Pros: 1. Pools were well maintained and clean. 2. Separate pool for adults to relax away from kiddie area. 3. Buffet food was good every day. 4. Servers walked around the pools frequently enough that you never really had to get up to get a drink. 5. Only bothered once to join their club in the very beginning. No other advances on the subject. 6. Room was clean and everything in it was well maintained. A little small compared to other rooms I've stayed in but we spent very little time there anyway. Cons: 1. Unable to turn off balcony lights. They shut off automatically at 12:00am. No light switch exists. For someone who likes to keep the door open for the ocean sound and breeze this was very irritating. Had to close all shades completely unless you can sleep with the whole room lit up. Very poor choice with this one. 2. If you don't make reservations at one of the two restaurants as soon as you arrive, no chance at getting to try different food than the buffet. 3. No fault of this hotel but the place next door is being rebuilt and it was very loud all day and most of the night with contractors working. Sleeping in late was not an option. 4. Drinks did not use actual juice to mix with alcohol, it was like syrup so every drink was very sweet. 5. If you want to tip often bring a bunch of singles and 5’s with you as getting change from the shops is not always available. Overall stay was good and mostly relaxing. I will probably opt to try a different resort the next go around.

Staff is nice, resort is easy to get around.

This is a good family option. Lots to do for the kids. Dining options are somewhat limited. Either buffet or reservations for the restaurant that is open on that day. Food was ok, room service is available now but, for a $6.00 delivery fee. That recently changed, used to be free. Staff were nice, helpful and friendly. This is a great option again for families with kids. Nice facility, we have stayed here multiple times. If you are a couple or young looking for nightlife this is not the place for you. I would visit here again.

I did not lake the food

I remember coming to this resort years ago and I had a great experience! However, the resort is in need of some renovations. My pillows had mold on them, the shower was never even warm let alone hot, it was hard to make a reservation at the resort’s restaurants and the food at the cafe was nearly the same every day except with a few changes. The staff wasn’t friendly except the concerige and the television only played in Spanish.

The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was above and beyond excellent the pool the hot tub access to the beach. Everything was perfect. Our stay was amazing and we plan on returning.

Perfect for vacations with the family! People will try to tell you all kinds of crazy “scary” things about Cancun… we personally went alone and left our kids behind bc we were scared of all the horror stories. We REGRET not taking out 2 kids, it is a super super family oriented place! Perfect for the family! Hotel was GREAT and all staff were super friendly and made it super convenient for all excursions!

Food availability closes to early 5p that’s to early need more fun activities after 5 every thing close need more adult activity

Very lovely resort. Love the pool entertainment and activities at the pool. Love the food options at the pool that is offered. So many options. A very nice made to order pizza station. Literally could live at the pool all day. Rooms was very nice, clean. Beautiful beach. A bit difficult to get reservations but it’s possible. We ate at 2 of the restaurants and they both was very good. We had a terrible experience our first day and was relocated here. So thankful for a wonderful stay here. *please get up early to reserve a pool spot. They play the towel game here and you may be left without a spot. I cannot wait to return!!

Noisy, rooms connected to each other and can hear everything in hallways from closed room. All enclusive dining by reservation only, so during our stay the restaurants were booked days out.

Super friendly staff! Didn’t love the food but it wasn’t terrible. Loved the foam party they had in the pool for all ages! Great option for the family. 👍

Pros: Clean, felt safe my entire stay, lots of food options (all day long), not a big resort so you can get around quick, the waitress/waiters (Rosaura!!! We love you) are so kind and friendly, the kids club is awesome (special shout out to Kristine!!), entertainment all day long (Nina!!!) they have shows at night in the theatre room and games throughout the day, fridge in the room is stocked with water, juice and beer everyday Cons: the front desk!! So rude and unhelpful and always give attitude, rooms can be loud at times but you aren’t really spending much time in there so no big deal

This place is NOT the place to go for all inclusive. The restaurants were all booked and didn’t leave any accommodations for people that could walk in. It was a wasted that we had to eat outside of our “all inclusive “ hotel . The live entertainment wasn’t as great too bc all there family , kids , uncle , aunty , nephews etc.. occupied majority of the seating area.

