Very Clean, good Breakfast, and Comfortable.

This hotel is a fine hotel to stay at when travelling around the Southwest. The receptionist at the front desk was exceptionally kind, informative, and friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was adequate.

We stay here for one night and when we got our room it was just filthy and dirty. Very unsanitary and uncomfortable I couldn’t even believe it! The lazy staff was never there when they said that they were there. In the room itself the floor was filthy, tv/remote doesn’t work, AC sucks, and the bedding stained. The biggest issue was the elevator it was very unsafe and dirty it kept on squeaking and shaking each time we used it and there no other alternative way to get to the room. When I called to speak with the manager he was dismissive,rude, and a liar. He didn’t want to help at all and kept saying that I said that I was happy with my stay when he never spoke to me at all.

Elevator was dirty and in bad need of paint on the trim. The bed sheets were very wrinkled and bottom sheet not all the way on. Looked like they were not changed since the last guest. After sleeping in the bed for my 3 day stay, the sheets on the other queen size bed that was not slept in looked the same. Room floors were dirty and needed moping. Furnishings were sparse and worn.

Our stay would have been great if housekeeping had cleaned the shower properly. Since the mold in the tub corners was heavily black...I'm positive it hadn't been cleaned or sanitized recently.

Nice and quiet

My mom was in the hospital so i had to make a last minute reservation. Everything was great, nice and clean room, very quiet. Staff was so sweet and empathetic about my mom.

Hotel room was good, but the Wifi Network should have a Complex Password, but public open are NOT acceptable in this day and age of Identity Thief.

The hotel was perfect for us. We were pulling a 40 foot fifth wheel which requires a special area to park which they have. The room was very clean and staff was very nice and friendly. We will definitely stay here again on our travels.

Nice clean large rooms, great price too.

For a one night stay, this place will do but I wouldn't recommend it for more. Thin walls. Lots of kids and pets. Breakfast was lacking ( no milk. no eggs. No biscuits. no meat). The offered it but it was out of all these things with an hour still to go. Terrible location. It was clean and cheap so like I said, one night.

The guy at the front desk was nice. But other than that this hotel is trash. The AC in our room didn’t work. It was soooooooo hot. My kids and I couldn’t really sleep. The floors were so dirty that when we looked at the bottom of our feet after walking around barefoot our feet were black and caked with dirt. There was trash under the beds that the housekeepers didn’t pick up. Blood on one of the pillowcases. Ew. Definitely don’t recommend and will not be staying here again.

I had a dirty bathroom pubic hairs in the tub, used bar of soap and shampoo.

Suite room was booked on line choosing option for for 5. We were three adults and two children, however there were only two queen beds like the room showed for 4, the existing couch in the suite was not a convertible bed as it should be in this case. No roll out additional beds available at arrival due to peak of bookings. This is not acceptable to allow this type of reservation and do not offer a service for a 300 dollar/ night room (high price due to peak weekend for graduations). Very bad! We could sleep adequately and we were told that in future there will be renovations and convertible couches will take place. Sorry but you should have given a discount in this case!!!!

Check in was horrible. Waited over 4 hours to get a room. Then was given one that was not cleaned. They finally got us a clean room. I think i should of been compensated in some way.

Front desk attendants were fantastic - Cassandra checked me in without issue and was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable, even with a long line she remained professional. We had two TVs in our rooms - we were missing the remote for one tv and the remote for the other didn’t change channels or pull up the guide. So for one tv we had to use one button to change channel, volume, settings, etc; and for the other we had to enter the number in order to change the channel. Overall not a big deal. Cleanliness was overall great - nothing found in the sheets, nothing left from the past occupants in the cabinets/fridge. Bathroom was clean. Only issue was that the couch still had glitter and some stuff in the cushions and there was a very large clump of hair on the floor. Beds were comfortable to sleep in and the pillows were comfortable as well. AC worked too well - woke up freezing so had to adjust and eventually turn it off. Morning front desk attended was kind and courteous, we addressed the issue of the remote so it wouldn’t come back on us and he was very receptive and documented the issue. I wish I got his name. Overall I will be staying here again and will be aiming for the same type of room.

Booked a suite to host 3 adults and two children. The sofa was not convertible in a bed, therefore it is not suitable for 5. This is not good because should be much better explained on the web, to allow to book for 5.

Very nice place to stay

I enjoyed the mattress and the shower, the two most important elements for me. The breakfast included was generous, with a couple of waffle irons for fresh-made waffles. I don’t enjoy reconstituted eggs though. I did appreciate the hot biscuits and always-available coffee which somehow never tasted burnt. The housekeeping was not excellent but definitely adequate. All my needs were met for a very reasonable price.
