No hot water in the AM room comfortable and clean no coffee was told bakery had coffee they did not but they had wonderful baked goods at bakery

Old school motel, old school charm. Would love if it had comfort height toilets but you can’t have everything. We loved it, classic motel on Niagara Falls Blvd. Rates were reasonable. We will go back.

Moonlight motel is very charming, clean, affordable and comfortable stay. Close to many things (restaurants, shopping etc)
Mary, the owner was very helpful with dining suggestions, nearby attractions and incredibly friendly. She greeted us with a warm welcome upon our arrival. The room while having been updated still had the reminiscences and quaint feeling of the romantic honeymoon getaway of a time since passed. Highly recommend and if ever we return to Niagara Falls will certainly book again.

This motel is really nice, clean and well maintained. I loved how the parking is right in front of your room. The rooms are clean, and the rooms are unique, they are not all the same which is really cute. The location is great, tons of food and 10mins away from the state park. The gentleman at the front Eddie, was so professional and nice. He explained everything in detail and gave us tips on where to go and see the falls lit up and fireworks. Out of everyone we encountered during our trip. Eddie was great! We would definitely stay here again!

I think the property needs a real deep clean.
The shower curtain needed to be washed or replaced. The bottom was orange.
Overall just needed a place to sleep and wash up. The room did what I needed.

Room was cleaning but bathroom smell foul. We bought Glade spray freshener and was worse.
Parking lot is not enough, if you came back to the motel at night you can’t find space to park

The motel is older but it is very clean. We were perfectly comfortable in our room. The mattresses were very easy to sleep on. The owners were friendly and very helpful to us getting information on local attractions.

This place was perfect for our needs. It’s a motel- so it didn’t include coffee, breakfast etc. however there are so many restaurants around to get whatever you need. We went on a shopping trip- this is right near the fashion outlets, and many big box stores within a 5 minute drive.
The pool looked refreshing but we didn’t use it. The room had microwave, fridge, tv and internet. Our room also had a table.
I would go back.

The owners were great. I did not catch the ladys name, but she was very direct and open about the rules of the stay which i can respect for sure. She wasnt rude...just honest. Pulling into the the parking lot did concern me bc the area just looked "busy" but the main concern during the stay was the neighbor (2 doors down from us) decided to sit in front of our window and smoke. The smell didnt travel as our window was closed but the walls were thin so just hearing everything going on was a bit bothersome. In all reality though, the owners make the bad experiences worth forgetting

Great, classic ol’ motel! A gem. Clean, cool ‘U’ shape, nice clean pool in the middle. Gentlemen that checked us in was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable place with no frill. Would not recommend to a family bue to the size of the room but it will do nicely for single or couple who doesn’t care for luxury. Pool is also very nice, I could see the place is being taken care of very nicely.

Place was ok but the maid was sitting outside our room at 930 when check out is not until 11. Area was very run down and didn't feel comfortable eating at their establishments on the restaurant road

It was old and not comfortable. They keep the towels on top of toilet. And it is not hygiene. Shampoo is in the plastic packet and you cannot open the packet without a knife. In my idea. It is not worth to stay in this hotel.

They don’t serve coffee in the am and their ice machine is a very small one and makes limited ice.
