Professional and friendly staff. Nice rooms for affordable stay. Just needed somewhere to overnight before going for surgery. Helpful when needed a taxi which they organised for me.

Hotel was absolutely fine, however cleaning staff talking very loudly early on Sunday morning woke us up

Pay a few quid extra and avoid at all costs, customer service and courtesy non existent, only interested in obtaining as much cash out of their customers as possible!

Wouldn’t stay again. Booked for the great north run, massive price for a very basic room. No tv remote, had to use an awkward button on the tv. No tea/coffee facilities. Small room. City centre location quite noisy. Won’t book again unless forced to. Even got an email from them/expedia saying anything they could do to help, this was nearly 8 hours after I checked out.

Absolutely shocking room no wardrobe, or a kettle Hearing people across from us talking/laughing all night , left in the morning, then booked somewhere else for the next 2 nights

Receptionist wasn't particularly pleasant / helpful. Pillow's pitiful - only one provided and was very thin. Very noisy - needs some soundproofing. not advised of nightclub next door, could hear it all night. tv difficult to find channels. curtains let in too much light (lights from the nightclub flashing through the window).

We got an accessible room. Very easy for wife to get around. End of corridor so quiet. We would stay again

The room was clean, but sterile. Lino floors are a bit gross in a hotel room There are NO amenities, not even a cup in the bathroom to drink from, so be prepared. The beds are incredibly cheap and basically a bag full of springs. Pillows are very uncomfortable too Our room was not one of the original hotel rooms but created so the walls are thin. All of the heels and heavy footed party goers woke us up each time they came stampeding through the corridor, so bring ear plugs The shower is decent, although ours wouldn’t stick at a temperature as the tap mechanism would creep towards hot until it hit the safety stop Front desk team were really nice and friendly, the eco elements are great but not being able to turn the aircon off seems counter productive

Very much enjoy my stay in this hotel for the price it’s unbeatable, been here 3-4 times. Shower is good but not the best !

Overall the room is clean and location is good. However there is no water kettle in the room and the wall is thin so that we can hear the sound from outside. The mattress is too soft that I cannot sleep well.

Basic, not even a water glass but adequate for a night’s sleep. Check in swift and efficient. Room clean

For a budget hotel it was well equipped. The bed was comfy and the shower warm.the staff were also friendly. There should be extra pillows in the room as one, when flat, is not enough

Excellent place a bit of a hill to walk to main area but at 64 I made it. As always when I am traveling hotel is for sleeping and must be safe to walk around. I wake up in morning and move till 7 or 8 pm so when I get back I am going to sleep well. couple of really good restaurants within 2 min walk. there are more but I didnt get to try any of the others.

Perfectly satisfactory

The young lady on reception was wonderful. She could not have been lovelier and i stay in a lot of hotels from expensive to budget and i was so impressed with her. You need to do everything you can to keep her because she made that short stay feel like i was staying at a much more fancy hotel.

TBH I was a bit unsure about staying here, I had heard a lot of negative things with regards to the airline and the monertrization of everything, but it was cheaper and nearer to Trillions rock bar where I was going to see EBB and Emerald Dawn. So I thought its only one night. I was very very happy with this place, the staff were great pleasent, the room was massive clean, I went for the cheaper "no window room" the toilet and shower were clean functioned, the shower was ok power wise. The bed was comfortable big and clean. I was supprised that the room had a safe. Only negatives were no seat at desk and lack of dtorage but as I was only there for one night myself it was not too big an issue.

Cheap and comfy, good location. Shame about only one pillow. Should of asked for another but it was late at night and just wanted to sleep.

Lovely hotel in a nice location, only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Head board was covered in dust right next to where pillows are, surfaces looked as though they hadn’t been wiped over, under the bed there was large amounts of dust gathered which is easily noticed without having to look and floors were manky (broken crisps from previous guest)

The hotel was easy to locate and away from the noise of the city. Great room very quiet and condusive to a good nights sleep

My room was supposed to have 2 double beds, only had one, my friends was supposed to have a double and a single , only had one double, my friends son slept on the floor!!!

Exactly what you would expect if an Easy Hotel. Nice and easy, good value.

Floor was dirty all throughout the room and the pillows couldve been somewhat better, haribos and spilt drinks under the bed which couldve been forgiven if there wasnt a 50cm gap of nothing which is easily accessible. Location and price were the only good thing.

Bed was very hard and pillows might as well of been non excistent but reception staff did give us extra pillows when we asked for them. Shower was very hot and the controls keeped trying to return back to hot when turning them down

Aircon didnt work so had to prop room door to allow steam out without venting. Windows dont open. Bathroom appears to be falling apart and the sink is peeling enamel. Stayed many times but by far this was our worst stay. Reception staff were nice and polite as always
