The property was emaculate!

Only problem I had were the bed pillows. I think they only had 39 feathers in each! Could not get comfortable due to head sinking in middle of pillow and both sides coming up on my face like I was sinking!

They had buffet style breakfast and the room was clean.

The front desk staff was not friendly and acted annoyed upon check in. The $45 fee to valet your car everyday was actually absurd and if we would’ve noticed that add on fee before booking we would’ve chose a different hotel. The staff who set up and broke down breakfast every morning were rude and the overall vibe of the staff was that they were annoyed being around the hotel guests. The hotel was not worth the price, there’s not even a pool/hot tub on site and the restaurant attached was not good.

The bar area was cool on the entry level. The breakfast area was nice. Very studio apartment style which was more than what we needed, but nice. Clean overall.

I booked a king room with a tub and got a double queen room with a shower. That kind of bummed me out, but since we were only staying a night, we weren’t going to fight it. I tried pulling closed what I thought were blackout curtains and they didn’t budge. Finally, the body wash and conditioner we empty by the time we needed to shower.

The room was clean quiet and comfortable.

The cost of parking our car was way overpriced. We reserved a king room and were given a double queen. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing a parking garage. Considering how light the traffic at breakfast I think we could have been given a better room. Breakfast was paltry. There was no milk go red our cereal and no staff was visible for 5 minutes. When I looked into the back the server was just standing there and when she saw me asking for milk all she would continuously say was you don’t belong back here. No apology for there being no milk.

There was no shampoo or body wash in the shower. Wouldn't have been a big deal if I had known all were empty ...front desk just said no big deal.

Valet took hours to park cars, I waited an hour and a half for someone to take my car. Then the valet quit midshift. The manager was nice enough to take off the charge. However this is not a good place if you have your own vehicle and plan on parking. The design of the driveway leading to the hotel is too small for valet services. The garage next to it is waayyy too expensive to park, and if you use outside parking you’re guaranteed to get your car broken into

Breakfast was just ok, they did run out of coffee and food at breakfast. They ran out of coffee in the lobby too. The breakfast staff was apparently understaffed according to tge employees. A manager was not seen helping the short staff.

Very nice & clean. I felt safe here as a solo traveler. Plus, dogs are welcome no charge 😃

The valet takes awhile but as long as you request in a adequate amount of time it’s fine

Pretty & nice room & lobbies. Staff was great!

We were in room 205 - there was sooo much noise through out the night. We got no sleep at all! Don’t know if it was the elavators or that we were near the kitchen but it sounded like elephants tramping through the halls all night.

Room was not properly cleaned, missing items like shower gel and paper tissues, we had to request for the garbage to be remove towels and toilet paper be replaced.

There was no free parking. They charge 45 a night for valet and that’s the only option they. They do not offer self parking nor do they honor the price they have online which is 35 a night.

The staff was very rude and there was no free parking. The only good thing was the room was clean and the breakfast was good.

We loved everything about the hotel. The location was close to everything! We walked to the park that's right behind the hotel. We walked to stores and restaurants that are downtown as well. It was exceptionally clean, very quiet and had great amenities.

No pool . Breakfast bar ran out of eggs at 8:00 & had to wait for more eggs to be cooked . Happy hour 2 bottles of wine left out for anybody to consume . Bathroom & kitchen floor was not swept

Free breakfast was great, rooms were clean and very spacious, updated. Lots of conveniences like a coffee pot and a burner top for cooking.

We were not aware of the parking situation before we arrived, we just assumed guests of the hotel would have free parking but that was not the case. We had to pay for valet parking which was an expense we had not anticipated.

Location excellent for events at the Spectrum Center, wonderful breakfast, very clean, staff friendly and helpful.

Excellent front staff, as well as bar/restaurant staff! Very spacious, modern room. Quality stay at a great price.

I have nothing negative to say about this property. We will be staying again in the near future.

外から帰ってきたら毎回何故かトイレ、風呂場がタバコ臭い。換気扇を何度もonにした。 風呂場のドアがおしゃれなガラスだが、ガラスの角で指切って出血した。

The valet. First day there we needed to get something out of the car and they couldn’t find our car key for almost 45 minutes. The second day we were trying to go get dinner and ordered for the car about 5 minutes before we left our room and they couldn’t find our car. We ended up canceling our plans after waiting in the rain for almost an hour.
