Room wasn’t properly cleaned. Found a used sanitary napkin by the bed.

Hotel was easy to get to from the interstate, nice big lobby and breakfast area. Room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly. Only complaint was the hallway on our floor had a musty smell.

This stay was amazing! There was some mistake in my booking and I was comp an extra large beautiful room! The desk clerk was kind, friendly, wonderful, and remembered my name, which I thought was marvelous! I’ve always like the Hampton and have stayed other places, but the Hampton is like coming home. You can’t beat this hotel! I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was amazing, friendly and polite. They offered suggestions for places to visit, and places to eat. Everything was incredibly clean and fresh- rooms, lobby, breakfast area. This location offered shuttle service to and from the airport. Although they were close to the airport, we didn’t hear anything in our room, very little in the lobby. The only time we heard planes was when we were outside. There are places to eat within walking distance.

Staffs were very professional and helpful. One of them went above and beyond to accommodate us with a better room as the one we previously booked with a different hotel next door was not available. Do they sent us there we ended up getting a suite with two bedrooms instead of one room with two queen beds. We were so grateful for that as our flight was diverted to South Carolina and my family was exhausted from our trip.

If you want to stay 15-20 drive to downtown Charleston without the high prices and crowds this is an excellent choice. Breakfast was great plenty of choices. Free bottle water when other hotels charge over $3, nice touch. Free parking in facilities also a money saving feature. Hotel lobby looks classy.

Everything was immaculate. The staff was super friendly. Nikol and Bonny accommodated us with a late check in and check out. The breakfast was also good. Will definitely stay here again!

The property was very clean. It was centrally located by shopping and eating as well. The only complaint I had was some people weren’t considerate of others and taking up multiple parking spaces. Other than that it was a great stay and staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would absolutely stay there again if in town.

Nice clean room, friendly staff. Area around the property is rather bland, but that is expected for a hotel next to an airport. We were there during Hurricane Debby and most of businesses/restaurants/outlet/Museum were closed. Breakfast was typical for this kind of hotel with an ok choice of cold and hot stuff. We selected this place because of the free airport shuttle. However the driver never showed up, so we had to take a Lyft to the airport. That the reason I'm giving a 4 stard.
