The view and size of the apartment was great!

The cleanliness. The bathroom had poo stains on it. Under our bed was rubbish and socks from previous people. The toasted was full of bread crumbs. I was not told that check out closed at 3PM. We were stuck in traffic for 3 hours longer than expected. The after hours number did not work, so we were stuck outside for half an hour until a guest arrived and let us in. He informed us of the room where people who worked there lived. We had to knock on their doors and get them to call the manager so we could get our keys. It was so extremely poor and I was so disappointed. Our friends had just driven down from Gladstone and my partner and I from the Sunshine Coast. Definitely would not recommend.

Location, Size and the ease of check in and check out

For the price, the bedrooms were very basic. Paying $400 a night, I would expect a lot more quality and facilities such as TV in bedroom.

Nice spacious apartment with sea view. Comfy beds, loved the pools & spa.

Only thing we didn’t like was the ensuite had no door. Carpet could do with an upgrade but no biggie. Room 47

size, view, location

Not very clean. the shower head was not cleaned, the shower floor felt dirty, the bathroom floor was dusty. the hair dryer was broken and dusty. the washing machine had soap powder in the softener section. the glass panels were dirty and unclear and the tables needed wiping. the bedroom side tables were dusty and the lamps were old and dirty. The kitchen bins stank like cigarette ashes were thrown in it and one of the pedals were broken. I had to clean the kitchen cupboard shelves that I was using as they were also dirty. The overall cleanliness was enough to make my stay uncomfortable and probably will not return.

views were good, spa and indoor pool were good,

bathrooms had no exhaust fans.. hair dryer wasnt working,toaster dodgy.. holes in sofa seats windows &curtains dirty , no matching crockery or cuttlery .I KNOW IT WAS A STANDARD apartament but compared to photos on your booking pages it wassub standard..

The location and view was everything! Absolute best part about it all!

Just a few little things floors were not cleaned and turning our feet black, needed more toilet paper for 2 nights stay, oven smoked up so couldn’t use, stove top took forever to heat and cook food, both toasters broken, fan doesn’t work in living, curtain rail broken in living.

Location was good, a little walking distance to restuarants etc but great coffee shops just around the corner. View was great, could see north, west and eastly over the water. Pool area looked great but we didn't use it on this trip. BBQ and gardens all looked great. Reception area very welcoming and carpark very clean and tidy.

Bathroom was great, bedroom good and bed very comfortable, kitchen workable but in need of update. Lounge and dining area looked very tired, lounge not comfortable and carpet a little tatty along the tiles. Very dusty around TV area.

The property was great. Plenty of room and set up nicely. The staff were super friendly and made checking in easy.

Perhaps could’ve been cleaned a bit more…the bathroom has lots of mould in the shower and the aircon didn’t seem to work too well. The beds are very small especially for an adult to sleep in.
