The reception staff are super friendly. Really good check in. Location is great and bar and food service is very good. Rooms comfortable. Breakfast was easy and lots of choice. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff very good especially the lady in charge at reception. The hotel suited us - all good except limited channels. First night bed was too small so next days we had twin beds and they were very good. It’s a 3 * hotel in my opinion. Breakfast excellent and nice bar. We would have preferred to be close to city centre. Overall happy with our stay and would stay there again. Another advantage was bus stop for airport across the street. It was good value for money.

I was visiting my daughter at Uni. This hotel was good value as breakfast was included and there was parking on site. We got a taxi into town for about £5. Beds were comfy so it worked well for a weekend stay.

A great hotel right in the centre and only minutes walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly and an extremely efficient check in after a long train ride which was most welcome. It also has internal access to the botanical garden, which is just a wonderful bonus.

We planned to stay the 2 nights but ended up staying 3 nights when we booked the 3rd night it wasn’t a problem they did it there and then will definitely be staying here again breakfast was okish sausages and bacon over cooked but that wasn’t a issue coz there scrambled egg was beautiful

Convenient for access to all areas of Leeds avoiding town centre and it's many bus lanes. Decent breakfast thrown in, staff are very helpful.

We had a lovely one night stay at the hotel. Walking distance to city centre, spacious room, lovely staff and good choice of breakfast.
I saw the excellent and professional customer service when other customer was making a complaint about something.

Good car park and friendly staff, so can’t fault the staff at all - they were very helpful throughout the stay. Hotel let down by a number of things that weren’t all in their control.
A lady coughing outside all night with her dog and again in the morning. Not sure staff could do anything about this though. Unclear as to whether she was a guest or not but not ideal.
Mugs stained and cutlery not thoroughly cleaned at breakfast, suggests too much is crammed into cleaning and not checked before putting out.
Room was next to the lift and was nosiy when in use, I’d have requested to move on another occasion.

Bed too soft and pillows too big. Limited bar and noisy neighbours. However good breakfast and very central for town and surrounding areas.

I highly recommend the holiday inn as a company. I have stayed in several and have nothing but positive experiences every time. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast is included when you book their hotels at a great price in a time when nothing is free and nothing is included without an add on fee.
Aside from that, the staff are brilliant! Again, in a time when social skills are falling by the way side and you’re lucky to get smiles from anyone these days. The holiday inn company have got it sorted! I will continue to stay and to recommend!

Stayed for two nights for convenient position just out of town so you avoid city centre traffic. Hotel had everything needed and it was a comfortable stay with no problems.

This is a new hotel in Leeds. The room was modern and safe. The staff was first rate. Very nice and helpful.

Very impressed with this place, way better than a lot of hotels who charge a hell of a lot more. Room very comfy, pillows and bed excellent. Breakfast was also in the top bracket. Excellent stay, will be back.

Very good property. We spent 1 night here and it was quiet. Breakfast was good. Staff is courteous. We had dinner in the restaurant across the street.

Hotel very basic but expected for the price. Bathroom quite tired looking with cracked floor tiles and shower tray.

Got off to a rocky start when we arrived slightly early (15 mins) and our room wasnt ready. Was a good 20 minute walk from station but if you go the back way it cut it down to ten. Room was very clean, a bit tired but good value for money. Bit aprehensive for breakfast due to reviews, but absolutely loved it. So much choice, all hot and decent quality. Dont believe the haters. Great staff, very helpful and friendly too. A good 9/10 from us.

2nd time staying at this hotel in last few months. Isabella, rest of reception team and dining room staff were very helpful, friendly and always go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay for their guests. Definitely recommend as closeby to the M1 and Leeds Centre. Thank you again

We had a overnight stay in leeds for a few drinks and relax, we arrived early and reception accomodated us and found us a room already cleaned to check into save us waiting around till 3pm . All staff were a credit friendly polite and accomodating at all times .
