This hotel is absolutely AMAZING!!! Everything was so clean and neat. Staff when you need help and super friendly. Comes with great buffet breakfast. Plus our view was amazing!! Rooms are veryyy spacious!

We had a great stay and enjoyed our time in Chicago. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Special thank you to Kennedy and Jade for making our birthday trip memorable. The only draw back is that it is not a full service hotel but it’s in a good location for many restaurants, shopping and tourist things to do. Thanks again!

My husband and I stayed for five nights at this property. We liked that our room had a kitchen. It was clean when we arrived. We had chosen this hotel because it had a fitness room but when we arrived we were told it was closed. We were highly disappointed. We liked that the staff who greeted us on the first floor were friendly and helpful. We did not like that the last two days our room was not cleaned. We had to call twice for service which we think should be unnecessary. The last day we never got our room clean. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Loved this hotel - the location was terrific and everyone was super nice and helpful. The room itself was wonderful - very clean, comfortable and spacious. The only minor bummer was the fitness room being closed for the month and not finding that out until we arrived, but overall had a really, really great stay and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property with attentive staff. Loved breakfast with an amazing view. The rooftop bar was also beautiful with great service. My new favorite Chicago hotel!

The hotel is in the same class as a Renaissance or Courtyard but with the amenities of a Residence Inn. It is truly amazing hotel and the complimentary breakfast is outstanding. The only drawback was at the Rooftop bar where the waiter burnt the pita that came with the hummus and didn't give us new pita but scraped off most of the burnt areas but it still tasted burnt.

The overall experience was honestly amazing.. loved them room will definitely come back and stay here again , the convince of a walk to everything was a plus , the views as well, the staff were all exceptional. Thank you for a great stay 🙏 will definitely be back again thanks for the warm welcome.

Very nice, clean, remodeled rooms that are bigger than expected in the city. Great location. Full kitchen with everything you would need. Full hot breakfast.

It was beautiful and had a small kitchen to be able to cook. The only downside was that it seemed to only be partially cleaned when we first checked in

Overall this property have everything and convenient to everything you need to do. Laundry room is a plus who have kids and stay longer. Breakfast was awesome. Friendly staffs and we got check in early without any fees, and even if they’re was a fees we have no problem paying for it.

The best I've stayed in. The longer I was there, the nicer it was. Great location. The room was surprisingly good and especially the restaurant for breakfast. The staff were wonderful as well. The city and the hotel were world class.

This was an absolutely fantastic property. Way above and beyond our expectations. The room was beautiful and clean, view was great, staff was outstanding and the location is unbeatable. I would stay here again and again! You can walk to all the major attractions from here. Michigan Avenue is just steps from the front door! This was a girls trip, and we felt totally safe.

Very nice hotel right on Michigan Ave. Very modern aesthetics. Staff was as good as it gets. Included breakfast buffet was great and is something you usually do not get in a hi rise downtown hotel. Only negative was the A/C. I kept the thermostat on 65 degrees during my entire 5 day stay. But the temp in the room stayed at 72-74. Too warm at night and made for restless sleep.

I didn’t have the opportunity to stay at the hotel because they overbooked and transferred my reservation 3 days before my trip to a sister hotel 40 min away from downtown Chicago. My colleague had reservations too and a Marriott rewards member; even after I was moved she was able to book an additional room for an additional $200/night. Beware of corporate greed!

Beautiful hotel and our stay was great. My only complaint was that our room wasn't ready at 3 and we were on a time crunch for a wedding.
