Our stay was fantastic. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was clean, and very well stocked with necessities. Complimentary breakfast was delicious, and staff kept up very well replacing empty items on the buffet line.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Express! It was close enough to everything that we could just drive. And, the price was very reasonable in comparison to other hotels. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel wasn’t over-crowded. I’d say the only downfall was that the hot tub was out of service. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and breakfast was delicious. At nighttime however it was very loud, we could hear the traffic all night long! It sounded like people were drag racing.

The people at the front desk was amazing

Front desk was snotty. And this morning, when my husband went to get breakfast, he was questioned about being an actual guest of the hotel. He was judged on his hoodie and shorts he wore to breakfast. I am ashamed this hotel judges people that way. It is 2024......

We had a nice day, and would stay here again, the breakfast was good, but a gluten-free cereal would have been a plus, they did offer gluten-free bagels, which was a nice feature. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Indianapolis, and it was a wonderful experience! The check-in was quick, and my room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed provided a great night's sleep, and the amenities like the flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi were a bonus.
The hotel’s location is ideal—close to downtown attractions like the Indianapolis Museum of Art and plenty of dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a variety of choices, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
Overall, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Indianapolis for anyone visiting the area. Great service, excellent location, and a comfortable stay—I can’t wait to return!

Right off the interstate and walkable to Gainbridge Center for basketball game. Lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Very clean hotel.

Loved this stop. If you are going to basketball or football, this is the place to stay. Breakfast was good, parking was easy, although you had to pay for it. Great place.

We only picked this hotel because it had a pool. At check in the employee didn’t initially mention that the pool was broken. It was only when I asked about pool hours did she say it was broken. I also had to ask about breakfast hours.

Inside the hotel and room were very clean! Parking however was subpar. In order to find parking I had to park in the garage what was a bit scary at night. I had to walk through a dim lit alley to find the entrance w to my vehicle.

Property was downtown, so I expected to hear some traffic noises. However, there was some full out illegal drag racing with screeching tires,reving engines and loud music that went on until 3:30 a.m. right outside our window. Obviously not the hotel’s fault, but it ruined our stay. They need better windows to block noise (we honestly thought the window could have been open due to how loud it was) or hand out ear plugs!
The staff was very friendly and the room was clean so no complaints with the facility itself.

Pool was a luttle snall fir the suze if the hotel but was still very enjoyable. The rooms were very clean, good size. Nice storage cabinet, bathroom was bid and dtocked with all the essentials. Staff was wonderful, very friendly. Breakfast was always well stocked. Recommend this hotel and location.

We visit Indy every 3 months. This is the best experience with a hotel, so far. The price was reasonable, parking was very convenient (only $25 and no parking garage to navigate, and a very nice hot breakfast! Would recommend!

There was a line at checkin but Caitlin, the girl runni g the front desk was incredible!! Getting guests checked in quickly, answering phones, and greeting guests as they walked in. Great location, we walked to White River Amphitheater also conveniently located for all downtown sports venues.
