Incredible stay! The food, service, rooms and beach were amazing. I will definitely be coming back. Truly one of the best experiences and stay we have had in Cancun. Highly recommend!!

Everything was easily assessable from the rooms once we got the lay of the land. All of the dining options were incredible especially MB. But the highlight of the trip was the staff. They were engaging, kept the drinks flowing, the entertainment staff was incredible!

I was disappointed in learning you could only order drinks at the beach but not food items. They would only allow food to be ordered at the pool. They also have an air freshener system in the hallways that lets out a strong and nauseating odor. There was a wide variety of food options throughout the hotel but the room service food needs work. The quality was not that great. It was obvious none of the food was fresh and almost everything had been frozen. The pool only had decent music during activities but after that it was just some stock grocery store like music. The staff were all outstanding, polite, and went out of their way to help us. I think the things that could improve take place at the corporate level. That being the food quality. At other resorts they give you a guest check after you order food and drinks so you can charge the tips for the staff to your room. That is not a common here unless you ask for it. Otherwise you will need to carry cash to tip all the staff who provide your services all day. This hotel is also directly across the street from a large shopping mall with additional dining options as well as a movie theater and a casino. Overall this is a great hotel..

Live aqua was everything we wanted. Quality food, great staff, perfect crowd. We were looking to relax, people watch and enjoy great food & we did. The staff was amazing.

Spending my honeymoon there we had a personal tour from Carlos to see the McCaw birds. He explained their habitat and let us perch the birds and fed them sun flower seeds. We had a cabana everyday, the bar next to the pool was awesome and the bartenders always made sure we had a drink. The only issue was with the toilet in the rooms. They were very small and low to the ground. We upgraded to a suite with Butler service. Not sure what the Butler did but answer our questions. Rodrigo was his name and so was Kenya. Never heard anything from Kenya. We enjoyed the room service as all of the meals were wonderful. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for some quiet time with no children present. This is an Adults Only resort. Guellermo did an excellent job in the Premier Level club on the 5th floor serving appetizers and drinks.

My shower was had poor water pressure, my television didn't work, one of my sinks was stopped up. Room service selection was not good. The food choices were very limited and the food was average. There was very to do at the resort as far as entertainment. I had VIP access but they wanted me to pay for a cabana. Overall I was disappointed because this was my wedding anniversary and it fell short of my expectations for the experience I was expecting. The only positive was the bed was comfortable and the wait staff was friendly.

Our stay was incredible. Despite some construction on the property, everything was great. The all inclusive food and drinks were totally worth it. There was an odd smell in the restroom in our room but it’s probably just the cleaning products that are used. I have a really sensitive nose but nothing that was too crazy. Overall, I highly recommend.

Our stay was absolutely amazing, from the check in to check out the staff was friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness was top notch, rooms got cleaned twice a day and nightly layout for a calming effect for a good night rest. They had different activities throughout the day for guests to explore and different restaurants to choose from. We got to enjoy the spa and pool amenities for extra relaxation . Overall, I am glad we got to stay at Live Aqua and I would recommend it to all my family and friends. Gracious!!!

Beautiful property and beach. The service of the entire staff was amazing. The food was very good and loved the presentation. Our only disappointment was that we had an oceanfront Aqua club room. I expected to be in one of the rooms on the side directly in front of the ocean. Instead we were on the 5th floor with an ocean view, not ocean front. I asked for our free upgrade for being gold status, but they said it was unavailable. If we had paid for partial ocean we would have been upgraded for free. Overall, we would definitely return. August was the perfect time to go. Not crowded at all.

The hotel was nice, the beach was beautiful, the food was pretty good ( the only thing lacking would be more authentic mexican cuisine instead of tex mex. ) The staff was amazing. They go above and beyind to take care of you.

I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and I would recommend it. I will also visit it again, which is important to note because I don’t like staying at the same place twice.
Food was great. I figured the quality would not be the best because sometimes it is lacking at all inclusive resorts, but the quality was great!! Exceeded expectations!
Friendly staff, easy check in (my room was not ready, but there was plenty to do while I waited).
I wish there were more activities, but the hotel gives off a very relaxing vibe. I liked that people tried to save spots at the pool and go to breakfast and the hotel staff removed the towels of people who tried to do that. It gave everyone a chance to get a good spot.
Drinks were not watered down either at any of the bars!
