The thing that bother us during our stay is that the toilet doesn’t flush really slow and doesn’t flush out all. The water is dripping after shower.

Wonderful stay. Everything was just perfect

Just needed a place for the night because of an early flight. The people at front doing trivia contest was amazing. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. It was pretty quiet as well. The only "bad" was that the hallways smelled liked cigarette smoke and seeing multiple security/police offers made us a little nervous questioning the overall safety. But overall a nice stay.

Front desk was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Beds were comfortable and coffee was great!

The man who took me from the airport to the hotel was not very friendly. The bed was sort of mushy and I didn’t sleep well. … The young lady at the counter when I checked in was Very nice.

The only issue was only 1 working elevator. Ms. Jo and Ms. Cassie in the restaurant/bar were AMAZING

When I turned the heat on, it started to smell like smoke, then it looked like hot sparks were coming out of it. In the morning the fire alarm went off so we were evacuating when it stopped. No fire!

Arrived at 4pm, greeted at the service desk with “we’ve had an issue in the kitchen that has forced us to turn off the water in the entire building. It will be back on in about an hour.” Had been driving all day and was ready for a shower, so needless to say this was an inconvenience. Had plans for the evening so we left about an hour after we got there - still no water at that point - returned around 11pm and STILL no water in the building. There was tons of racket/banging - assuming it was someone trying to get the water fixed - but it continued till 2-3 in the morning, which was absolutely insane. By the time I finally half-way fell asleep at 3am there was STILL no water. Woke up around 9am and there was FINALLY water, but had we known it was gonna take 16-17 hours to get the problem resolved we never would’ve checked in to begin with. Was never offered an apology or any type of discount for the inconvenience or anything else.

Told me there was breakfast.. Apparently cook do not show up.. No. Breakfast at all.

Stayed for one night as this hotel is close to the airport and has convenient shuttle service. Only dislike was that there’s a lot of freeway and train traffic noise through the night so bring some earplugs if you want some help with deeper sleep. The in-house restaurant and bar had great food and was perfect for us as there weren’t any restaurants that we could find close by.

Good enough to sleep then split.

My stay was a good experience, the beds were comfortable, nice setting in rooms ,and great breakfast in the mornings. Staff was nice and professional 👌

Very friendly staff and responsive to requests. The hotel is obviously older and in need of some TLC. We were put in a handicap room on the 4th floor (?); those components were not in the greatest shape. Curtains didn’t function properly. Refrigerator was noisy. No free breakfast.

We have been staying at this hotel several times. This is the first time we had a bathroom with a shower curtain which was ripped and torn. Water was on the floor when we were finished. Looked awful. On the other hand, ordered pizza there and it was amazing.

The room didn’t have soap in the shower, the tv remote did not work. The bath towel had someone else hair on it. And the check out time was at 11:00 a.m and the house keeper brought more towels and soap and 10:50 a.m.

Good place for the money. Hot wings at the bar down stairs was awesome.

This hotel was just down the road and very convenient from the Airport.

Room needs updating, crack in sink and plug didn’t work. Took 5 minutes for hot water to warm water in shower. Bed mattress was broken down needs replaced. Carpet is dirty and needs cleaning.

The hotel is deceiving. The carpet was mildew and the outside walls of the building was dingy.

The hotel didnt have the rype of room that i reserved available. I had to wait around for one to become available from housekeeping. I arrive after checkuin time so they should have had things together. Other than that everything else was fine.

The tv did not work. The air conditioner did not get the room cool at all. We had it on high and it was blowing out low at minimum. The room had a smell. When I went into the bathroom there was a long black hair on the toilet seat. On the other hand, the hostess at the desk was very accommodating. Other than the issues I mentioned the room was ok but could have definitely been better.

I booked a double bed and was given a king with a rollout. After traveling 6 hours and arriving at midnight it was not worth an argument. Myself, husband, and 16 year old daughter slept in one king bed. Needless to say there wasn’t much sleep! I’d love to see one of you sleep on the horrible rollout bed full of hard springs. The floors felt wet, room smelt moldy. There was a tiny tv in this huge room. I asked for extra blankets knowing how horrible the rollout was going to be and we got the standard extra blanket (the itchy ones) not an extra comforter that we would have received if we got what we booked. We truly over paid. The front desk clerk was extremely rude the night of checking in and the next day. Our room didn’t even have a blow dryer. Had to wait over an hour just to get one! By then my family was in the car because we had to be somewhere. The front desk clerk acted as if she could t even hold the blow dryer for our return. She would just stare at you when you asked something other. However the hospitality lady was very friendly and tried to be as accommodating as she could. We were loved from floor 5 to 3 and it seemed like a completely different hotel. It was WILD!

Room 401 was next to the elevator. Noise from the elevator awakened me through out the night.

They are under construction, front desk didnt know what room to put me in for a tub. On the plus side it really was very quiet in spite of the construction. And the breakfast staff and food was really good. The bed was ridiculous! I asked front desk if all of the beds were that soft and they said yes and never checked back with me. This bed was broken ,there is no way a handicapped person could get in and out of that bed.

It took three tries to get a room that was not occupied or clean. The rooms smell moldy Carpet soaking wet around the AC. No internet what so ever.