The food and staff was nice. The rooms walla are shallow so you can hear everything up, down and to the sides and outside so sleeping was hard. Also the room we got had a door to the room next door althought it was locked when neighbor did noise it sounded like they were in our room

There was a construction next to the hotel all week and all day was noisy also there is people next to the pool they're coming from outside trying to sell many junk stuff and drug which was making us to unsafe over there. No security at the hotel.

This place is beautiful and clean and the staff are hardworking and very attentive. Only gave 4 stars because one of the front staff was not very helpful when we first arrived. I went during the Microsoft outage and had a horrible time at the airport and just wanted to arrive, eat and rest and had to deal with him being complicated. Also the food was honestly horrible. Especially the buffet food. I would go back because the workers truly check on you and make you feel at home

The friendly employees always greet you with a smile. I really recommend this place. It is a family hotel. My children loved it. Just a detail if they offer you to be members of the Solaris club and you are not interested, say no at once otherwise you will lose almost a day in which they will try to convince you and insist. The property was close to the airport. The resort was clean and had good amenities. We were unable to enjoy the beach due to rough tides (July) but we enjoyed the pool. The drinks wer e not to great. The outdoor restaurants were our favorite. We did not enjoy the buffet options. The restaurants that needed booking was sold out quickly. We were only able to book for our last night due to it being full but when we got there - the restaurant was empty. Not sure how the system worked in that way. There was some entertainment pool side we enjoyed, however the other Solaris Instagram showed they had additional fun activities like pool foam parties and outside shows. I wish this one had that. However, there is a small theater inside with shows every night at 9pm. Transportation was reliable and on time. I purchased ocean view and I had partial ocean view directly looking at a construction site next door. Other family members did not pay for ocean view however they got ocean front view with no obstruction. They couldn’t accommodate me on this matter. Other then that the resort was clean and I enjoyed my time.

This was one of the best all-inclusive properties I've stayed in. It was clean, the staff was very helpful, the food was excellent, and the views were fantastic. I would definitely go back!

This the worst resort I’ve stayed in, Staff are beyond disappointed n disrespectful, be prepared for the racism, JESSICA is one of the worst Guest service staff there so watch how you talk to her, she’s got red hair, She calls police on people. Food nasty, No shows, Pool hella bored same ish everyday. Front desk trash starting from manager to everyone else.the line for food is crazy. The bosses there are so mean n rude. They play favoritism well so Speak up. Oh also they had me waiting for hours for my luggages. They have no transportation to Airport which is sucks. DO NOT GO WASTE UR MONEY THERE. Airbnb is always good. Also stay away from the Police there cuz they arrest for no reason, remember this not your home so don’t get hype. Listen and walk away.

Entertainment-Excellent both during the day and nighttime shows. The staff were amazing! Rooms - Clean and efficient. Great views of the ocean Kids club and waterslides - Excellent Food-Breakfast, Lunch (both at the poolside grill and buffet) and Marco Polo were great. Nighttime dinner buffet was mediocre. We had a great time and will be back again!

Overall everything was great! We loved the pool to the side without all the noise and we still recieved drink service. We didn’t have any issues not getting drinks. The food is decent. It gets a little old by the end of the trip. But if you make reservations you can have a better variety of food. Unfortunately we didn’t realize that. So I would highly recommend marking reservations to the other restaurants so you aren’t stuck eating the Buffett. The bed isn’t the most comfortable but it served the purpose. Overall I would highly recommend.

We had great time and experiences here. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Food are just okay but that expected at any inclusive resorts food are not Michellin of course. All you can drinks by the pool actually really good. We had excellent time here. Highly recommended.
