The location was very good. Staff were VERY friendly and helpful. Arrod ( I think 🤔 that's how his name is spelt ) went above and beyond, giving us lots of useful information and recommendations of where to eat, places of interest, where to catch buses, etc. Literally nothing was too much trouble.
The ONLY downside was the steep hill up to the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and Helpful. They offered to make recommendations about certain items I found interesting.
I think the rooms are fairly dated and it would be nice to have a slightly lower price than I paid. Comparatively, the other hotels nearby weren't fairly priced and I appreciate that this hotel was lower, but I would've loved slightly lower price plus an included breakfast for my stay.

Very basic room, poor water pressure in the shower. No hot water making facilities in the room. Very few power sockets in the room.

Nice hotel with nice lake Lucerne view from the balcony. Hotel has a paid private parking which you have to reserve in advance. They gave us the Lucerne guest card that we could use for transportation in the main zone and also give discount for some trips to the peak(eg. ferry + train round trip to mount Rigi)
The hotel and the room is very dated. Shower is very small with plastic curtain. There is no safe in the room. It's located uphill so not good for people who's not up for walking.

Rooms were comfortable and well furnished . A small balcony was useful for sitting outside . Bed was superb , linen exceptional. Breakfast was full of hot / cold food buffet style. Our stay was great value for money and the tourist pass for free public transport was such a bonus ! Staff were ultra friendly and first class - nothing was too much trouble, we will return . Thank you

Die Lage war super schön mit tollem See-und Bergblick. Das Frühstück hat meinen Erwartungen nicht so entsprochen.
Das Frühstück hat mir nicht so zugesagt. Zu wenig abwechslungsreich und ein paar Beilagen wie Gurke, Obst, Paprika wäre schön gewesen. Auch wäre es schön, wenn ein Mitarbeiter/in auch deutsch sprechen könnte. Aber nett waren sie alle.

Everything about the hotel was great the location the staff are quality of the rooms, the value for the money and the beautiful view from my balcony overlooking the city and the lake.

Eigentlich Alles es hat nach Beschreibung gepasst. Zimmer war sauber.
Die Heizung ist etwas laut, hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Nice Vintage Hotel, good breakfast, nice personal.
Breakfast is served from 8 to 10, I had a meeting and I couldn’t have breakfast before, there is no coffee machines (there is one but don’t works) or room service, early in the mornings there is no one in reception I couldn’t open the door and I was late to my job, the key is just for the lateral door, I found it for miracle, the heating was close when I arrived, was really cold when I tried to put it higher made a constant noice I couldn’t sleep properly.
