We love staying here. We have stayed here many times in the past. I just wish they would get the hot tub fixed. They finally got the heater working now they need to focus on getting the jets to work.

The king bed was sooo comfortable! My daughter said the sofa bed was good also. The hair dryer worked well.
The bathroom was tiny. We ran out of hot water by the third shower. The faucet in the tub was loose. The clothes iron leaked water all over the clothes. The breakfast was just so-so, nothing special.

We loved our stay at the Best Western in Provo. Although our checkin was around 1am due to a late flight arrival, we were greeted by a very nice and helpful employee. The first two rooms we were offered had some minor issues (a noisy toilet and a cleaned carpet that was still wet), so the front desk employee gave us a free upgrade to a top floor suite. We were too tired to notice, but when we woke up the next morning we realized the suite had a beautiful view of the mountains with large windows on three sides of the suite. Add to the gorgeous view a full kitchen, large bath and private bedroom and we were very happy and forgot about the long flight from the day brfore. Thanks to Best Western staff for helping to make our business trip and first vacation in Utah a lovely experience!!!

Wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, the common spaces were comfortable, roomy and well appointed.
The pool and hot tub were spacious, well maintained and clean. The laundry was bright, clean and new. The breakfast was well done with non-dairy options and toppings for oatmeal (Much appreciated by a lactose intolerant individual.)

Everything was great except the bathroom. It was not clean a little bit of mold on the ceiling, chipping paint on the floor and not clean tub. Which is too bad because the front desk was great. The beds were great. The room was clean otherwise but the bathroom was not acceptable.

Even though there was a room available they still charged us for an early check in. The bathroom sink area was very small and dark. Tony bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. No microwave. We requested housekeeping and when we returned our room wasn’t cleaned. When we checked with the front desk there was no note. The bees were very comfortable.

Staff was nice. Room was ok- a bit of a musty smell and seemed like they updated not too long ago, but things like the tub and molding weren’t and are very old. Bed wasn’t very comfortable.
Breakfast didn’t have a ton of options. Thinks kids would like I think.
Overall it was fine since we paid around $100 for a quick overnight. Fine for the price.
Pool and work out room looked nice, no time to use it.

There was no housekeeping service for two days even though I requested it from the front desk and placed a sign requesting it on my door. Room has no microwave

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom a little run down but clean. They left 2 body lotions (one used) and no shampoo! Honest mistake. Breakfast had burnt black cheese omelets and French Toast sticks. They brought out new ones as soon as they were ready. It was ok for our purposes.

We have stayed at this hotel in the past. The adjacent Indian restaurant is delicious. The hotel has been upgraded and is nice. We did have trouble with the drain in our bathroom and unevenness in the water temperature fluctuating between hot and cold. The corners of the bathroom floor were dirty - aleays a telling sign of lax cleaning.

The only thing that I’d mention is that my TV remote wouldn’t work and no one knew how to fix it, however because of that they let me switch to a different room to make it right. The staff was very kind!

Convenient location. Just down the road from BYU (we were not there for any college business). Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant.

This was very nice and they let us check in early. Unfortunately the breakfast food was not good. My 3 boys didn't like anything they had and even the syrup tasted funny. The Orange Juice was orange colored water.

Convenient, easy to find. Friendly, helpful staff. Room was good and laid out nicely. Recommend this hotel for it’s amenities, closeness to BYU and food services.

Overall, this property was very good and our experience was pleasant. The hotel itself is very nice and well taken care of. The only drawback I found was that this hotel shares parking with another hotel and an onsite restaurant, and parking was very limited, and the parking spaces were tight.

The front desk attendant was really nice. I like quiet hotels and this one is the quietest ive ever been in. Cleanliness was exceptional.
