Nothing to dislike!

All was very good, clean and comfy. The beds were great. There was tea, milk, sugar and coffee. Easy check in with a box code near to the property. I arrived late around 21:00 so if you aren’t scared with dark place maybe you should be there early although the neighbourhood seemed safe. The apartment has everything you need for a good accommodation. I got all information about how I can check in before so I am thankful with Anna.

El departamento es amplio, silencioso, tiene dos baños. Me permitieron entrar más temprano porque ya estaba “listo”. La persona que me contactó al principio fue muy amable, luego todo cambió. Está a unos 10 minutos andando de la estación de tren donde hay varios comercios y supermercados. Para llegar hay que atravesar un parque y una puerta muy estrecha y oscura de salida del parque. Por el precio está bien, pero debes saber que hay algunas fallas y que si vas más de 4 personas, puede ser un poco incómodo.

Hice una reserva para 7 personas y cuando llegamos había solo dos camas dobles preparadas (para 4 personas). Había un sofá cama en el salón y otro sofá grande, y luego una cama plegable en un dormitorio. No había suficientes sábanas ni cubrecamas para poder armar las otras camas, solo había un juego de sábanas y dos edredones. La mayoría de las almohadas eran incómodas. Todo parecía estar bastante usado y nada parecía estar perfectamente limpio, por el contrario, el piso de la cocina estaba pegajoso, y también los cubiertos y algunos vasos. La cocina no tuvo una limpieza profunda luego del huésped anterior. La heladera tampoco. Además, solo había una mesa con 4 sillas para comer y teníamos que comer en dos turnos o incómodos en la mesa baja del salón. Cuando escribí por WhatsApp pidiendo más sábanas o más sillas, no hicieron caso a mis pedidos. Pude sacar una sábana que salía por un armario cerrado y cuando avisé que habíamos hecho eso porque no teníamos sábana, la persona que me atendió dio vuelta la conversación acusándome de romper algo, cosa que nunca sucedió (envié varias fotos de todo el proceso) y siguió desestimando mis reclamos.

Very clean and spacious. All amenities you would need. Ground floor with parking so easy access. Only a short taxi ride into Greenwich. Comfortable beds, tea coffee and hot chocolate and water in the fridge was a lovely touch. Would definitely stay again.
