Le personnel très accueillant. La piscine vue mer très agréable, les lits étaient spacieux et la Clim appréciable dans les chambres. Le ménage des chambres est fait quotidiennement.

Peut mieux faire au niveau de la propreté des sols dans les chambres. La douche n’avait pas de petit pommeau, uniquement un grand pommeau au plafond, pas très pratique pour se laver que le corps. Hotel très excentrée du centre ville d’hurghada, 30 à 40mn de route pour le centre et/ou excursions. Le menu est le même soir et matin, donc on fait vite le tour au bout de 4j sur place La wifi marche mal, et les chambres sont par contre mal isolés.

. The hotel itself is very very pretty, from the room you can see the beautiful Red Sea. The beach is not very close and required transit car offered free by the hotel ( but offer until 6pm only) . The staff are very helpful and friendly. . the Zen Restaurant is amazing ! The food they offer is tasty (I felt surprised each time I ordered different thing; no matter the set menu or self order menu, especially Falafel and food with Shrimp, it’s really tasty), also the service was also nice . The swimpool is small but with good service and offer drink (but pool service with towel/drink only opened until 6 pm, such a pity because in summer the sunset time is after 7) . The arrangement of tour (I joined scuba diving one) replied promptly with relative good service.

. Sahl Hasheesh is actually far away from Hurghada center. If you wish to find a tranquil holiday with not so crowded area, here is the right place. ( Also the Uber to airport is not that easy to catch, but they actually offered airport transit service) . The air conditioner is somehow having scattered water splitted on the bed during night (in the bed closer to the restroom) . Despite the room had good scenery from window, but my room is at ground floor close to the lobby, therefore if I opened up the curtain everyone would see me ! So I closed it nearly at all time, which is such a pity.

The staff were absolutely exceptional in helping us with everything we needed & went out of their way to help us when my partner lost his wallet! The facilities are wonderful! The pool is amazing & has a lovely view of the sea! The beach is about 5 minutes by car & the hotel organises transfers for you! Really wonderful hotel & would absolutely stay again! The area felt extremely safe with multiple security stops & guards writing who’s coming in and out of the property. The rooms are extremely comfortable & have a stocked up mini bar! Rooms are cleaned everyday & all the staff were just wonderful!

Le personnel est vraiment au top ! Sympathique, souriant et très serviable. Gros coup de cœur pour le serveur Omar qui a été à nos petits soin tout au long de notre semaine , il mériterait même de devenir manager car il est incroyablement professionnel , on ne l’oubliera pas 🥰

Le manque de véhicules pour se déplacer le soir après 19h ( plus gratuit à partir de cette heure ) .L’hôtel est assez isolé , 25 min du centre ville mais proche de la plage .

It is a nice hotel with an interesting concept. Meals are not in a buffet style. Breakfast is a choice of 4 menues, dinner is from a fixed menu. We were on a short stay, so that was ok, but I would have preferred a buffet breakfast. Rooms are nice, convenient with good views. It is a silent place half way between Hurgada and Safaga.

Beautiful location and property, wonderful sea view, decent staff.

The transfer car to the beach isn’t clean and not properly organized for pick up, sometimes I was waiting for 15 minutes and then I called reception. The problem with the guy at the beach side who isn’t there or never calls for a car. Also the entrance to the sea isn’t as sandy as others nearby, but you can enter anywhere at the coast.

the breakfast is good. The hotel location is quite remote,not near by the center of the Hurghada.

From the beginning of check-in, I was informed that my reserved room was full and requested to upgrade. However, after my protest, I was allowed to stay in the room I had originally booked.

Absolutely nothing.

Extremely dirty. Downgraded room with no excuse and literally had to ‘fight’ to get a better room but then it still was not the big sea view room that I had booked. Location is super far, if you plan to do activities in Hurghada you will always have to pay extra for pickup. It also just takes much more time. The food is absolutely disgusting and it takes hours for something to come out. Be careful what you eat and drink there, they reuse a lot of things. Like the plastic water bottles were refilled with tap water. Staff will scam you, make sure to not book your activities through the hotel but bookyourguide. The hotel will charge you way more and use their own made up currency rates to get more money out of you. He will also scam you saying certain things are free, but when the activity takes place you have to pay extra and he denies he ever said that it was free. The facilities were bad. They have no amenities except body wash and shampoo bottles which are pick out of the trashcan from previous users, cut open and then glued together. Very unhygienic. AC does not work at all, while making the loudest noise ever. The room and especially bathroom smells super bad.

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour au sein de l’hôtel Zen Resort. La chambre et la vue étaient incroyables. Le restaurant est très bon. Le personnel est juste parfait, incroyable ! Très professionnel , Mohab, Ahmed, Omar (et tout les autres) nous ont vraiment bien accueillis ! Nous recommandons à 100% !

La climatisation est un peu bruyante mais le personnel nous a dit que cela été en cours de rénovation. La Wifi n’est pas très performante.

Fahd et Ahmeda sont les personnes qui s’occupe du nettoyage des chambres était incroyable, humble, respectueux, professionnel, à l’écoute, comme le personnel du restaurant de l’hôtel: Mohamed et Ahmed. Ces personnes n’ont jamais fait aucune discrimination entre homme et femme, nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous (mon mari et moi) et c’est quelque chose qui m’a beaucoup touché étant européenne en Égypte.

L’emplacement qui ce trouve un peu loin de la plage et l’attente du transport vers la plage était parfois un peu longue. Pas de sèche cheveux dans les chambres et pas de brosse de toilette présent malheureusement.

