This place was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. Internet was fast and reliable. The windows opened! The breakfast was maybe a bit skimpy, but otherwise everything was good.

It wasn’t the best

Coffee was terrible. Not much for breakfast. Gone by 7 am. Room was dirty. Tub was stained with some kind of black stains. Beds were uncomfortable. Handle broken on nightstand At least we got hot water. 1st batch of towels were clean and smelled good. 2nd day towels looked very old. Sorry but not a good 2night stay

1)We arrived late from concert. Seemed ok to start, then checkin & found door cards wouldn't open the door. Attentant said door lock needed new batteries but never changed them. So always had to have someone in room at all times. With mixup in getting in the room, I left my wallet in the room. Contacted management to retrieve wallet. They said housekeeping already cleaned the room. The management (Lady) said would run down the wallet & call back. She never called back! I called her .& she said nothing she could do to get my wallet back. VERY VERY PISSED OFF with service!

Bathroom had mold in crevices and corners.

We reserved a double queen bed a month in advance and when we got there, they didn’t have any rooms available to us. We were forced to cancel our reservation literally as we stood in front of the front desk and attempt to find a new hotel which totally disrupted our entire weekend. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be booking with again!

I booked four rooms for my guys who were in town working. The list of complaints i received were insane. One guy had a resident mouse in his room. One guy had a tv that would never work. The maids forgot to close one guy’s door after they “cleaned” it. Cleaned is quoted because it was never cleaned. They all complained that the hotel smelled like a dishrag that you left in the sink for two weeks. And they were told there’s a resident dealer in the hotel. They said every morning they left there were people standing around outside pretending to be busy and then would rush in to catch the door before it closed to get inside the hotel. I can go on and on but the property obviously doesnt care so im done wasting my time. I appreciative my guys didnt quit on me and i think super 8 should be ashamed of themselves.

I was pretty peeved when we checked in with two rooms in the middle of the night that one of our rooms STANK. Like terrible badly. And the air conditioner didn't appear to be working in that room. We all stayed in one room and I figured that I'd talk to them in the morning after we got some sleep. I was told that there was nothing they could do since I didn't call down to the desk and report it in the middle of the night. We left some stuff in that room, and when we retrieved it, our stuff smelled like the room. It was seriously terrible. I had to put bags in the truck bed rather than ride with them in the cab. The other room was okay, I think. We weren't there long enough to use much.

Everything is great

Appeared clean but smelled terrible in my room. The lobby smelled very musty but not as bad as my "smoke free" room. The smell was more than just old smoke smell.

Updated and remodeled since last year. Appreciated the change.

It was good for the night.

Staff was prompt and friendly. This is a perfect example “get what you pay for” hotel. I was solo, driving through, and just needed a bed for the night. Had my wife and kids been with me, we would not have stayed here, but I stayed seeing it was just me, and I was up and out early. The room was musty, dirty, falling apart, standing brown water in the tub, terrible diy work done on the rooms with tape and caulk. Looked, felt, and smelled expired. But for $75 a night and they throw in a cup of coffee in the morning before you leave, it was (in the words of my wife) “fine”.

Be prepared to pay a *cash* deposit, even if you already paid online. We had a large black moldy, wet hole in the ceiling of our bathroom. Water clearly was coming down through it and making the toilet and floor wet. It seemsd yo be directly underneath the toilet in the room upstairs... so we assumed that toilet was leaking and it was toilet water dripping down into our bathroom. Totally. Gross. The bathtub, too, was unclean and disgusting. We didn't use the tub and only used the toilet once. Having said that, though, the bedroom area was neat and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the place was quiet. The hallway smelled like someone was cooking curry in their room; and, in the morning, clearly someone was smoking in the hallway because it came into our room and caused us to jet out before we choked.

I have stayed at my fair share of bad hotels. But this one was really bad. One corner of the outside of the hotel but have been hit at some point and was being held together by plastic wrap and tape. The entire parking lot was littered with trash. Walking in for check in was the best part, the employee was nice and quick. The lobby was very dated and dingy, but oh well. We got to the room and the bathroom ceiling was coming down, the bed comforter was stained. The bed skirt had some very weird stains as well. The tub was stained a weird brownish grey, and was super crusty due to hard water. We stayed because we didn't want to deal with canceling and trying to get a refund. The TV had all of 5 channels. The water pressure was super low, I couldn't imagine taking a shower there. The walls were very thin and we were right by the elevator so we heard every clank of someone using it. We would not stay again.

The room wouldn’t lock and the front desk wouldn’t believe us. There were random people walking around the hotel. We were harassed by someone in the lobby who was trying to sell us hoodies and pay him to bring us back stuff. The hotel staff did nothing to stop him. It felt like it was in a very unsafe area. The bed was uncomfortable.

There were smokers outside the front door of hotel Then when you get off the elevator it was horrible cigarette smoke again

By far this is just the worst place I have ever stayed at. It was stinking horribly, there was no hot water in the bathroom. Place was soo untidy. It’s not worth even a penny.

This hotel was very nice! The lobby was pretty. The bed was super comfy. The towels were super nice. The only downside is the breakfast was kind of sad and minimal. But overall great stay.
