It was clean and comfortable to stay and breakfast was excellent.

There was a Power failure in one of our rooms and maintenance need improvement.

No AC or Fans in the corridor the lift functionality is too slow, No house Keeping , No floor mats , No Laundry Bags, it’s major due to staffing issues however rest available staff in the premises are very generous and helpful

Nothing, they penalise you if you forget your room card imside room, they call for meeting in hotel manager room I remembered my elementary school days teachers calling. No breakfast available at coffee shop they say no staff what to do. They call early morning and disturb saying breakfast opens at 7.30am but actually nothing is available if you open chef and dish. No staff is standard answer

Everything right from hospitality to food service. Very bad to the core. Asked me to pay penalty for forgetting room card inside. My family women my wife and daughter made to wait at reception and they asking them to pay 500/- otherwise they are not allowed inside

Room was pretty comfortable and service is very good.

The property was very good. It was very neat and clean.

The room is congested. They cramped a lot of stuff in the room. The day staff was good. But the staff available in the nights is not good. Did not provide with water when asked for more even when we were checking out early and we mentioned they we didn't have water and there were no stores open around that time.

Not very well experienced staff. Not much clue on the process. For example, food was good, but the management of the same was messy - they can solve this easily by organizing the plates/spoons/items like idli/chutney/bread on the desk, relieving the staff from huffing puffing all the time. Simple things which are easily fixable. There was no hot water supply. The lights in the bathroom mirror should be well lit.

Very Good, nice and spacious rooms. Also the rooms were very clean. It is a new Hotel.

Breakfast could have been arranged as a Buffet. Restaurant need to be opened as no nearby options available. Otherwise it's a Good Hotel. With this addition it will be value for money..

Hotel amphience is good.A resturant to be opened with the hotel.

The Hotel is located around 8km from the railway station.Also ramp is not there for disabled people.
