RIU Caribe is one of the best All Inclusive Hotel that caters to all people (couples/families/individuals/friends/kids/young and old). No need to go out coz they have everything there! Beach is the best! No sargasum! No waves! we stayed a lot in the beach. Staff are all friendly, especially mentioned to Israel, Felicia, Lupita, Yomara, Carlos and Antonio. Rooms are always cleaned, thanks to Leticia. Reception people are always accommodating to your needs. Definitely will come back here and will recommend to my friends. ;)

We stayed at RIU Caribe for 3 nights and it was a great experience. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Guest were constantly interacting with activities or just dancing with the RIU entertainment staff. It was overall a great experience, we enjoyed it so much that it was hard to leave. We look forward to our next vacation.

This location felt very safe which was my main concern, so if you’re looking for a safe location this is the place. Also it’s very beautiful and modern. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Great experience!

We stayed at the RIU caribe to celebrate my mother in law’s 60th birthday. It was a group of 26 persons from various countries as we celebrated with a family vacation. The property itself was modern and clean, the beach was green and beautiful. However the issue was the dining options at the fine dining restaurant. They were unable to accommodate the large group for at least 1 dinner together. When we got to the Steakhouse, the “manager” told us we’d have to wait 1 hour to get a table for 20 but that wasn’t the issue, his attitude was the worst. That hour turned into almost an hour and 40 mins and he kept making excuses as if he wanted us to give up and leave and dine at the buffet. Service is the most important aspect of any experience and for this reason I don’t feel inclined to return to this resort nor would I recommend it to others.

Good place for family and young adults alike! The beach was probably one of the cleanest beaches with waters so clean as well. The only gripe is the food is very tasteless and not a huge variety.

The staff upgraded the suite for my girlfriend and I as we were celebrating her birthday and it was complimentary. This same affection was shown by every person working as they were all dedicated to making this our best trip.

Property was relatively new and really clean it was a beautiful stay and we had a lot of fun!

I like hotel & Resort. There are lots ofvariety of food , but not found Asian quality of foods.

We loved our swimout pool room, the beach and the sports bar by the main lobby. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed to learn that they don’t have waiters on the beach anymore. This is our 5th time to stay here and loved having this service. But we would come back again.

Their beach area was clean, warm and calm.

We stayed 5 days at Riu Caribe and had a wonderful time. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and made sure we had a great time. The rooms were great, pools were amazing, but admittedly the water is extremely warm right now, so the beach and ocean was much more cooling. Swim up bar and all the other bars along with the bartenders are incredible. Israel was our favorite! The guy was in a class of his own. Beaches did have some seaweed, but they were constantly cleaning it up. The food was well above average with plenty of selections. Sports bar is nice and open 24 hours with nice air conditioning. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would go back in a heartbeat. The only downfall. Be very careful around the pools and bars. When those tiles get wet, which is all day long...they get very very slippery.

RIU Caribe was an amazing experience. The staff were amazing. The facilities were clean. The vibes were immaculate!!!! My only recommendation would be to have drinks available on the beach.

My only problem with this property is that staff, they were really rude from check in to check out.

The rooms and the hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and modern but still giving the tropical feels. The Riu party’s are super fun I enjoyed the neon and jungle party! But the down parts: I can say is unless there’s a scheduled pool party is very boring at the pool there’s no entertainment or water games. I couldn’t play my music loud by the pool (they didn’t have no music playing). Also I brought my own personal liquor that I couldn’t have unless in my room. Just too many rules. Also it was my sisters birthday trip, they didn’t decorate the rooms which I had let them know prior. And the food is horrible not very good quality Mexican food or anything else. Overall experience 6.5/10
