This place was ok...rooms were not cleaned properly, breakfast items was done way before the time.

Checked in and there were stains on the carpet, fruit on the floor under the desk chair, stained hide a bed mattress and rip on the arm of couch. The remote for TV was missing batteries and back, just tape pieces. Talked to fromt desk supervisor who was very nice and gave us another room which we packed up our stuff and moved to but that room was worse! The plate for the heat/air on the wall fell off when we tried to turn on the air in the room. The couch cushions were very stain on both sides and the hide a bed mattress was very stained and soiled. This hotel was rated a 8.4 but we saw for conditions inside the building did not reflect that rating. We ended up requesting a refund and went to another hotel in the area.

Our stay was great! The property is quiet and convenient. The breakfast buffet had great options. Lynette, checked me in. She was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling, in the Indianapolis area.

It was a busy and holiday weekend and staff was very patient and flexible with late check in with me having a late flight, our suite was very clean as well and the Lobby area.

My family chose to stay at this hotel on the recommendation of a friend. We were thoroughly disappointed with the condition of the room for the price we paid. Definitely not worth the $150 after taxes; would have maybe been worth 60-80/night. There was huge clump of hair on the carpet, several stains throughout, a broken sofa bed, and the soap dish had a soap stain. It was very apparent the room had not been thoroughly cleaned, if cleaned at all. We stayed since we only needed the room overnight; would have left and gotten a room elsewhere if it hadn't just been for overnight.

Their website states they have breakfast from 6-10 am daily and it's only until 9am. Rooms need to be updated and carpets need the stains removed

We received a call the day we were to arrive and the manager asked us if we still planned on checking in that day . We were 3 hours away from arriving , so we confirmed that we would check in when we arrived. When we arrived , James was working at the front desk and he immediately told us that he had given our room to someone else and they had no more rooms available. He offered no help to us, as it was late at night and we were exhausted from driving all day. Not only was this unprofessional, it was unethical, not to mention illegal. I WOULD STRONGLY WARN ANYONE AGAINST BOOKING THIS HOTEL.

We got to the hotel about 9:30pm and were told there were no rooms available, they had overbooked. Had to quickly find another nearby hotel. Wasn’t issued a refund until I contacted Expedia twice about it.

Very old hotel - all furniture scratched. Wallpaper in room coming off. Shower never got hot. Coffee machine didn’t work. Bed comfortable tho. Breakfast good. Way overpriced- would never stay there again. Only chose because guest review rating was a 8.2 - maybe a 6.0!

Greeted by litter in the halls and elevator, room had not been vacuumed, couch was ripped, carpet aged and frayed, plastic on bathroom light switch was broken. Were shown another room that was not much improvement on the first. Pool was closed. Could not get a refund because of booking on this site. Overall it is poorly maintained and in need of repairs and updating. We did not stay.

Needs updating

As soon as we walked into our room it smelled like cigarette smoke. Huge stain around the mini fridge and you could tell the floors had not been vacuumed or cleaned. I had to call front desk to get air freshener and that really didn't help the smell. Pics did not match what is posted on website at all

We were traveling to Indy for a family event. My husband is in the military, and our regular place to stay was booked (my in-law's home,) so we booked this hotel. It was my husband, myself, and three children ages 16, 13, and 11. The original room we were given was room 222. It was gross, the carpet was stained, all the furniture was stained, the pull out couch and mattress were unacceptably disgusting. The room was all over just a no. So I went to the receptionist and let her know how gross it was (kindly) and asked if there was anything she could do. She personally went and checked each room and gave us 216. It was so clean! A complete difference from 222. The only complaint is that the water in he shower didnt drain quick enough and we were standing in water. The pool is small but okay. The hotel is definitely older and needs remodeled. The elevator is slow, and could use cleaning. The staff were amazing and friendly. Overall, we will stay again, if my Mother-in-law's home is full again. The breakfast options were good, we have definitely had better and worse, this one is in the middle. The road the hotel is on is full of pot holes, beware if you drive a low profile car.

