This is my 3rd time staying in a suite managed by Stripview Suites. The first time the room was filthy and not cleaned. The second time the tvs didn’t work. This time the tv nearest the bed didn’t work and the room smelled like someone hid a dirty diaper or left spoiled food sitting somewhere. I called the number and was told maintenance would come the following day to fix tv and that cleaners would come try to get rid of smell. When I returned the following night no one had been to my room to do either. Going forward I will spend the extra money and rent direct from Palms Place as they handle issues asap.

The bathroom was disgusting they charge for you to rent their towels l. We checked in the bathroom was diagusting there was hair in the bath tub dust everywhere no tissues or paper towels

I usually book our stay through hotels.com. we stayed at palms place many times before. Shame on me for not looking into strip view suites before booking. Strip view suites is a shoddy management company that does not care of its property . We paid no" resort fee "but then we paid a ridiculous "property fee" of $130 for a horribly managed property. The dishwasher was flooded. The floor was scratched up. The linens, pillows and cushions were torn. The latches won't lock. The shower head won't stay in place. If i continue to list everything wrong with the place, i will run out of space. Strip view suites don't provide housekeeping but they should at least Clean prior to so i don't have to dust and wash the dishes and silverware myself. Never ever use Strip View Suites. I can't believe hotels.com would agree to let that company soil their name.

First these are CONDOS people own. First room checked in was somebody’s else’s belongings around the entire place no handles to operate the sink food all over the floor. Second room bed was gross Amazon packages everywhere. Said there were no other rooms had to wait an hour and a half for the housekeeping manager to come clean the entire room. Got a food credit from a “manager” which definitely wasn’t the manager so that was also pointless. From working @ Yaamava in hotels very disappointing stay probably won’t be back.

We were excited about this property as the listing boasted two king beds in separate areas. This was the key reason why we booked this property. When we arrived, the room only had one king bed. When I called the front desk, I was told it was a private unit and they could not do anything about it. There were several maintenance issues in the room: the shower handle fell off the first time we tried to use it, multiple light bulbs were out and none of the TV remotes worked. We put in a maintenance request, which was promptly resolved. The room was not very clean. There were visible stains/crusty residue on the comforter, accumulated dirt/trash in the hallways, and visibly dirty floors. We checked out well in advance of the required time, and were alerted later that day that the hotel detected we were still in the room, despite having already landed at home. I had to call the front desk to let them know we had left at 5:50 that morning, as they indicated we might be charged late check-out fees. Overall, I was not terribly impressed. We paid more for the convenience of having two king beds and did not get that, and the property doesn't seem to have good management.

I have stayed at Palms Place dozens of times. This was the worst experience to date. Torn blackout curtains (let that sink in), a spa tub motor that went on 3 times on its own, including at 2:30 am. To be clear, i was in bed, not the bath. The room was a far cry from hotel level clean. The bed fabric (not the sheets) was torn. The room featured a balcony whicjh was locked and unusable. The dirty (locked) sliding door added to the view experience. I have photos but apparently with negative reviews they cant be uploaded

The bathroom sink water took especially long to drain. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes with an odor. The refrigerator had an odor. I wasn’t told initially when I booked the hotel that this was a private unit and I would have to pay for bath cloths and towels along with all toiletries. The hotel tried to reach the owner with no success.

The room was very dirty. There was mold in the bathroom, hair and other gunk in corners and other places. The bed frame was brittle and peeling. Walls were gross and dirty. Couldn’t see out the windows. Tea pot was disgusting. Light bulbs were out and shorted and lighting was poor in the bathroom.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. Little things I wish they would pay attention to, there was only the one roll of toilet paper for four days. The hair dryer didn’t work and the ice machine was not easy to use. You do have to pay extra for housekeeping which is fine as long as they had these other issues fixed. Other than that the place is great. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at Palms Place as it is comfortable, offers great amenities and the room with views of the Las Vegas strip are great. This is my fourth time staying here and I like the location and free parking. The surrounding area has access to cheaper off strip amenities ie gas, food, drug stores etc.. and they are easily accessible by walking. The rooms are a bit dated and the furniture is old and slightly dirty. My refrigerator was not in good condition, as the lining was coming off and stuck to the door. Luckily, they had a second refrigerator in the room. The unit is quiet and luckily, the patrons were also quiet. I definetly reccoemend staying here if you want to be off the strip, but close by at the same time.

