We arrived at the hotel around 10am after disembarking from a cruise ship and fortunately, we were "roomed" immediately. The view from the rooftop lounge and pool is spectacular. We ate at the restaurant off the lobby for two dinners and a breakfast. The food and service were good.

Hotel is nice and clean, located about 15 mins walking to Old Town. The staff wasn't very friendly at check-in and also not very helpful with recommendations (almost dismissive). We got free welcome drinks at the rooftop bar (which isn't much of a rooftop bar - very small). The restaurant downstairs has decent food. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay here again but next time maybe opt for a higher floor.

We had an excellent stay. The staff is exceptionally polite and helpful. The hotel is perfectly located near Old Montreal. I would highly recommend and we would certainly return without hesitation!

We had specifically booked and paid extra for a "high" floor room. When we checked in we were told that our chosen room was not available, and we were given a twin room instead. When I objected we were eventually given a "high" floor. I fail to see why I should have to fight to get what I paid for.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Old Montréal. Close to Saint Paul Street - the oldest street in Montréal with galleries, restaurants, boutique shopping. Great cafe a block away. The hotel breakfast was wonderful, as was the view of the city from the rooftop pool and bar.

What a treat to find a city hotel with beautiful bedding, excellent bathrooms, a good view and great staff. Luxury.

Hyatt Centric was a very nice, updated hotel. Our room was reasonably priced, and the hotel offered a very good buffet breakfast. The location is close to many shops and restaurants.

The staff, from reception to housekeeping to the servers in the restaurant, were all friendly and helpful. The heated pool on the rooftop was a treat! We were directly on the way to the Old Town and the Old Port. And the rest of the city is easily accessible by foot. We will definitely be returning.

He 14th floor was very nice and the key card use in the elevator was a secure feature. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful

Nice property that includes a rooftop pool and balcony bar seating that looks out over old Montreal. Now my go to hotel for visiting old Montreal.
