The reception at the hotel was heartwarming, they let you feel extremely welcome. The view from our room was breathtaking with fresh ocean breeze. We got to see the sunrise and how it created such an awesome ambiance. There was a variety of food, all great-tasting. I love that the music selections included Bob Marley an icon from my home Island Jamaica 🇯🇲.

Me encanto la vista desde la habitación, la playa hermosa, un espejo de agua sin olas, arena blanca. Las instalaciones del hotel súper buenas, limpias y con mucho orden. En lo personal me encantó este Riu por ser algo Petit y no tan grande como otras cadenas hoteleras. El trato de los trabajadores muy cálido, me encantó el lugar.

No me gustó la comida. El equipo de cocina debería ser un poco más abierto a las bondades de la sal, es decir a tener platos básicos pero bien servidos, tipo una buena carne frita, pescado o una pechuga frita sólo con sal. Sin otros condimentos. Otro tema son las fiestas, deberían considerar fiestas también en la que los niños puedan compartir con su padres, como suelen hacer otras cadenas hoteleras en las "discotecas" incluidas. Estas tienen un horario en el que la fiesta tal cual con luces y música se comparte por la familia entera.

Die Armbändchen aus Plastik sind sehr scharfkantig. Da man sie jederzeit tragen muss, um zum Beispiel Getränke an der Bar zu erhalten oder Zutritt zu den anderen all-inclusive-Angeboten, passiert es immer wieder, dass man mit den Bändchen irgendwo hängen bleibt und sich selbst verletzt. Das Hotel sollte modernere Technologien und hochwertigere Materialien dafür einsetzen. Andere Hotels haben beispielsweise die Zimmerkarten zum Türöffnen abgeschafft und in Armbänder aus weichem Gewebe integriert, an dem man sich nicht verletzen kann.

そもそも予約したRIU CARIBENで部屋が一杯と言われ、RIV CANCUNに変わってくれと言われた。部屋はその方が広く、オーシャンビューでレストランも待たなくて済むとの事で、承諾したが、案内された部屋は狭く、別途も2人分、窓の外は屋根で辛うじて海が見れる具合。我慢ならず部屋を変えるよう要求。部屋ば変わったが、そもそもCancunの方は作りが古く、自身が予約した部屋との差が大きくふまん。

The property is very big, the pools were fantastic. The room very comfortable, lovely sea views too. We attended the jungle party at Riu Parties which is joined to this hotel - that was brilliant and took me back to my uni days of partying! Really enjoyed it! We spent 3 nights in the hotel as we like to try a few different hotels/places when we are on holiday. The staff we engaged with were overall friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, one day was a write-off. I was in bed all day with sickness and diarrhoea. We dined in the Shangri la restaurant, I ate a lot of the sushi and raw salmon. About 4 hours later the sickness and diarrhoea started and continued for about 12 hours. I remained nil by mouth until the next morning consuming water with dioralyte only. Whilst I can’t say for definite it was from the restaurant it is a coincidence. For that reason, I was unable to enjoy the rest of our stay there. Whilst the reception staff and hotel manager got in touch, initially we were told to contact my insurer - I just thought that was a little unhelpful when i wanted to establish if there had been any other cases. I always bring my own medication, just in case! However, later in the day I received a room call, about 9 hours later from the manager offering room service (which I politely declined) and checking in on me.

Really good location, the beach was lovely with plenty of shade, sunbeds and things to do like the volleyball. The food in all the restaurants, particularly the buffet was amazing (usually all-inclusives aren't great). The room was bright, spacious and cleaned every day which was a bonus! The parties are really fun too! Overall a really good holiday and I'd love to go back :)

My only little issue was that there wasn't too much to do in the evening once you'd had dinner or if there wasn't a party on

The staff were awesome! The facility is beautiful and clean. I love the open air lobby and the palm trees on the beach.

The food was disappointing. There aren’t any other restaurants or stores (other than a pharmacy) within walking distance.

Poderia ter piscina com brinquedos e tobogãs infantis. A recreação infantil tb poderia melhorar, ter mais atividades voltadas para crianças a partir de 7 anos. Como fui sozinha com meus filhos, não consegui ir nas festas.

L’établissement est parfait de A à Z. Un vrai all inclusive comme on les apprécie. Le personnel est aux petits soins, l’equipe d’animation est top, les équipements sont neufs. L’hotel propose des pool party 3 fois par semaine avec Dj, danseurs, bar à shot. Le buffet est varié : viande, poisson, vegé. Il y en a pour tous les gouts La plage est très jolie !

The facilities were for the most part in good condition. Great location with no lack of activities to take part in. The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was particularly excellent in both the quality and the variety of options. Service by the wait staff was fantastic and it felt like I was really taken care of while I was eating.

When checking in I was told by the staff that the travel credit was money that could be applied to anything I wanted. When I later asked another staff member for the code, I was told that the travel credit was coupons that could only be applied towards certain activities, many of which I wasn't interested in. This means I was lied to by the original staff that checked me in. The beach area could be cleaner as at times it was full of seaweed and trash.

Instalações novas, tamanho do quarto excelente, restaurantes e comidas de muita qualidade. Um ponto positivo que os restaurantes temáticos não precisam de reserva e sempre conseguimos vaga. Superou minhas expectativas. Quando voltar a Cancún, ficarei lá novamente.

La comida excelente, el desayuno super variado había para todos los gustos. El personal muy respetuoso en todos los restaurantes. Las actividades recreativas muy bien, Fernanda una genia!!. La clase de aquagym también el profe muy alegre. Las instalaciones impecables. El gimnasio tenia varias maquinas y todas nuevas. Las fiestas increíbles!