Azzurra is the best compound in Sahl Hasheesh. Its a most relaxing place, classy and architecturally beautiful. Hotel is very well appointed and decorated. Staff are excellent. Breakfast was good. Rooms were perfect for this kind of stay. Wi-fi was ok. This is a great budget option for a shot stay in Sahl Hasheesh, but you should stay in Sahl Hasheesh longer. Sahl Hasheesh is stunning and thoroughly recommended for a relaxing break.

Einfach perfekt - dieses Hotel ist eine klare Empfehlung! Der Service ist vom Hauspersonal, hier besonderen Dank an Fhad der immer bemüht und mit größter Gründlichkeit unser Zimmer gereinigt hat, bis zum Restaurant, hier Danke an Omar der mit absoluter Motivation und Freude an seinem Deutsch arbeitet :-) war so lustig, an Salah - es macht so Freude ihm beim arbeiten zuzusehen, Ahmed - einfach nur ein Genuss von ihm bedient zu werden, Margret - war unheimlich bemüht uns alles ins Zimmer bringen zu lassen, als meine Tochter krank war und Danke an Sameh der sein Team wirklich hervorragend eingeschult hat, bis hin zur Rezeption. Einfach top. Das Essen war hervorragend, der Privastrand mit hauseigener Bar und Restaurant ist 15min Gehzeit entfernt aber es steht immer ein kostenfreier Shuttle zur Verfügung. Der Pool ist mit bequemen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen eine Oase. Es werden auch immer frische Badetücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Um ehrlich zu sein, ich hatte noch nie einen so schönen Urlaub wie diese zwei Wochen in Ägypten in diesem Hotel. In der Nähe ist das Hayan Spa in dem man sich massieren lassen kann. Ich weiß leider den Namen nicht mehr, aber die kleine, zarte Blonde Dame ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Also wär sich verwöhnen lassen möchte und auf der Suche nach Erholung ist, bucht in diesem Hotel.

Beim Pool könnten Toiletten sein. Er ist aber nicht weit von der Rezeption entfernt um ehrlich zu sein.

Le personnel de l'accueil était extrêmement gentil et accueillant, ce qui a contribué à une arrivée agréable. Le service de plage et de la piscine était appréciable, offrant un endroit relaxant pour profiter du soleil.

La climatisation de la chambre était bruyante. Le dimanche soir, la musique était forte jusqu'à 23h, ce qui a perturbé notre tranquillité. La qualité de la nourriture ne correspondait pas à nos attentes, ce qui était décevant. L'accès à la mer depuis la plage était difficile en raison de la vase et des pierres. Les taxis de plage mettaient souvent jusqu'à 30 minutes pour arriver, ce qui était inconfortable. Le manque de serviettes à la piscine le matin était un inconvénient.

Petite structure permettant un service plus proche du client . Je tiens à souligner la gentillesse du personnel de l'accueil, qui a été très ennuyé de nos divers problèmes et a essayé de les résoudre au mieux . Gentillesse , envie de bien faire et sourires sont au rendez vous Situation excentrée de l'hotel, permettant effectivement d'être loin du " fourmillement" des ALL Inclusive. Accessibilité à la piscine très agréable , avec vue sur l'ocean . Balade en front de mer , avec une jetée permettant de voir les poissons sur la zone de corail en fin de journée. Restaurant avec service à la carte entre différents menus qui ne varient pas , mais sont très bons .Boissons non comprises dans la demi pension.Petit déjeuner servis également à la table . La plage se situe à 8 minutes en voiture et au moins 15-20 minutes à pied (MAIS IL FAIT TRES CHAUD). Plage privée de l'hotel avec service de transats, de serviettes, et prêts de chaussures si besoin. Snorkeling possible avec nombreuses variétés de poissons tropicaux des le debut de la plage . Boissons et repas possibles dont le prix est modeste. Départ le matin vers Louxor et repas préparé comme convenu. EffectIvement hotel ZEN , car au calme, petite structure , proche de la clientèle et agréable

Le ménage est fait entre 15 heures et 18 heures , ce qui est un problème pour les arrivées : attente dans le hall.. et retour de la plage avec limitation de l'accès à la chambre . Insonorisation de la chambre peu efficace, car bruits dans le couloir , et portes qui claquent entendues toute la nuit. Bruits de la climatisation importants, qui nous a obligé à la couper et la rallumer dans la nuit ( chaleur importante ). Quelques menus incidents pendant le séjour, nous ont fait convenir que l'alignement des planètes n'était pas au rendez vous sur ce séjour là : installation dans le hall pendant une heure, coffre fort bloqué , lits jumeaux et non pas lit double comme demandé, changement de chambre, absence de serviettes après le ménage , au restaurant le dernier soir : erreur du menu d'entrée , et oubli de nous servir le dessert , que nous avons attendu une demi heure au moins. Attente de la navette un quart d heure voir plus à la plage . Hotel qui semble nouveau dans son histoire et qui manque d'un manager pour la gestion des chambres , et du restaurant , ce qui permettrait d'améliorer la prise en charge des clients. Peut mieux faire avec un peu d'organisation, car beaucoup de bonne volonté. En fait , les clients doivent aussi avoir une ZEN attitude également , et globalement le séjour a été agréable , et nous a fait sourire .. Petits désagréments pouvant être corriger ( sauf le bruit ? ).

The pool is not in the hotel, you can use a pool that is across the street, so you have to leave the hotel to go there. Cleanliness of the room and hallways have room fro improvement: I had to clean the bathroom under sink drawer before putting my staff in it. The first night they cut the water ad midnight for maintenance and was back around 7 am....

Everything about the place was great and the stay was exceptional. We had a great time and we will definitely come here again.
