Great Wolf Lodge is always a fun place for kids to visit, water park is great, but the property is a bit dated, very old bath tub in the washroom which can not drain well, shower water is not nice for cold weather. The room smells not good at all.

Minutes away from tourist attractions, the water park was clean and well kept. I highly recommend getting the meal pass (especially for breakfast and dinner) - delicious! The staff was friendly and I intend to return!

This was the right place for our family occasion. The entertainment was beyond our expectations. Keep up the good work.

Check-in process was terrible. My room was supposed to be ready on Friday afternoon. I paid for that night so I could check-in first thing on Saturday instead. I paid for an extra night to have this flexibility. When I got there, they couldn't find my reservation and had no room for me. After waiting 30-minutes, the supervisor "fixed" the issue and gave me a room. When I went to the room with all my luggage and opened the door, another family was already in the room and unpacked. They advised me their key didn't work, so they had someone help them into the room. They showed me the room key wallet that had the same room number as mine written on it. I had to drag all my luggage back to the front desk and wait another 30-minutes for them to sort it out and give me another room. So I ended up waiting 1-hour to check-in for a room that should have been ready for me the night before. Other than that, the waterpark was fun, my son enjoyed all the activities. But the rooms are very dim and dated. They could definitely use a nice refresh/renovation.

Excellent value for the fact that regular hotels near the falls is more expensive and doesn’t even have the entertainment of a water park etc. dining was great with halal options! Clifton hills Is a five minute drive. And parking is free at the great wolf Lodge

We celebrate my son birthday there it was really good they have everything for kids to enjoy indoors mostly for winter this place is perfect u have everything indoor we love the food the water park and activities for kids

We love everything and had. great stay. Kudos to the chefs who helped us with our dietary needs. The staffs are great, all of them are very accommodating and happy that it felt like home. My family doesn’t even want to go home. We will definitely going to come back. Thank you very much. Please give them raise and let them stay it seems like they are enjoying their job and made us feel a happy place indeed.

We arrived and were told we would get a text when our room was ready, we never received a text so we weren’t able to check in until much later. The bed has staples in the side that my kid scratched himself on getting out of bed.

My family enjoyed our stay very much. It's our second time. It was very easy to check in and out. There was ample parking. Our room and the waterpark is clean. Staff are friendly. Food is reasonably priced. We love the pizza and ice cream. We plan to go back again in the future.

The stay was good. The water park and food was great! However, there were no internet connection in the whole hotel during my my stay.

The staff is not very friendly. No direct number to call the front desk. Room service is delayed.

Second time I stay here and is really amazing. There is no otjer better way to spend incredible time with family and kids. Check in and check out is excellent. Rooms big and clean. Best waterpark ever!!!

My recent stay at Great Wolf Lodge was marred by a deeply upsetting experience. Due to a system failure, I was locked out of my room, leaving my potty-training toddler to have an accident. When I expressed my frustration at the front desk, I was met with an insensitive comment about the importance of deposits to prevent theft, which felt racially charged and offensive. This incident overshadowed what should have been a fun family getaway. While the lodge offers plenty of activities for kids, the lack of empathy and professionalism from the staff left a sour taste. I hope they take steps to improve their customer service and create a more welcoming environment for all guests.

Comfortable beds and sofa bed, clean room, variety of activities.

Took a long time to check in and get our wristbands though we did the online pre check in. Our wristbands were not working and we had to go back in line and waited again.

It was not at all a good experience. The entertainment and activities staff is excellent. But other than that, it’s a below average property. Rooms are really dated and the bathrooms are horrible. It’s worse than cheap motel in terms of room condition and bathroom. I would not recommend anyone to stay there. Again, activities for kids and that staff was good. Two of the three days we stayed there. There was no Wi-Fi and the staff was very rude and asked about it. They don’t even do housekeeping every day there.

As parents you feel like cattle. Nothing special and no special requests. Not good value.
