The shuttle service to the airport is misleading (35 dollars !). Les draps n’avaient pas été changés ! La salle de bain était sale. L’accès en taxi n’était pas aisé.

La atención y disposición de Isaac siempre estuvo al pendiente de cualquier duda para resolverla, el lugar está ubicado en una calle privada muy segura, un lugar cómodo y tranquilo, con agua caliente y una cocina muy equipada, sin duda un lugar perfecto para descansar y tener una estadía agradable..

Cancun merkeze biraz uzak (2km civarı) ancak uber ve didi aracılığıyla istediğiniz yere ulaşabileceğiniz bir konumda.

The house is really, really nice and I felt safe in the area. Everything was clean, I could use the laundry machine and people were friendly. Room and bathroom were spacious and towels were provided. Also, free coffee, tea and fruits in the morning and also a water filter for drinking water! Would definitely come back! Thanks alot

I went back after my road trips in México. I felt super comfortable staying here. Very friendly staff and they always go beyond the traditional hotel service and helps you with everything you need. What is also worth to mention is that they have a very good wash machine :)

Located in a quiet and safe residential area, this place makes you feel at home. Spacious shared bathroom, laundry room, well equipped kitchen and coffee in the morning. The room itself has a well-working aircon and has let me sleep like a baby. That said, it is far away from the hotels, clubs, restaurants of the zona hoteleria, which was not my intention of travel anyways. If you want to visit the zona hoteleria, it can be reached by local buses (around 25 pesos in total) or a cab (more expensive). Lastly, the host is wonderful and shares lots of good advice how to move around, where to shop and eat.

A hairdryer in the bathroom, but that is just a personal preference :) Otherwise really nothing to complain!

Finding this place was a bit tricky but once I did I was super happy with it! This was an amazing house with very nice rooms. This was extremely clean and I would definately stay there again!

They need to give better directions to get there.

Manager Isaac is super friendly and accommodating. The WiFi is lightning fast and the location is great, with easy access to groceries, restaurants and a convenience store. All facilities are clean and the location is safe and secure. Overall, would recommend for anyone visiting Cancun looking for a great value stay.

Humant is like you home in another country, you will live in a chill atmosphere and meet a lot of interesting people. The owner and the staff are amazing.

that I can’t live there forever

I was looking for a place to work remotely (or not), meet cool people and chill for a few days and Humant was just the right spot. You are super close to stuff but not in the caos of touristic Cancun. The staff is super friendly and go the extra-mile to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Isaac (manager) is amazing, just a really nice person. He was constantly checking in making sure my stay was going well and They provide you with tips on things to do around the area, how to get around, places to eat, etc. The facilities really feel like a community of interesting/diverse/friendly people from different backgrounds. I would definitely go back.

This place was great and we really liked our room and rooftop terrace. The staff running the place were really awesome and helpful. Isa was really nice. Our main priority was strong internet and this place provided it. Walking distance from restaurants and commercial areas and a very quiet residential area. We highly recommend

Where do I even begin? The place is spacious, comfortable, and always clean, the workstations are better than what I have at home, there is coffee and fruit every morning, on-site laundry, Jose is welcoming, responsive, and friendly (he regularly takes his guests out to enjoy Cancun). I felt like a part of the family right away. Come to think of it, I’m not sure why I’m leaving. 15/10

Its a Nice place if you go with a group or couple. area wise is nice and convenient. owner is friendly guy help you with directions.

It just the stairs and if they offer breakfast would be perfect.

Location was good as it wasn’t far away from the bus station where you get directly to down town or hotel zone. Rooms and the house nice and clean and had a really nice Ambiente. I was a big fan of the bathroom, nice spacey and super water pressure. The biggest plus goes to the owner though. He was so helpful and nice! Without him we literally wouldn’t be able to stay as our card didn’t work anymore and he tried his best to help out situation. Would give more stars if possible. Thank you!

Nice place to stay longer term, if you want some sun and work remotely. We stayed only 2 nights, but there were a few people staying for a month. Jose was a great host, running the place.

If you're there for a short stay at the beach, it's not close, but if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle it's great.
