We booked a premier apartment and it was fantastic. Awesome views and so much space. Worked out well for 2 couples when my husband got sick. Had everything we needed and more.

Stepping into the apartment and we felt we had stepped back in time to about 1972. Furniture needs a update drastically.. Great location but not worth the $$$$ unfortunately

It was a lovely large apartment close to all facilities. My only complaint would be the fact that they had a small starter pack as more toilet paper detergent would've been better. Also salt and pepper were missing that would've been beneficial.

We stayed here whilst attending the Gold Coast marathon and it was in a convenient spot for transport and on course support areas

Whilst we had a nice apartment it was at the back on a very low floor. We’ve stayed many times before with a much better aspect this time we looked at trees. Also there was an overwhelming smell in the drain in the bathroom and we needed to have window open in there and the weather for the week was cold and wet.

This is an older property but really lovely. The apartments are very big and very sound proof. The pool area is lovely although there are many pool tiles missing. It appears that most of the apartments are residences and not hotel style accommodation which gives the complex a very different feel.
The apartment we stayed in is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped although there were no accompaniments usually found in apartment rentals, like salt, pepper, oil, etc. you are also only provided with one dishcloth one garbage bag and one kitchen scrubber, for multiple day stays perhaps leave more of these as expecting a traveller to either bring cleaning supplies or do a grocery shop is a little much, especially when you require the property to be left clean and garbage removed.
Overall a very pleasant stay and I would return to this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit had been renovated and was really nicely done. Staff were very pleasant.
We were only there for 4 days, next time we will stay longer.

Accomodation was great, room was spacious. Mostly clean, although we found some unwanted items in weird places (probably missed by the cleaners). Pool was great. Close to convention centre and shops and eating.

Housekeeping is the only part which may need improvement. There are no vacuum machines / broom in the apartment and the floor is littered with hair and dirt after a few days and was left in that condition for 10 days

There is not much to not like about Belle Maison. I really like that smoking is not allowed. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the pool was a great temperature. Lifts were prompt,it was quiet and the apartment was spotless.l had a lovely stay!

The property was spacious and clean. The apartment we stayed had both river/ city view and ocean view. Very accessible to the beach and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Will definitely be coming back.

We stayed here as a family and the place was fantastic. It was clean and had enough space for everyone to replace. It was an easy walking distance to nice cafes and shops, and the allocated parking spot was a bonus. Pool area was clean. Staff were very helpful at check-in and when we had questions.

Had a great high floor apartment in the north side with great views and natural light. The apartment was spacious, lifts were easy to call & staff were great. Will definitely look at returning

From the friendly check in to the extremely spacious apartment, our stay was very enjoyable. Great location within easy walking distance of Broadbeach eateries and Star Casino & Pacific Fair shops. Can thoroughly recommend.

This was a beautiful apartment in a very convenient location. Spacious with great views from all rooms. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and the light rail.

From the airport a simple bus and one stop tram ride and short walk to the check-in. Apartment - good size, good location, good price. as well as nicely appointed and great to finally stay at a place that has TV stations correctly tuned in. A block away from restaurants, shops, beach, Convention Center and two blocks to the casino.

I couldnt go as my husband had a major heart attack rang hotel they said they would happy to credit if hotel.com credited the commisuon they charge hotel .
I rang hotel.com they said hotel said no refund.
I will never use hotel.com again.