Had reserved 2 rooms for a few days, they couldn’t find my reservations and didn’t have any rooms available so I ended up booking at a different hotel. They charged me for the rooms as a no-show anyways. Even though they reversed the charges (supposedly, still hasn’t gone through), it has left a very large charge on my debit card going on three days now.

Overall good stay for our pass through Indianapolis. Front desk staff were all extremely nice and helpful. Beds and towels in rooms were comfortable and in good condition. Carpets throughout building are run down and ripped in places. We booked a room with a couch bed because of four kids traveling with one adult. The mattress to the couch bed was badly stained and smelled “off”— so we put three kids in one bed instead.

Pleasant stay

Manager never once acknowledged our presence at the front desk, I guess customer service is beneath his station, heat did not work the first 3 nights of our 4 night stay, and trust me, when it’s 25 degrees out you need heat, the first young girl to come look at it shrugged and gave us the oh well spiel, the next night a very nice woman came up and reset the system and voila, that’s all it took. The toilet ran constantly, the shower did not drain, the couch was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sat on. The breakfast each day was adequate, some of the older housekeeping staff was wonderful, hence the 3 stars for service instead of 1. Get a new manager and maybe it would run better, but I doubt it. Never staying there again. I’ll take the Country Inn across the road, now there was a well run hotel.

What an absolute experience with this establishment! Hotel was booked for more than a month in advance, called the day of the event and asked if we could check in early, which we were told we could, so we go out of our way to make sure we get the room. Upon arrival, we are told that we can’t actually check in until 4, which whoever told us that couldn’t be from here, must be the call center. So we asked if they could leave a note to let whoever at the counter know we wouldn’t check in until 11:30. Fast forward, event ends and we make our way back to the hotel to check in around 11:30. We are told that all rooms have been checked out, but they have one with no AC but we could us Meijer first ever box fans for the night. We get our fans plugged and and try to watch TV, guess what? The TV doesn’t even work. I would like some kind of refund or discount this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

The property is very dated. The pool was closed. The owners said it was the pump and they were trying to get it fixed. It appears to have been closed for some time. It is still listed as a functional amenity. It was one of the main reasons we chose this property. The room was not clean and wreaked of stale smoke, like it had been smoked in for years. It is also listed as a non smoking room, while that may be the case now, it was smoked in a lot in the past. The breakfast was not good and there were very few spaces to eat said breakfast. The double pull out couch had no blankets and I had to go to the desk and was given a ratty ripped fitted sheet and two decorative end throws, not a blanket. I went back again to ask and did receive a small thin blanket. The temperature control did not function properly in the room, it was either very hot or very cold.

Just stopping on way back from Florida. Was just what needed. Thank you.

The rooms were clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. It's a great price. This is our second time staying here and we will be back again next year!

Good stay, would definitely return. Overall the place was clean, had a great staff and breakfast. Terrible water pressure and some of the furniture, carpets, and tv could be updated.

We were getting ready to shower before checking out and had no water. I called the front desk and she said “oh yea the water is off for a couple hours!” They could have told us so we could have showered before the city shut it off. I’m beyond mad.

The property is conveniently located off the highway near many restaurants and stores. The hotel itself is a bit worn on the inside, definitely needs some renovation. Breakfast was fine and the staff was friendly.

Stayed 4 nights, but room only serviced after 3 nights. Had to obtain new towels by request of the front desk. Expected better room service for the price we paid.

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general. Nice breakfast too.

I was very disappointed in my stay…as you can see in the pictures below! Walls are bubbling, cracks in the ceiling, definitely water damage at some point if not currently. Stains on the floors, didn’t even take my shoes off! Bathroom was the nicest place in the room, and cleanest. Bed was not comfortable at all! Every spring was felt while trying to sleep, tiny TV is provided, not what you expect for paying what they charge a night for a room! Over all will not be back! My view from the window was the back of a speedway gas station :(