The comforters had some type of candy or food on them that was recent. There was hand prints on mirrors around the room. Found a tick on one of the beds. Had to leave one of the rooms a night before.

Stayed at Palms Place, room was not thoroughly cleaned, iron was completely broken, and we also needed a refill on toiletries but it was never replaced. We were told maintenance would come and check on iron but they never showed up.

The hotel was horrible sink was leaking dirty. Nothing worked properly curtains had tears in it furniture was all worn out definitely not worth what I paid front desk didn’t fix anything

Wonderful property. Stayed here for years. (Since 2016) We've booked through StripViewSuites 8 times. Only blemish was that there were no extra blankets available for the other two beds so the kids slept without covers when we booked the suite for 6. The front desk staff and security were very professional and hospitable. The Ghostbar staff were also very attentive and great 90s throwback music. Brendan Theatre staff were very friendly also. Kids loved the theatre setup.
*Sidenote, shady female server on duty overcharging for food at Place Pool morning of August 9th without showing guests the bill. Charged me $26 for a pizza when menu said $20 and said it was due to "taxes". I ended up tipping on top in case she didn't pass it on to the kitchen staff. Other guests were also frustrated with her service. Not sure if because she was the only one on duty and was just flustered or if she was trying to pull a fast one. Will be back again to visit as soon as I am able to.

I enjoyed the balcony with great views. The water temp was excellent and dis not lose it's hotness when jacuzzi was ran. Utilizing the in room fridge/freezer was convenient for extra drinks. Room service responded in a timely manner.

My experience wasn’t as pleasant as i would have liked it to be.
1. Elevators sound like they are about to break.
2 not once was I informed that there was no room service. Had to use the same towels the entire weekend.
3. There wasn’t any toilet paper and I had to pay 3 extra dollars for toilet paper!!!
4. Bathtub turned on by itself in 2 different occasions at 4 in the morning.
Would like some sort of refund… definitely never staying at this hotel again.

I had called to see if I could do an early check in and was told no because they had to clean the room and inspect it. When we get into the suite it was dirty. The room had not been dusted and the floors had not been cleaned from the previous guest. The walls had marks on them and the bathroom didn’t have shampoo or body wash. The outlets in one of the bathrooms didn’t work and the bedding for the pull out bed was missing. When we called for extra towels we were informed that there would be an extra charge. This is a timeshare and not managed by the hotel, eventually the hotel sent housekeeping to clean the room at the request of the property management team while we were there. We made the best of our trip but I was not happy with this booking.

Everything was wonderful but only dislike was strip view but the balcony is locked and you can’t go on it . Only reason I booked is because of the balcony I could have stayed on the strip . Also this room does not come with house keeping they will charge you $30per day if you request towels or anything extra

This property was the WORST experience I have ever came across! The room was filthy, things were broken throughout the room, when asked for housekeeping and things to be fixed I was told I had to pay for housekeeping and wait tol the next day for things to be fixed! The listing is full of false advertising this property is NOT ran by the Palms its ran by private owners who DO NOT take care of the property. When asked for a refund they gave the run around but this issue is not over! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND 0 STARS. Save your money & yourself a headache by NOT dealing with this property. And I'll have a review on Expedia next if they don't handle this situation properly

We had a good stay! Our room was as described, easy to check in, and the view was really nice. The rooms are definitely dated but not bad at all. The bed was comfortable and the small kitchen was really nice to have.

I booked this room in advance and me and my girlfriend just checked in and as soon as we got to the room smelled so bad trash smells ,
- the light isnot working
- food left in the refrigerator
-trash cans full of trash
-internet isnot working
-there’s pee on the toilet
-there’s a shoes print on the ceiling
- there’s a marker and stains on the couch
-tv isnot working
We stayed the first night at the room then they said they couldn’t move us because it’s a private unit!! I didnot book private I booked it through hotel.com then they would send a house keeper at 12 am !! Then next day they asked us to leave our room for atleast 2 hours for the smells ! This trip was not convenient because of the hotel situation!!
