This is my home away from home, downtime and me space. Everything is easy, the staff are wonderful and always helpful. Any challenges are dealt with quickly and friendly. I'm only sad this time around the spa wasn't working, as that's my biggest ME time, lol, oh well next time.

Having to go back to your car to place a slip in the window is a bit annoying. Bed & pillows are uncomfortable. Nice location, close to everything, but you pay for it also

Stayed at the Oaks Casino Towers after catching a show in the city , very convenient hotel reception staff were very helpful the win at the casino an added bonus ... cheers guys

Room carpet was not nice at all, It was not clean and had burn marks in it from where the iron had been dropped.
I did not want to take my shoes off to walk on the carpet.

My home away from home. Staff are awesome, and nothing is ever too much trouble, check in is smooth and no dramas, love the spa. Also my last stay, I had a family emergency and they helped amazingly, and worked with me. Thank you. Will see you again soon.

The bin chute was the most horrible smell permeating the hallways and into the rooms

It’s average. Comfortable enough. Not great cleanliness. Weird how they ask neighbours to watch you when you stay and report stuff.

Location is fantastic and convenient but apartment is really dated. All the lights are in different light colours, some are warm, some are cool. It gives me a headache.
Everything is dated even the doors are using manual key and lock.
The apartment is in need of a refurbishment!
As apartment building is right in the city so there isnt a proper drop off area where u can unload your things.
Thankfully we were only staying for 1 night.
Likely will never stay here again.

Reception was great! So friendly and helpful! Hotel itself is a little old and it was a bit expensive for one night but it was okay.

Nice and central to the casino and south park entertainment areas.Very close to 24hr pancake manor. All employees are very courteous. I didn't like the parking on level 6 as the concrete stop blocks don't stop the car before you hit the galvanised rails they are to far back. So be aware!

Lifts were not working for the duration of our stay. It took 2 hours to get a lift to the lobby. We didn't spend much time in the apartment due to lift not working. Service was horrible. A complete waste of time and money.

A location close to many amenities. The room we stayed in was comfortable with its layout, but the shower was small and the kitchen needed an update to its tools.'The bathroom door needs oils on its hinges for no matter how softly you try to open it lets out this horrendous sound.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the hotel was damaged by a burst water main in the street and only one lift was working. We were in a 2 Bdrm river view apartment and had a lovely view. The layout of the unit was good. There was sufficient crockery etc but we needed to put the dishwasher on after each meal. The location is very convenient, we used public transport or walked to all the places we visited. Supermarket just around the corner and bottle shop virtually next door. Would stay again.

Staying in town means we could walk everywhere. Parking at the property was good but hard to find the entrance. The apartment was nice and comfortable. All staff were very helpful and happy to welcome you. Cheers Marie
