The property was spacious and well located .

We had difficulty accessing the property as we were not given the lock box code, host was uncontactable and booking.com were also not helpful. We had no hot water for the duration of our stay. Only one dirty wine glass was provided. Latch on one bathroom door did not close, so for privacy required a towel to be jammed against it on the inside. Cleanliness in some areas was poor, especially fridge and the shower, which was missing grout and mouldy. Christmas tree still in the main living area in June was tacky.

The location was lovely and the house is spacious with lots of room for family time. The large dining table was excellent. The beds were very comfy and clean.

The pool was not properly fenced (my dad had to fence it off), and not available to swim in. The grass was so overgrown we were worried about snakes. The garden was in really bad shape. Not safe for kids. We found poo stained jocks on a chair inside and bits of old food in drawers. The large bedroom with bunk beds was actually separate from the house and just a glass container. Too hot to sleep in and full of mossies and bugs. Wouldn't count this as a bedroom, more of a hothouse with carpet. This place would be great for large groups if it was properly cleaned up and the pool was in use. Owner did not respond to our complaints, we were really sad about the money we paid and that the property wasn't what we were expecting.
