Very delicious breakfast and modern room. A little far from the sightseeing area

Its an ok hotel, close to central station, trams right next door to city center, but nothing near by.

The hotel rooms are well equipped, chic interior design. We had a very pleasant stay!

First I stayed in the hotel 2 weeks ago when I had a terrible experience with a receptionist and her front office manager, who seemed like someone who never worked with guests or that it was their first day at work. No clue. Then I didn’t write a bad feedback, because I thought it was just them and not everyone at reception maybe. But no! I booked same hotel just because it was at a convinrent location close to my meetings this week, and guess what- I was served by another receptionist - but in same rude unprofessional style. So I guess it’s just the way all front desk are. If you could book something else in the area - better do so, because you’ll only have headache with these guys! Not to mention that the hotel is supposed to serve room service menu from 10:30 to 6:00 (at least it’s shown on file) but every time we called they had nothing but bread with cheese. They can’t make coffee either during the night. Absolutely useless service. Better go airbnb for this money!

Arrived @ 1am (Plane 3 hours delayed) reception were amazing nothing was too much trouble, only negative was that I had to leave @ 7.30am for an appointment @ 8am in Vienna. I will be back

Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed to a private reception and nothing else was opened either.The best thing was that this hotel is locate very close to one of the train stations. If you are young and hip, this hotel will be perfect for you.

중부 유럽에 내린 기록적인 폭우로 인해 어렵게 도착한 호텔이었는데 그 고생을 잊을 정도로 훌륭했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 시설은 깨끗하고 어메니티 퀄리티도 좋았습니다. 조식은 가짓수는 많지 않아도 질적 퀄리티가 높았고요. 다음에 비엔나에 다시 오면 여기로 예약할겁니다. We chose this hotel because our last city on this trip was Vienna and we wanted to stay somewhere special, and it turned out to be the best choice of the trip. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean and attentive to our needs. Breakfast was not very varied, but it was very high quality and healthy. Vienna is a city I would love to visit again, and if I do, I will definitely stay at Andaz again.

The supervisor in reception was not kind. She was not behaving that she is a staff of Hyatt hotels
