The staff was very helpful and friendly. They always had someone on duty for anything we needed.

We stayed for 2 nights. It was pretty cold during our stay. The heating in our unit was excellent but there were water leak from the windows due to rain. Also moist from the walls makes the floor wet. Make sure to put your luggage upright so your stuff won’t get wet.

This is a centrally located, basic no frills hotel. Everything is a short walk away. Check in was quick and easy. My room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Would recommend.

I arrived at the hotel shortly after 6:00PM. There was no representative there to greet me. A printed sheet had my name, room number and stated that the key was in the door. On my way to my room, I fell down the stair case not once but twice. Two times. The floor seems to be porcelain finish and is very slippery. There were no wet signs or rugs for cushion. Upon entering my room, there was also water that had seeped through the entrance. I never saw a receptionist my entire stay, there are no phones in the room, no shower curtains and my AC heater seemed to not heat the room. My room also did not have a window with direct sunlight as advertised. However, my room was clean very nicely when I returned later in the afternoon. I checked out by leaving the key in the door. Very poor and would not recommend.

It is indeed Central. Right in the middle of Thira, close to absolutely everything. Staff is friendly, the hotel is modern while still built in the local style, so it's an awesome mix to experience. I am definitely recommending this hotel.

Location is yruly central to all the stores and food! Not on the west facing end of the island though. Had large balcony and enough towels, good A/C.

Very simple but clean and well located. No fancy pools or bars but a great central place from which to operate. Also the beds are on a pedestal so the sides aren't touching the floor. You can easily store you luggage or any bulky things completely out of the way. I'd recommend it. Spend you money on excursion or meals not on a room you won't be in most of the day.

Great location, very close to all of the main attractions in Fira and right by the bus stop. Quiet at night. Hotel room was nice and bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was served to our room and there were a lot of options, very tasty meal.

I would like a refund on this hotel. There was no internet available, I asked if I could go somewhere else and the girl at the front desk said I could do a virtual meeting at the front desk. During my meeting she proceeded to take a personal call very loudly and even my client commented where are you/what’s going on.

Fantastic place right in the center on Fira. Spotlessly clean, ideal room, excellent breakfast. Breakfast was far better than at a hotel I paid more than 4 times the price for a few days earlier. I arrived at 12pm to ask if I could leave my bags until check-in time and my room was already ready. You won't do any better than this for the price!

The place was ok, you get what you pay for. Room was nice and clean, no view ... but right in the middle of town and close to the bus station which is convenient.

They upgrade our room and it is big and comfortable. The staff at the hotel are very friendly, because of covid, they serve breakfast in the room. The hotel is located in the central Fira, many restaurants and shops nearby, about 3 minutes walk from the bus station.

I absolutely love the rooms, especially the stone shower! Even though the breakfast room wasn't open, they brought us breakfast in our rooms. Delicious and convenient! Very friendly and helpful staff, especially with our children. Thank you!

We were given an upgraded room in the Oasis Hotel due to renovations The accommodation and service by Frida, Demetrius and staff was exceptional. Very comfortable, clean and welcoming.

Located within walkable distance to the bus terminus with good connectivity to all points of interest in Santorini. Decent breakfast in a cozy room, friendly staff. Located close to the square with nice restaurant choices.

We had a horrible stay at this hotel, nobody should even book this hotel - it will spoil your Santorini experience. We arrived late and we had to check in ourselves - a note was placed at the entrance of the hotel with our room number - this was the only hotel I’ve stayed at that doesn’t have 24 hours reception.We were assigned a room at the basement, and was NOTHING like the photos. It was a total case of misrepresentation - Dirty/run down toilet, room smell like sewage, rooms had no privacy (People at the carpark could see our room through the window directly, the room key hole was so big you can totally see the room from outside). We stayed there for a night and left early next morning. The receptionist was rude too - nothing was good, not even the breakfast. Anybody should avoid this hotel at all cost.

I did not like bathrooms.Room smell got a friend sick

We booked this hotel for the night since we were flying to Venice from santorini. It was a terrible experience but we braved it for the night. We were put in the basement. The pictures we saw on hotels.com was not what we got. Rust in the toilet and the shower curtain looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or replaced in a year. The room was in the same area as the dinning or breakfast room where it seemed like the hotel workers came to get stuff all night. Couldn’t sleep. Thank God it was a night only. Just overall bad experience.

The room we were given at this property was NOTHING like any of the photos on the Expedia website portrayed. Our room was small, dark and the air conditioning failed to work overnight and the room was so hot and unbearable both my spouse and I could not sleep. The bathroom was windowless and dark. We were supposed to stay for 9 nights but left after the first one and went to another hotel our daughter booked for us using another booking website. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

The photos on the website are not indicative of the room we were expecting. The room we were given was small, dark with very small windows very high up. The air conditioning did not work at all through the night so the room was very hot and stifling. The bathroom was dark and looked like a cave. And we were told this was a superior room! If you only need a bare essentials hotel then this hotel would serve the purpose. But there were no amenities. We only stayed one night and left early the next morning.

24hr check-in Although, when I arrived to check in no one was at reception. I had to walk around the back to find someone to help me.When I checked out no one was at reception either so I just left the key close to the pot plant. I called the alternative number to inform them where I left the key. They also arranged a few snacks for our breakfast as we were leaving before breakfast started.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel really does have a central location in Fira, which was perfect for getting around
