Run down area, no place to eat within walking distance.

The room that we stayed in had carpet coming up and damaged walls. Asked for 1 towel and 2 wash clothes because they did not service our room and got 2 hand towels and 1 wash cloth. Came in for the evening and the elevator was down and still down when we were leaving this morning.

Well for starters front desk lady was a bit rude . The bed was small my feet hun off of it . The wifi was not worth the stay at all im so disappointed with stay i will not be staying there again 180.00 dollars later plus 25 for incidental fee

The room was rather outdated had some patchup work but the issue was ants ....They were crawing in the bathroom floor and some were in our beds.We notified the front and they sent the shuttle driver up with a bottle of comet bleach spray he told me that was what they gave him....So now we had to ebdure the smell of bleach ...Our rest was broken because of the scratching from bites. I mention to the guy that i saw them crawling on top of the bedspread and brushed them to the floor No apology or anything until check out i I spoke to the young lady on duty and she was very apologetic for the inconvenience when I told her what had happened

The stay over all was good but the pool never opened. Also the first room we were placed in smelled like mold so bad we had to switch to another room.

Our stay was great. Take that back, we had two issues. One, we could never have the two keys we had both work at the same time. Two, the ice machine did not work on our floor (2nd), had to walk down to first floor.

I liked the breakfast. I didn’t like the water pressure y’all should check that. I was expecting a really good shower but it just barely came out

My first stay was very easy and convenient. I left to stay in Long Branch Texas and returned a day later to stay another night. They supposedly could not find my reservation until I showed them my confirmation number, then all of the sudden found it and gave me the wrong room. I reserved a double bed room and they gave me a king bed handicap room. I served the purpose but I felt they gave me whatever to satisfy my reservation.

Not entirely worth the money-
The bed made noises when one tossed and turned, and the heater was too loud.
The breakfast was very nice.
The best thing about this place is the location, right next to the airport.
Also, the beds are not queen as advertised- they are FULL.
Overall, the room looked dated- I gladly would have paid $79.99 and given it more stars.
But $150(tax included? -no. You have to do better than that.

After calling the hotel multiple times it took somebody 45 minutes to pick me up at the airport along with another gentleman. When I got my room key, I went up to the room and there was already somebody there. In the morning when I went to take a shower, no hot water. They were booked full and after a half an hour manage to find a room for me. after a 10 hour trip this did not help. I actually want a refund.

This was a weird encounter. I tried to check in at 1:00pm, I was told to come back after 3:00, which is the posted time of check-in, so ok. I returned at 5:30pm, staff claimed they were booked up & I had no room, yet I prepaid to get the posted rate. Once I provided receipt, they miraculously found my room. Carpet was wet, very wet and tile floor in bathroom was sticky. Front desk staff was preoccupied most of the time and had a difficult time finding details in the computer. Breakfast attendant did a good job and was friendly. Maintenance personnel was friendly.

When I checked in the said I didn’t pay. After I showed them that I paid, then they said there wasn’t a room. Went back and forth for 30 minutes then she found me a room. Room was dirty, carpet was old and the closet door has a broken mirror door. Then the next day on the 4th they charged me 250 for the room. Now I have to go and fight to get the money back. It was a horrible stay and experience in the hotel. The flight was good.

The fire alarm was malfunctioning and could not be fixed throughout the hotel. It went off continuously. Their were homeless people sleeping along the fence of the property. There were flies all over the breakfast. The room smelled like cat piss. It was horrible!

Was traveling home needed a quiet place to sleep after a long drive from GA, and we got what we wanted too with so much more comfortable bed but the sleeping side was not so comfortable for my son but he slept. Breakfast was amazing!!

Location was good. Close to the airport, however the internet did not work for two of the three days I was there. I had to go to a public library to facilitate my zoom meetings. Second, they say the rooms were supposed to be cleaned every other day but my room was never cleaned. Nice hotel though

The desk attendant at check-in was friendly and helpful. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name but want to say she is an asset to Hampton Inn. She made us feel welcome and gave recommendations on things to see while we were in Shreveport.

Clean, comfortable and relaxing - free airport shuttle was a great convenience, and the shuttle driver was kind and courteous. I will stay here again when visiting my son in Shreveport because of its location right by the airport.

Our rooms wasn’t the cleanest of rooms it it was ok for our short stay.
