This was great for a group.

Better in all respects than the typical Hampton Inn, especially the restaurant/bar on the ground floor (possibly managed by a third party). Friendly and attentive front desk staff.

i got a bite (i don’t know what cased) in the room, no happy with that.

Stayed in a corner suite. Pretty view, very spacious. Recommend!

My daughter and I went to Chicago for a concert at the House of Blues, we had the best time! This was the perfect place to stay. Everything was walkable, the staff was amazing!

Was a nice hotel, was an older hotel that had updated lounge and common areas but rooms showed major wear. The rooms were clean and were set up for a comfortable stay. The staff was helpful, cheerful and took the time to explain Chicago and what it had to offer. The valet staff was some of our favorite employee interaction, super friendly and fun! Would recommend for couples, buisness or family stays!

Nice hampton inn, no complaints of staff or physical facility. COMPLAINT - # 1 totally cashless - very irritating,,, this placed and extra $2-300 hold on my debit card, by BOTH my bank AND hotel, i could not pay at checkout, even If i did not 'charge to your room'. There is no spa/restaurant/bar ... what is there to charge #2 they placed $100/ PER NIGHT incidentals deposit. this was exorbitant for a $175/night room..other hampton in locations is half. # 3 the valet parking listed 'available" in the reservation and checkout did not specify it was $65/ night which was exorbitant - if they had advertised the parking fee . the room would not have been the best financial option compared to other locations that 'parking was included in price'. this is misleading . When using a debit card on this trip the total at check in included holds 4of $ 300 room charging/ cashless ( hampton AND our bank ), $500 deposit total, $325 parking fees = $1325 UNEXPECTED at the counter for check in . this policy needs review,, a few hundred is expected,,, however most of us traveling hampton inn are on a budget and this at the checkin was way above the normal,,, cashless is NOT acceptable,, this was discrimnatory to debit card users.. and we have stayed freqently with hampton... unacceptable... we will be looking more closely in the future and using hotels that have cash pay traditional check in options.

Hampton Inn & Suites was perfect for our family. The rooms are very spacious, clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't be better - right in the middle of downtown, an easy walk to shopping, dining, and many attractions.

I will stay here again. The staff was fantastic, room was immaculate, valet was so helpful, and the security measures they take made me feel safe staying there as a single female traveler. My only comment is that parking for valet may require you park in the bike lane out front, because they can be very busy. The staff is fantastic and once I figured out how to get my car situated for valet, everything was so easy and convenient.

Great location!

Thi hotel is highly recommended. Location is fantastic with so many music and food options as well as being very close to the Magnificent Mile shopping. Loved having the breakfast included and there is a small shop in the foyer to purchase water and snacks. Would highly recommend as one of the very best locations in Chicago.

Really nice hotel and good walking distance to many attractions in Chicago

Staff were very attentive and polite, even texting me a while after checking in to make sure I was ok. The elevators were a bit dirty, and the shower head pressure sucked. But other than that, it was a good short stay.

I loved everything at this hotel except parking. They don't provide parking you have to pay. The cost of valet parking is $65/ night yikes
