Rooms were very nice and well equipped, bed was comfortable but could have used softer pillows, lobby was very nice with fireplace.

Room was decent overall, not really any complaints there.
Walls are super thin and you hear everything. The neighbours were very loud and partied til 4 am. Front desk said sorry but nothing else was done/offered.
Car horn went off several times throughout the night and could hear it clear, no windows open.
Barely slept, pillows hurt my neck and we all woke up very sore.
We opted to try the breakfast in the restaurant in the lobby.
Expensive, was cold and hard. Not good at all. No one really ate much.
Won’t stay here again. Needed to stay another night, booked a different place.

I picked this hotel given it was so close to a vendor I needed to visit the next business day. Friendly staff, quick check in and the room was comfortable. Access to the hotel was a bit challenging given the construction on Yellowhead. The weekday lunch buffet may be expensive but was exceptional. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Clean. Bathroom could definitely use some Reno’s - broken baseboards, around the inside of the shower needed redone, and various other things, but it was clean. The shower was good.
Walls are very thin. Could hear people in the hallway even when they were speaking low. It was very noisy outside
The beds were comfortable and bedding was good. .
Overall, it was good for the price but don’t know if I’d stay there again as it was very noisy.

We spent 1 night at Nova but it was a fantastic stay right from check in. Very friendly staff. Had a late supper at the lounge and the waitress was very nice. Food came quick and was very good.
Room was clean, very comfortable bed. Will definitely book there again.

I appreciate how spacious and relatively insulated the suites are, its very quiet overall and its frequently my choice of hotel for city outings when I don’t want to drive home (rural)
Its nice that there is dishes and basics needed in the kitchenette. including wind glasses, this is very convenient for gathering with friends.
The restaurant /bar hours are pretty early (closed by 11) and sometimes not open for breakfast. Food is good, and service us always friendly.
There is not much for restaurant options close by or convenient with the heavy construction around the property

Hotel was clean and quiet. Super friendly staff in lounge and restaurant. Front desk was really good to deal with as well hassle free stay. We will be coming back.

It’s an older property but in decent condition. Staff were good to deal with. There was a lot of construction work outside for the roads but was surprisingly quiet in the room

The property is fine. Clean and efficient but not one I would chose to stay at again. Limited options for food, half-stocked vending machines on the guest room floors, with no other options available. The property is also a stand alone and very isolated.

we booked executive suite. They gave room 202 where we could not change Air conditioning setting and ac was continuously running. When we asked front staff we were told ac cannot be fixed but we can start heater along with ac. WHAT?? We pay for executive suite for this ? very surprised. We had to push to get another room.

Spacious room. Quick efficient check in. Construction in the area but still easy to find and enter. Limited parking partly due to construction. Rooms were spacious, with microwave and larger fridge. No daily housekeeping which was not an issue due to communication from the hotel before check in and at check in.

Great stay. Only comment is the outside garbage wasn’t emptied enough as more people were in the hotel and there was a lot of garbage on the pavement outside the front door.

We stayed only one night, quick check in check out. From what I was able to see, it’s a good place and we hard a clean room.

Quiet, clean, good location, comfy bed. Excellent price and value. Rooms looked updated but there were a couple of things that still needed attention. The blinds were falling apart and the cupboard where the microwave was held was broken at the bottom. Not a big deal. We would stay again.

We were up in Edmonton for the Pink concert. Easy to get to the hotel with it being just off of the yellow head and St Albert trail. Lots of parking. Edmonton Transit stop only a few minutes away. Rooms were quiet. Didn't hear your neighbors.

A lot of construction in the area, which I realize is not the fault of the hotel, but did affect our stay.

Very good staff, comfortable bed and the area was quiet. The hotel itself is well maintained. The only improvement would have been for the AC in the rooms to allow us to cool the room to 21 at night. Otherwise, it was convenient, affordable and perfect for our stay. Quick access to downtown and the Commonwealth Stadium. Arby's across the street was easy access too.

I liked the mattress, the hot shower, and the made-to-order breakfast restaurant. The staff were respectful, professional, and prompt. Everything was good. Not one concern or complaint. I recommend this hotel. A very positive experience.

Overall, my family and I were satisfied. It’s a decent hotel. Breakfast is not included but available. I did find the rooms a little old fashioned and dark. However, for the price, it was decent and we were happy overall.
