Room size and staff are nice. The ambience inside the hotel are good but it’s an old town with no much surrounding activities. The hot water didn’t work and the staff had fixed the issue later. Overall the hotel is good if you are ok to stay bit away from the central town.

Our stay at Mercure was really, really nice. I would like to thank all the staff at the reception, very good customer service. I will definitely stay at the Mercure hotel when I am in Paris and will recommend it to other families traveling to Paris.

Initially room Airconditioning was not good. When requested we were given change of room immediately. Staff there was very good and very friendly. Had an excellent stay.

Overall, the hotel is nice and has everything you need. The daily breakfast is terrific! My only complaint is that the overhead lights weren't working in our room and the shower head didn't work... It was clean, and in general, well maintained. But these issues should be corrected.

Disappointed with condition. Reception looked good but on the floor there was always stinking smell . Housekeeping was not good ,staff did not clean the room well. It’s winter time so heating had to kept on but became so hot we were not able to sleep and we had open Windows, regulator did not work.

The rooms were nice. Nice standing shower.

Lovely trip to Paris, easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. Staff were helpful and friendly. Just be aware that if you do drive and park at the hotel that it is not recommended for large cars. We had a large SUV and the entrance to the car park is small and it gets smaller as you descend. You then get on a car lift which was terrifying as the car barely fit and we couldn’t have escaped out the doors or sun roof if we’d had any issues. It was both low and narrow and quite worrying. Other than that, the hotel was very pleasant and breakfast good value.

Extremely convenient place to stay if you are visiting the Porte de Versailles Expo centre as it is just across the road. Helpful friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Meŕcure Hotel Porte de Versailles is well located infront of train and tram way station which makes it easily to move within the city. Hotel is comfortable and staff is very friendly.

The level of the hotel is high and the personnel is friendly. However, the management has some problems. For instance, they did not get us the invoice affirming this corresponds to expedia (??). After several emails they gently did it but (of course) the price reported in the document is lower than the real price I paid. I asked my invoice to expedia but they do not respond. The last day of our stay there was a black out. We used the emergency stairs to get out (we were on the 7th floor). The problem is that the ground floor exit door was closed. Although they immediately opened it, it is wrong to leave the emergency exit door closed on the ground floor. There must be an anti -panic opening system. Expedia needs to clarify the point on invoices. Evaluate well, because if you need the invoice you might have some surprises.

This hotel is reasonably priced with a great location (25 mins walk from Eiffel Tower and close to shops and restaurants). The room was comfortable, although the bathroom often became too wet when completing simple tasks like washing my face. The hotel could do with some paint. The staff were amazing and a real credit to the hotel. Thank you for an overall enjoyable stay in a wonderful city!

Clean and cozy. The only complaint is that they don’t offer shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Thank god I always travel with my own stuff.

I requested they clean my room because the sheets they put had a stain and the bed liner was dirty and they only changed the sheets. I was unhappy with the cleanliness and they also tried to charge me for breakfasts that I did not have.

The hotel has a very convenient access as it is located directly opposite the exhibition center. Either woth metro, tram, bus or taxo ot is good reachable. Staff is very nice and always keep smiling. Rooms are nice with all necessities such as good wifi, aircondition, flat TV with good choice of Channels, safe, minibar, complimentary water in room, perfect hotel ammenities by Nuxe, hairdryer and nice decor. Breakfast os really good, except fresh vegetable you have plenty of choice and even macrons :) All over it was nice stay and recommend it very much especially for business travellers.
