Nice property, old building need renovation

The staff was great but but facility not so much, internet, hot water and location.

The property was nice and clean staff friendly , entertainment was minimal food was all time gross

I ask front desk for wash. Cloths and I'm still waiting on rhem. Plus my dinner was cold

My husband and I were very disappointed with the front desk and staff. They tried to charge us for a phone call that we did not make. The buffet was not good at all except for breakfast. The refrigerator was not cooling from the moment we checked in and I had to report it at the front desk 3 times. The ATM machine was broken the whole 5 days that we were there. They did not carry change for large bills. I will not be returning to this hotel ever again.

The property was ok, but for a 5 star hotel it was not up to par. From the moment we came we were bombarded to be part of their timeshare sales which was very unsettling since we came for a vacation not any business items. The dining option were very nice but you need to book your spot before you reach the hotel. The Staff around the hotel were really nice and helpful. The drinks were not the best and after 11pm there is nothing to do or nothing really available except room service.

The ocean view is perfect. Good food options available.

The valet damage my vehicle and they did not take the responsibility for they says there is nothing that we can do unfortunate

Hotel is not what it’s it looks like. They didn’t give me the room we wanted for two people. We got a room with 3 beds so you can imagine the beds were smaller than expected for husband and wife. Food was not good and the drinks were watered down. We have been to Mexico few times now and this resort was the worse next to the once we have been to before. But I will say the staff is beyond friendly and did everything to help.

Loved the staff they were fantastic, although the hotel needs to fix the wifi issue

Most stuff people try their best. But not all , other resorts like paradisus would allow you to get a table for the buffet without issues. GR denied that to me when I told them the rest are coming down already. I just needed to grab a bite to take my medication. And I wasn’t allowed to so I went back to my room because I wasn’t feeling well. You never know what a person is going through. Small decisions makes bad stories sometimes. I won’t come back to this property.

Great staff, fun

The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable. We especially enjoy the variety of foods and the entertainment. Kids enjoyed basking in the pool and the beach, and doing crafts and games in their kids club. We also appreciate the cleanliness.

Stay in the hoteleria side

Its our first time at mexico and gr solaris didn't disappoint us at all. Entertainment crew Gracie, Nina/Gina and Israel was excellent! We will definitely be back!

Was very difficult to get reservations for dining. Very noisy,coil sleep for noise. The food was horrible.

The hotel has declined in different areas since the last time I stayed there. I was VIP Expedia & got some perks, but I was not told that I was having access to the proxy hotel Royal Solaris. Big disappointment.

-I have to say that the cleaners and wait staff and bar tenders are awesome besides that I will never return -This is the second time I came hear but this time around absolutely horrible. -Air conditioning not working properly and have called almost 10 times and told it is working properly until I had to speak with a supervisor on the sixth day which was told by the head of engineering that the AC wasn't working properly and they finally moved my room. -Rude front desk and store clerk -Lounge chairs covered in bird poop Was told by another customer that they booked GR SOLARIS OTHER HOTEL but was told it was under construction and driven to another one Construction going on next building over so he hear construction noise all day from 7a to 7p Not enough umbrellas Giving my underage young teens alcohol that do not drink and have the underage bracelets Every problem there's an excuse and not a solution

We stayed 10 days in the hotel and we were delighted with all the team of people they were so profesional, humble, cared for everything we need it , the room was allwas every day cleaned every day. Our tv band our tv stop.working ans we called to.reseption ,just ans less that half in hoie we has a new tv ! So we loved this hotel and the food??? Delicious! br

This is my second all inclusive i’ve been too and this one fell significantly below my expectations of a “5 star” hotel as advertised. Dining - Options are VERY limited because everything gets booked up so fast and you have to be awake at 7am when the slots first open to reserve any of the 3 dinner restaurants. You have to do so on the GR solaris app that you don’t even know existed because no one tells you anything during check in. Staff- Barely any of them spoke english and even asking a simple question like “which way to get to..” would take 20 mins to get answered and each person would say something answered. I understand that I am in another country but I should be able to ask these things at the front desk and get a quick response. Room- The room we got was an ocean view with balcony and was nice but could use a bit of cleaning. The A/C and all electricity would randomly stop working in the middle of the night and wouldn’t be fixed until 7am for unknown reasons. You can imagine how uncomfortable this might be in August when the outside temp is 85 at night. Overall, It was okay but I would not stay here again.

I highly recommend this place. Great people great staff great food.
