المبنى لايوجد عليه لافته او لوحة باسم الفندق، المدخل وسخ وفضلات الطيور في كل مكان،مكتب الاستقبال تحت الدرج، لايعتبر فندق ولم اتمم الحجز لهذا السبب.

الفندق جميييل ومرتب مررررة ونظييييف جدا وكل شي شي فيه ممتاز واكثر شي عجبني فيه تعامل الطاقم بالاخص واحد اسمه مصعب والله تعامله راقي ومحترم جداً الله يوفقه ويجزاه كل خير يارب

Payment Hassle: Despite selecting the option to pay through booking.com during the reservation process, I was compelled to pay in cash upon arrival. This unexpected demand resulted in an inconvenience as I had to exchange my EUR for SAR. To make matters worse, the receptionist held onto my initial payment in EUR as a pledge, creating unnecessary complications during the currency conversion process. · Lack of Basic Amenities: The room lacked essential amenities. Upon arrival, I discovered there were no towels in the room, and I had to request them separately. The kitchen, advertised as a feature, was disappointingly empty, devoid of even the most basic utensils. Empty drawers, no cutlery, and an overall lack of provisions rendered the kitchen practically useless. · Incomplete Facilities: The property advertised a closet, yet it lacked hangers, leaving me with no convenient place to hang my clothes. Additionally, one of the toilets lacked a key, compromising privacy and security. · Unprofessional Receptionist: The behaviour of the receptionist was unprofessional and left much to be desired. Communication was challenging due to his limited English proficiency. Despite being just meters away, he refused to assist with directions to the property, opting to remain seated and provide unclear instructions over the phone. In summary, my stay at Diamond Suites was marred by inconvenient payment practices, lack of essential amenities, and unprofessional service.
