Nightmare check in experience. Weekend check in from 2pm but their reception closes at 12 on weeekends. Stuck outside for 2 hours unable to get anything done via hotels.com despite the help the support worker was trying to give.
It took a resident going into the building to offer to call her emergency number and for them to tell me what room and how to get the key. Very unpleasant experience but got there in the end. Couldnt complain about the place itself otherwise

A great place to stay. Close to Southbank restaurants and a pleasant walk to Suncorp Stadium. Clean and spacious facilities - will definitely stay again

Great location and everything seemed clean but the stench permuating from the bathroom was insane. I suspect there were complaints by the placement of the air freshners. It was so bad that at 4am I dismantled the S bend under the basin - blocked with some filthy hair and debris but I couldn't stand it any longer. Reception didn't seem to care so much even though it's hardly what you'd expect to be doing as a guest. Even though I was really nice about it and suggested a clean of all the drains I may as well have been talking about the weather.

The quoted address, 28 Russell St , is deceptive as the entry is around the corner. Taxi was confused in the dark.
The limited hours of the receptionist was inconvenient so access to apartment key confusing as entrance is very dark.

Expecting to have midweek service done on apartment’s bathroom and kitchen, hot tub a little chilly would have used it every day rather than the one time???, other than that everything was good

While the apartment looked spacious and clean, the air freshener was overpowering and bed and lounge were of poor quality. This apartment would be hard pressed to rate 3 star if inspected by the ratings committee- certainly not luxurious as promoted. Great location, though.

The hotel was very well located and clean. Only issue is that for a 6 day stay we only had one set of towels (they did give one extra on day 4)

I stayed here for a week long work trip. As per the photos there was a gym on premises so I brought my gear. Upon asking about the location of the gym they told me it was across the street and that you require an annual membership. Coming from Canada, and bringing extra items for this case I was not impressed. The rest of the stay was good, no complaints. However, the lack of transparency while booking was not ideal.

We had a few things that didn’t work like the Foxtel and the washing machine door that wouldn’t open. Reception were prompt in getting them fixed. The bed was not comfortable at all and some furnishings in particular the lounge could do with replacing

Clean, comfortable and well appointed apartment in a great location for easy walk South Bank, West End, CBD and transport. Plenty of great food options nearby. While we didn’t really use it, it was great to have the option of a full kitchen and laundry. Would recommend for anyone going to a show at QPAC, visiting the musuems, GOMA or events at the exhibition centre. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, so close to Brisbane's cultural centre, the river walks, and the CBD. The premises were immaculate, comfortable and well equipped. The staff at reception were very accommodating and helpful. Would love to stay there again.

The unit was very spacious and well situated for our events. We were able to walk to all areas we wished to visit. Restaurants were easily accessible and we were also able to easily walk to shops to purchase food for meals we wished to prepare.

A short stay to attend a celebration at Southbank. The location was very suitable and the free Parking was one reason for our choice. We were looking forward to enjoying the rooftop and Spa but it was closed due to repainting of the building.

We stayed in 2 bed 2 bath which sounded good but our apartment was next to a 4 way intersection and we could hear vehicles passing, dogs barking and traffic lights pinging constantly, it was worse at night. The bed was hard and uncomfortable with only a thin duvet in winter. I had to put a blanket on top but was still cold. There was a reverse air con unit in each room but none of them worked so we couldn’t even heat the rooms. We tried asking about it but we were told there wasn’t much they could do about it. Our room was unserviced so we had to re-use towels which again wouldn’t have been an issue but the bathroom was so cold that our towels weren’t drying properly. They also would not store our luggage past 12pm so we had to lug them around with us on our last day which was very disappointing as we had planned to do some things in the city but ended up going to the airport 4hrs early instead. With all that said this was a great location for access to QPAC. Just a short walk with lots of cafes and restaurants near by and a short walk to the city.

Overall a good place to stay, close to convention centre and excellent restaurants. My only issue was with checking in. I was led to believe that reception was open until midnight, but in fact closed at 6pm. There was a number to call, but I needed to say it was an emergency to speak with someone. They then very efficiently gave me a code to access a key. It would be better to say this is the arrangement at the beginning.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. I think there was a problem with the plumbing on the floor above as we had an unpleasant smell through the bathroom drain. The facilities were ideal for an 8 day stay. The bed was comfortable. My biggest issue was that the smoke alarm was too close to the cooking area and it went off as soon as you started cooking. I loved the little cafe downstairs.

The property was not what we expected. The access to the property was not ideal if you are arriving after the on site reception is closed.
The lift areas and hallways were stuffy and musty.
The apartment itself was very basically furnished. The shower area could have been much better cleaned.
The noise from adjacent apartments was uncomfortable.
We did have trouble exiting the underground car park as we could not find anywhere to make the exit door open and had to take the lift up and outside to exit the building. There was no one to help us with this.

Close proximity to the Convention Center with a nice little coffee shop right below. Clean and modern with a great kitchenette to save some money by eating in.
