I have stayed at Sam’s Town multiple times. It seems like every new stay the place just gets a little more dirtier which is highly disappointing.

Refrigerator did not work,air was sluggish and never got cold. All restaurants with the exception of deli were closed that day. Nothing was like i expected.

Very elegant, fast friendly checkin. Rooms are spacious, clean, the high wall headboard and suede fabric gives it elegant look. Bathroom has a separate make mirror sitting space. Big bathtub/shower. Had patty melt from smokin joes grill after some casino play. Was a awesome time.

Pan handlers outside doors of casino - little uncomfortable when walking between casinos - and it was early evening

Check in and check out was simple. There’s a deli that serves Starbucks drinks. Love it!! Casino has three floors, room is huge, garden tub, and housekeeping comes only if you call to the receptionist. Hotel is located 7-10 minutes from the Louisiana boardwalk, and the aquarium is right across from the hotel. Furniture in hotel room needs to be updated. The hotel is next to the Red River which smells so be sure to bring air fresher. There is a beautiful spa but it’s not open on Mondays & Tuesdays. Very quiet!! Staff is friendly!! If you get food Door Dash to you, the location is easy to get to and it’s not complicated for the dasher. No free breakfast, but it has a restaurant that does serve it. The pricing of the hotel stay is very reasonable. No complaints except the smell from the river. Other than, the experience was great!! Will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!! 😊😊😊

Enjoyed our stay but parking was a ways away and there were no carts to move your luggage. We helpful staff

I stay at Sam’s Town often because the location is very convenient. It’s not top of line but it works. The rooms are very spacious, bed is comfy to me, pillows not so much, and they are quick to service is something is needed in your room.
