. Otherwise the room was fine. The grounds and pool were neat and clean. This is my 7th time staying at the BE Mission Inn. But with the beds being too tall may not stay there again

It’s an older hotel with lots of charm, the staff was great but the ac didn’t work well and it was a little noisy at the room I stayed in. (At front of the property).

We initially went to another hotel and it had roaches so we were exhausted when we arrived here. The front desk guy was so sweet and friendly. The room was as pictured with a comfy king sized bed. Large room. Would stay here again

The Inn is very cute and nostalgic, even if a little older. Room was clean and had all the amenities needed. The bed, however, was awful!! Slumped in the middle and uncomfortable. We both had terrible backaches the next morning. The breakfast was good and restaurant clean.

My stay was awesome. And woman at the front desk was amazing.
