Klimaanlage wäre schön im Zimmer

Descuidado, mucha termita. Problemas con el agua, en medio baño dejaba de llegar agua y había que esperar. Si se sale en la noche tardan demasiado en abrir (eran 12am) Deje la habitación a las 5am y tenía que hacer un pago adicional entonces no podía pagar con tarjeta, ni dólares, me exigieron quetzales, de mala gana me tuvieron que aceptar dólares.

Es war mein erstes Hotel in Guatemala und ich war mir noch nicht über die lokalen Verhältnisse bewusst. Zuerst war ich ein bisschen enttäuscht von der Sauberkeit, dies hat sich aber mit dem Aufenthalt relativiert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und haben ein wenig Englisch gesprochen, einer hat sehr gut Englisch gesprochen, das hat mir sehr geholfen. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und für mich alleine hatte ich also sehr viel Platz. Ich hatte einen Balkon und die Aussicht war suuuper, alle drei Vulkane waren sichtbar und das Zimmer hat eine grosse Fensterfront und so kann man auch vom Bett aus die Aussicht geniessen. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Badezimmer war funktional und hätte bisschen sauberer sein können, aber wir sind ja in Guatemala und nicht in der Schweiz ;-) Es hat einen Pool, den habe ich aber nicht benutzt. Es hat einen Tischfussballtisch, ein Airhockeytisch und ein billiardtisch, waren alle funktionsfähig und gratis zu benutzten auch eine Bluetooth Musikanlage bei den Tischen zum eigene Musik zu machen.

Die Dusche hatte ein Problem mit dem Wasser. Das Personal war aber sehr hilfsbereit und haben sofort probiert es zu reparieren, es wurde dann auch repariert und somit hatte ich nur zweimal "schlecht" geduscht ;-)

Super friendly staff. Every person that I met from the owner, to the front desk team,to the security guard were super warm and caring. They wanted to make that you have a great stay with them. And they helped me with my luggage before I even had the chance to ask. I am glad I chose to stay there, as the place helped me to appreciate Panajachel as a whole. I highly recommend the room with a balcony and lake view. The view was spectacular, the balcony was huge with enough room for yoga, remote work, and enjoying your breakfast. It was also nice to wake up with the sound of the birds and surrounded by a well-kept garden. The place was easy for drop off and pickups by shuttles to and from other destinations like Antigua, Xela and Guatemala City. Just show the location on the map in case the travel agency doesn’t know the name of the hotel. Although there were plenty of restaurants only a few steps away, the place was much quieter at night than the main strip, which helped me to sleep. I enjoyed my stay very much.

I could hear the wind blowing at night. It could be because of the close proximity to the lake.

Que el agua estaba muy caliente 😂 tal vez no pude regular el grifo pero me callo muy caliente en dos habitaciones diferentes.
